To Whom It May Concern,When customers refuses packages she does not have to pay so send it back. However I sent customer a prepaid label to make sure she does not have to pay to send it back. Customer can print the label twice if needed. Customer will get a full refund for sure.

require a refund it will need to be returned back to the retail store it was purchased from as that is who collected the funds for the item. As we are not the only manufacturer of this type of hose we do require proof of purchase. As retail purchases are not logged in our database, and cannot be verified, we require either the original receipt or will accept emailed pictures of the box, front and bottom.Once this has been provided to us at [redacted] we will be happy to issue a replacement hose. Once again, we have searched our email database as well as our order database and are not able to locate any communication from this customer.We will await the customer's emailed documentation so that we may further assist.Thank youFilomena

I am rejecting this response because: per the website you referenced ([redacted]), you only offers replacement if the hose breaks within 60 of purchase. Though the hose is over a year old, we only started using it this summer, and only occasionally. It should not have split after only a few uses.

To whom it may concern,Warranty procedures do clearly state that the customer needs to return the unit, with an enclosed check to pay for the return shipping. Once the unit is recieved back a replacement unit will be issued out. Without the return of the unit no replacement can be issued under warranty. A customer may chose the return delivery method of their choose. We are not able to quote what a delivery service, UPS Fed Ex or USPS will charge a person for the return. We are only able to provide the cost of the replaced unit to be sent back to the customer. All warranty procedures and pricing can be found on all warranty cards placed inside the package of every unit, as well as on our website.Once the unit has been returned, with a check for the appropriate amount enclosed ( as stated on your warranty card) we will be happy to issue a replacement for the customer.We strongly suggest obtaining a return tracking number, as we will only be able to honor warranties and send replacements on units that have actually arrived back to our facility. Without the return of the unit, as each and every unit is inspected upon replacement request, there will be nothing further we can do for this account.Once again, please reference the written warranty instructions included in your package or log onto www.powerpressurecooker.com to obtain another copy of the warranty procedures.Thank you
