I just want to let you know that this person that contacted me told me story of [redacted] being protective of their clients and that is why they would not accept the request for payment.  I do not believe him, since they were able to make the initial payment of $83.00.  [redacted] said they did not here back from TriStar after that and no request for payment was made after January 28, 2016.  I don't know what kind of game this company is playing, but it's very dishonest in my opinion.  So, I did give them my credit card information and told them to just charge the full balance of the bill.  I will be tracking me credit card account to be sure they don't take more than $106.64 from my account.  As for right now, this case is closed.

I am rejecting this response because:  This company is not being truthful in their response.  I have a print out of my chat session with their representative showing time frame of my cancellation as well as UPS tracking # time frame when turned over to UPS.  Plus their representative was very abrupt in advising me I did not have an option to cancel an order.  My request for cancellation was made before this package was shipped and could definitely have been cancelled.  In addition, when I attempted to question their chat person, I was abruptly cut off.I will definitely return this package to them and expect full refund.

To whom it may concern,Please see attachment for a copy of the customer's invoice. It will clearly show that the item that was marked returned and was refunded, was in fact the Genie Slim Jeggings. This account has been refunded, for the product amount, as shipping and handling is not refundable, as stated on all advertisements. Out of good faith, we will break policy and refund the $9.99 for the shipping charge, which is not normally refunded.This account is now refunded in full and closed in our system.
