I am rejecting this response because: due to the fact that this fridge has been repaired already once and is in
need of another repair and it is less than months old, we would like a refund or new fridgeWe need this to be a rapid turn around because we currently have no fridge because this new fridge we purchased is not working!for the second timeWe also have to throw away and entire fridge of food for the second time.

We have not asked for any monies to be put out of pocket We have asked for receipts of what has been spent so we can work with you on come up with a solution to the issue

Haier has provided a refund to the consumer who name is listed on the bill of sale *** *** We are aware o* *** *** statement that he actually owned the unit but since his name is not on the bill of sale we cannot provide accommodation as we have no way of knowing who actually owns
the unitIn the opinion of Haier this is an issue which needs to handled between ** *** *** ** *** possibly in civil court. Having said that, if the check is returned Haier has offered to pay the Labor and provide free parts on the condition that ** *** finds his own service provider

By using the refrigerator in a business it is considered commercial use The only contact we have in the system is from today when the customer called in Since the unit is being in what is considered commercial use the warranty is valid for days We can offer the customer a one
time warranty extension to have the unit serviced by an authorized service center

After looking at the information the customer provided us in our system I would like to clarify some of the stated time frames Our records indicate that the unit was purchased on 7/11/ Haier was contacted on 8/15/by *** *** regarding the unit was not working properly ***
*** also called and confirmed that the repair was completed on 9/5/14, which is calendar days from the initial call to us We understand that *** *** is still having an issue with her unit I will have our Executive Office contact *** *** regarding her issue Once *** *** can supply us with her proof of purchase we will accommodate her refund request

Haier dispatched a service provider to the location on 11/10, the service provider, * * * *** asked to do an inspection of the dryer vent as based on symptoms and pictures this issue is ofter related to lint buildup in the vent system which Haier is not responsible for The technician was
denied from doing this inspection by the homeownerAdditionally according to the homeowner the site was cleaned and repaired

The customer has been advised that the unit is out of warranty Any repair cost would be the customer's responsibility

Haier will be reaching out to negotiate a rapid solution, In home repair is the fastest method or resolution but if the consumer refuses we will offer refund

Haier does not sell refurbished televisions There is no warranty for a refurbished unit

I just wanted to let you know that Haier offered compensation for our dryer fire situation. I'm not sure whether the compensation was fair or not, but it is compensation. Unfortunately I will never know what caused the fire as it was never inspected, yet it stayed at my home for weeks waiting for an inspection. Haier sent a check to us which covered the cost of their dryer that we purchased years ago, the cost of the clothes that were damaged in the dryer and the repairs to the room. Thank you for your assistance in this situation
