I'm not looking for a refund, I'm aware that I closed this account before charges were made. My complaint is that my credit card was used in a manner that I did not authorize and was certainly not explained to me at the point of sale. This type of marketing is underhanded and unethical. In doing a quick Google search it is apparent that, while I avoided charges, there are many that haven't been so lucky. This practice needs to stop. You are cheating many customers out of their money without their knowledge. You have lost my business and I will continue to tell other customers about this scam until you end it.

Our membership department located Mr. [redacted] membership, which was opened on 1/20/2014.  The membership was canceled by our membership department on 03/28/2016. On 03/28/2016 two credits; one for $95.92 and the second credit for $35.97, were issued.  Later, an additional credit of...

Is there any way to obtain more information about this charge?  Like what the memo is on the customers statement?  This would help us to identify the charge and be able to assist from there. Thank you.

The customer had signed up for a membership with us.  The account was cancelled on 12-23-2015 and refunded in amounts of $11.99 and $551.54 for the charges for the monthly fees.Thank you for allowing us to respond.
