I was offered a FREE membership with this company upon purchasing something from them back in march of At that time I was never told about any continuing fees or anything of that natureAll that was said to me is that I would save a certain percentage off my current purchase upon enrollingI agreed to those termsHOWEVER, upon doing an inspection on my bank account after coming up short on money for the past couple of months I noticed that I was receiving a $dollar charge on my account for the past several months with the description as FYE Backstage membershipI was immediately concerned because not only did I never agree to being charged monthly for the subscription service, I NEVER at ANY point gave them my debit card or bank account information! I immediately contacted their customer service with a complaint about this issue and asked them how exactly they obtained my bank informationAfter several run around emails all they ever did was cancel my membership wit

This company has the most unprofessional customer service everNo phone number to contact customer service directly and I'm only informed of a problem after I personally had to reach out through social media, after they claim my order was completed and shippedThey've had my money since 8/8/and just now inform me of an error on their end and tell me I should reorder the item; yet I have to wait 7-business days to get my original money back (making it a total of 20-days they've held my money)No compensation in the form of a future discount for their issue or holding my money ransomNo "sorry we dropped the ball, but since we've we've had the product all along we will send you one to remedy the issue"It's a jokeThey expect me to give them more money with no promise of me even getting the item because they made the mistake in the first placeI'm starting to realize why the closest FYE to us is going out of businessThe store manager did shady things there all the time, yet my complaints fell on deaf ears, just like I'm sure this will as wellI'm over all of this and FYEI've also disputed my payment on paypal and have informed them of this whole situationIn a world where actions speak louder than words, FYE's lack of action has made it clear they truly don't care about the customerBE CAUTIOUS WHEN ORDERING

Fye runs a rewards service called F.Y.E Backstage Pass VIP which save you a total of 10% off your order plus some mail in rebates that aren't worth the time to go throughLike some Companies like *** they charge for the card, but unlike *** who charges only around $for a one time annually fee that can only be payed for in store and comes with a years subscription to there magazine include, FYE charges $every month with nothing but cheap mail in rebateBut the worst part is how they sell it to youThey will ask you if you want to sign up for a free 30-day trial and if you say yes they ask to use a credit or debit card to be used for it saying it helps with verification (which is what the employee says to me when I asked) and they added it to you cart and when you finally ring out they say the only way you can cancel it by phone, which I didn't care because I thought it was a one time dealAs time when on I forgot about it only using the card twice since purchase

Today, Dec2, FYE was involved in a trial subscriptionThey provided incomplete information about the subscriptionFirst, they asked for a phone number to get 10% offPhone numbers are typically used in other stores to look up cardholder or member discounts, as other shops in the same mall do, but instead FYE used this information to add a "free trial." The information provided on this free trial was incomplete and false, I was told I could cancel online, but since the store registered for me and I do not have an account, I cannotAdditionally, a magazine subscription was added under the guise of a surveyThe employee I spoke to did not mention a trial and implied it would be a favor if I circled what magazines I would prefer to read, so I quickly circled three as askedAdditionally, these memberships were given during the holiday rush at the mall and have a two month window, seemingly hoping that subscribers will forget to cancel due to busy schedules associated with this time

FYE employee had offered a free members club to me under the impression that was free after I made a purchase during the holidays I just now seen that since December of 2016, I have been charged $per month for their membership I did not authorize or give them my bank account information to charge my account They have been charging my card as a ATM with draw with FYE Backstage Pass and the number is *** They should not be able to make debits with out my consent or with out me providing them with my bank account information

I recently purchased a Bluetooth headphone which I was told was compatible with my iPhoneWhen I opened the package, I found that it had no microphoneWhen I tried to exchange it for a different set, I was told I could only get the exact same productWhich makes no sense- the product was not used, nor damaged When I asked the manager what would happen if I had said they didn't work, she said I would still have to exchange it for the exact same brandSo, what she was telling me is that, regardless of the reason for the exchange, I am forced to pay for an item I don't wantShe said that's the corporate policy, as written on the receiptI understand that she may have misunderstood my questioning its iPhone capability, and, because I thought the headphones were what I needed, I didn't think about returning themSo, I didn't realize their return policy until after I decided to take them back for an exchange

Sales reps lie to you when they try to pitch their FYE VIP cardThey tell you it's free and will save you 10% and but don't tell you that you will be charged $12/month automaticallyThey also do not give you an opportunity to read the fine print when you purchase and force you to make a decision immediately
When you read the fine print and realize this, the only way it says to cancel is to call themWhen you do, they force you to listen to a sales pitch and are rudeWhen I told them I was not interested, they spat off a cancellation code and quickly hung up before I could ask any follow up questionsThey did not even have my membership ID or name to be able to cancel, but they don't give you an opportunity to confirm it was really cancelled
Later I found where you can login to their website and sure enough, the account was not cancelledI cancelled it online and made a screencast video as proof in case charges still show up on my credit cardAfter googling and seeing se
