I ordered an Ice Nine Kills limited edition vinyl off of the FYE website on November 16th and it has yet to ship and when I contacted them about it they responded and said they would look into it that was days ago and they still have yet to respond

I placed an order back in July from FYE.comThe item I received was not as described so I emailed them for a return authorization number to mail the item backA few weeks later, I received an order confirmation email from FYE because they were shipping the item back to me, even though I returned itWhen I contacted customer service, I was told they made a mistake and accidentally processed it as a reshipmentI wrote “return to sender” on the item I received the second time and I was told I would need another return authorization, even though I’m not in possession of the item anymore and it was the company’s faultI have still not seen a refundI have email chains from Chris and Nicole to prove their negligence

I went to shop at FYE during the weekend before Christmas on Sunday, 12/18/At the checkout line, the cashier asked in her exact words, "Would you like to save $dollars today by taking a brief SURVEY?" I said yes, where she proceeded to ask me to circle magazinesAfter I did this she proceeded to tell me she had already signed me up for these magazines through a company called *** and I would need to cancel the next day within business days or I would be charged for the magazinesAll of this while a huge line was forming behind me so it made it difficult for me to back out after she had already signed me upThe cashier was completely misleading by asking me to fill out a survey and then just signing me up for magazinesThis process is ridiculously hard to cancel and I was even charged on my debit card within just days of attempting to cancel the serviceBEWARE OF ANYTHING THEY TRY TO OFFER YOU AT THIS STORETHEY ARE SNAKES

I placed an order on FYE.com on December 3rd and got an immediate reply email that my order has been cancelledIt stated my money would be refunded 7-later I sent an email on December inquiring if the refund was issued and there has been no responseIt's past the hour response timeThere is no phone number to call to speak with someone on the issue

I placed an order and paid for rush shipping; however, the time period from which I placed the order to which I received the order exceeded the range for rush shippingWhen I inquired about the order, the merchant gave no updates as to shipment timelineWhen I requested a refund and cancellation of the order due to the shipping delay, I was told that the order could not be cancelled and I’d have to request a refund and return shipping labelWhen I asked for a refund on the shipping fees, I was referred to a link on their siteCustomer service is absolutely inept and has done nothing to make good on their shipping fees or product delays

After a purchase at FYE in the Eastgate mall, I discovered that I had been signed up for a VIP Service using my credit card information I do not recall agreeing to any such service and I always turn down such offers They have been routinely charging my checking account for the past six months The charge was small enough not to notice

Our membership team was contacted.  [redacted] enrolled on November 29, 2015. Her membership was canceled on December 2, 2015. She was in her trial period and was not billed.Thank you for allowing us to respond.

I've talked to three people in that company and gave them all of the information...

from my bank statement. Nobody could tell me anything or find anything for that matter. Kept telling me that I had a magazine subscription that I never rec'd. They still couldn't find anything on me in their computers. I put a dispute in with the bank and closed the card that the charge was made on.

Our membership department found that Ms. [redacted] membership (#[redacted]) was cancelled through the website on 5-27-15.  A credit for two charges of $11.99 was issued on 6-2-15.  The membership department also called the customer to verify with her the date of cancellation, and...

At the time of purchase, the customer is presented with the option of our magazine promotion.  They can opt in or chose not to accept the promotion.The company we work with for our magazine promotion has located the order for Rolling Stone, Time, and Us Weekly placed on June 2, 2017 and has...

found that it was previously cancelled on September 21, 2017 after the customer called. This is to confirm that the customer will receive a full refund of $66.50 on their credit card statement for the amount that they were charged.  This adjustment will post to their credit card within three business days of the cancellation date. The customer cancelled their subscription to People placed on June 2, 2017 and a refund was processed in the amount of $29.03.During the same transaction, records show that an offer was also accepted for a new order for People at a low promotional rate of $2.00 for six issues. Following the promotional term, the subscriptions would continue and the same terms and conditions would follow as the original order.The second order for People was previously cancelled on September 21, 2017 by the customer. At the time of purchase a customer paying with a credit card is offered our membership program.  There is a pamphlet for our membership program which explains all the terms and conditions of the program.  The customer is given this pamphlet at the time of purchased.  There is a phone...

number within the pamphlet that allows them to cancel via phone.  Mr. [redacted] enrolled in the membership on July 4th, 2017..He called our Membership Department and cancelled out of the program on September 8th, 2017.  Mr. [redacted] will be refunded two monthly fees of $11.99. Thank you for allowing us to respond to this concern.

We were in the Orange park Mall in Orange Park Florida when we gave them all our information. We received a letter from F.Y.E in Nashville TN thanking us for signing up.
