FYE receipt prints a link for a survey at the bottom of it to get 20% off your next purchaseWhen you take the survey it gives you the wrong coupon and discount, instead offering 25% off music & video, limiting to what you can use the discount for which is not what the receipt listsWhen I showed the receipt to a manager at FYE in *** ** Mall she said there was nothing she could do as they needed a codeProceeded to tell me that no one takes those surveys and that there was nothing she could do to honor it even though I had it in writing on the receipt that it says 20% of purchase, ANY purchase, not just music & video itemsI emailed the company itself several times with no legitimate response

I am taking the time out of my business schedule to report unlawful business practices being conducted at this location by an employee while being watched by who it seem like the store manager
As I regular customer of F.Y.Eand also after have visited many other locations in the USThis behavior not only sickens me but it is unlawfulAfter picking up a couple of items to purchase and beginning to cash out, the employee James (***) proceeded to tell me that he was going to enroll me into the "VIP program"
Immediately I asked him if it was free, to which be answered, "Oh! absolutely free!" and then moved on on how he was going to give me a discount on my purchase and how I can get money back by just dining outI asked him again if it was free and if there was any commitments attached to it, which he responded quickly: "No, absolutely not, its free" and then requested for my I.Dto finish up my enrollment

F.Y.Eoffers a subscription based service to give customs discountsThe subscription based service is free the first two months and then charges your credit card or debit card when you make your first purchase, saving you 10%The cashier instructs that you have two months to cancel the subscription via a phone number or websiteI tried to cancel the subscription with no luck via phone due to the fact that it is all automated, Additionally, the website will not create a login so I can cancel the subscriptionMy second visit I was told to wait until I was in the systemIt has now been a month and I am not in the systemThe website still will not allow me to create a loginThere are no other options to cancel the subscription and I have one month before I am chargedThe subscription is fine but unfortunately the cancellation is not as was promisedThey are unable to do anything in store and the burden is all placed on meEven some of the cashiers at the store have mentioned tha

Went in the store made a purchaseWhile I was checking out they offered me a free discount cardSince then I have had taken out of my bank account for the discount card and they also signed me up for a subscription to people magazine for $66.without my knowledge I did call a number about the magazine subscription and they cancelled and are suppose to refund the $ I have cancelled the vip pass discount card but did not get my back

I ordered an item online that was "in stock." A few days later I received an email indicating my order was delayed and will arrive in 2-days I reached out to customer service about one week later as no item was received Customer service shifted blame and said I "pre-ordered" the item that was subject to delivery change when I did not I was given a new delivery date about one month later I let another week pass after the new date and still no item I had to reach out to customer service who again gave me another delivery date in another month The item was available through other retailers at that point and was also available when I made the original purchase Funds were taken from my account when the order was first made and my money was basically being held hostage while I had no product Little to no effort to communicate about the delays was made on the retailers end and and I had to initiate everything Customer service was rude throughout the experience and took little responsibility I cancelled the order and gratefully my money was refunded with no issues

I made an online purchase on FYE.com over three weeks ago and the order has yet to be processed I contacted them about a week after the purchase date and was told the items I purchased were on backorder and they were not sure when they would come in After over two weeks with no order being processed or shipment made I made a request for a refund and was told that is not how the system works After three weeks of no product or no shipment I again requested a refund and was again told that the system will not allow it I find this unacceptable if you have a product for sale on your website you should have the item in stock or issue a refund I believe it is wrong to take someone's money and tell them to wait until who knows how long until they get the product which they may or may not get in? This is a very poor business practice If you cannot deliver the goods as advertised in a reasonable amount of time the only option is a full refund

I contacted customer service to attempt to resolve the issue, and I was told that they cannot cancel my membership because they cannot find my account number, despite the fact that they are collecting money from my bank account and applying it to my FYE membership account They also refused to take my information and have some one call me back I cannot cancel via the FYE online portal because doing so requires either a login ID or account number, neither of which I have, due to having discarded such information when I cancelled the membership in the past, and which I cannot obtain from FYE

This FYE BACKSTAGE illegally took $out of my bank account without my authorization from me I called them up and they said they would put up a block on my account to freeze the money from coming in to their accountNow the supervisor that I talked to he would put a code on the account from taking my money out now the money is out of my account and it went to FYE backstage companyI want my money back asap
