I am rejecting this response because: Haier is calling me a liar when in fact it was THEIR employees who told me the unit I have was pulled from the shelves years ago because of workmanship. [redacted] out of [redacted] manager Hunter also said they pulled the units because of constant problems with them. So either Haier is now lying about how bad these units were not or their employees and Hunter was lying to me. I didn't make any of this up. Ask to talk to Sheena or Amanda at Haier who told me these units didn't work thus why they were pulled off the market.Please view my attachment as in it there is many upon many complaints about the unit I have. You will also see where this unit is NO LONGER being sold and in fact Haier no longer deals in these types of HVAC's. They only do window and split ductless units. Why is that? So again, either their website is lying about no longer having this unit or I'm making it up I guess.Also, in the attachment you will see that you cannot get very many parts for my unit anymore since the unit is not being made in Quebec China anymore. So if a product is taken out of production they no longer produce parts for it. That only makes sense right? I've given you several websites on parts for my specific unit which as I said only shows a few items none of which I need. That being the relay panel along with other parts no longer available. I have 5 more years on my contract and I doubt very much in 5 years any parts will be available.Haier talked to [redacted] Second Opinion [redacted] at [redacted] this morning, June 30, 2017, and he laid out exactly what was wrong with this piece of junk I have. You can call [redacted] and he would love to tell you about this unit and how poorly it was made and why it won't ever be able to work correctly. You would think a company knowing they pulled a unit because it was junk would stand behind their name alone and want to make things right with the customer. I put my trust in this company to make a good, working product. Now I find out through my own experience and others online that they do NOT want to work with customers. Just sell junk and give them the run around.  Since they no longer sell this unit or for that matter any type of duct air conditioning I am requesting a full refund of what I spent on this unit to buy it and have it installed. They can then go after the HVAC man who installed it and ask him why he sold a unit that was pulled from the shelves. This unit should never have been out on the shelves in the first place with all the complaints about it. Haier knew it was a bad product yet took my hard earned money for it. If it was such a great product it would still be on the shelves for sale.

Haier is continuing to  deny warranty coverage as the unit was operated with the shipping bolts installed. The shipping bolts are designed to support the drum during transportation and need to be removed after installation, or damage will be caused to the unit during operation. Again this information is provided in the operating instructions as well as on the unit itself. Operating the unit with the bolts installed caused the drum to be damaged. An independent service provider has verified these findings as well.  Since the unit was used in a fashion that it is not designed to be the warranty does not cover the damage.

As stated earlier Haier does not sell refurbished TV's and we were offering the service solution as a courtesy. Since you want replacement or refund we advise you to reach out to the vendor for asolution.

This unit has a moisture collection tank inside the unit that needs to be emptied occasionally. The unit will show STOP in the display when the tank needs to be emptied.To empty the tank the customer simply slides the tray out and empties it down the sink. The STOP indication does not mean the...

Thank you for providing the screen shots in your response.  Haier doe not sell any refurbished TVs through [redacted], nor have we sold [redacted] any refurbished TVs.  The customer service agent provided trouble shooting steps to try to help you resolve the issue, which did not correct the problem.  They provided you with a local service center that could repair your TV, and they did state that there is not a warranty on refurbished units.  This was also communicated in the second email you received.  Both the the customer service agents were correct there is not a 90 warranty on refurbished units.  Haier will make a one time exception and will pay for the repair of your TV.

Haier will be providing a full refund for this unit as there have been multiple repair attempts

Our Executive Office spoke with [redacted] yesterday and offer her a refund, which she accepted.  According to the note sin our system [redacted] stated that she was going to withdraw her complaint since she accepted the refund.

Page 5 of the operating instructions for this model specifically states To ensure your refrigerator works at the maximum efficiency it was designed for, you should install itin a location where there is proper air circulation, plumbing and electrical connections. Yourrefrigerator is not...

designed to operate in temperatures below 55°F (12°C)or above 95°F (35°C). Do not install your refrigerator in any location not properly insulated orheated, e.g. garage, etc.??   Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heating sources such asradiators, heaters and cooking appliances.

I never posted a response to the company's answer to my complaint.   Can you please note that the "customer was completely satisfied and grateful  to Haier for the quick resolution." Please do this. Haier was wonderful.

Haier has resent the request for accommodation to our insurance carrier [redacted] earlier this week. in the meantime Haier has provided a refund for the cost of the Freezer.

I am rejecting this response because: Haier representative told me yesterday that a service call would be covered by Haier, but when the service company called to set the appointment, she said," Haier refrigerators are sensitive and that they have had the same issues with Haier, trying to get them to cover services for their appliances. That they tell the consumer it will be covered then, tell them very emphatically that the repairs will not be covered. How can this company be allowed to do this to consumers?

I am rejecting this response because:My previous complaint # is [redacted] The complaint is regarding Haier refrigerator. One representative from Haier promised that they would replace the refrigerator or give me the refund during the conversations in this claim. I accepted their solution. However, in fact, Haier did not fulfill with the promise they made and they will not work on any solution any more.What should I do now? Do you need to file a separate complaint?

We have checked our inventory and do not have either in stock.  We are offering $900 accommodation since we do not the inventory.
