I had filed a complaint against Tristar concerning the Flexable hose. Thecompany contacted me by email and said they would be sending areplacement. That was a while back. I have still not received anythingfrom them. I have called and they keep telling me they are out of stockand should get some by the end of the week. At this point, I want mymoney back. I did some further research and found that the tiny holes inthe hose are a real problem with these hoses. I have attached a copy ofthe original invoice for the hose. I want the full amount, $27.94,refunded.

I was not home to respond in time sorry just to let you know I did not get my email in time to respond and I am not agreeing with them that we should pay to and from fees for shipping I will take the 60 $ and go buy the item they say they will replace it with and get a better deal all way around . thanks for trying tho and I knew they wanted customers to pay there fee for postate both place after paying the money we payed good amount close to 200 and then do this after it just being stored for winter is wrong .again thanks but I dont agree with them sorry I was gone not get email in time to reply  God Bless

I am rejecting this response because:   The consumer does not know what is an "authorized dealer" and who is not. That is a specious defense from this company. Consumers purchase products based on the goodwill of the manufacturer or distributor and take said parties at its word and its warranties. I will continue to press for a FULL refund from the the office of the Attorney General of Connecticut, Consumer Reports, social media outlets and Small Claims court if necessary.   I continue to DEMAND a full refund of all monies paid.

order for the pro unit. Also when customer places an order we make a preauthorization to verify account. Preauthorization take 24-48 hours to clear. Once the unit ships out that’s when we make the actual charge. Due to the trouble it has cost the customer I can credit back the processing and handling of $29.99 towards the last payment.

I am rejecting this response because:  I checked the transactions on my credit card account, and no refund has been posted as of 4/15/2015 at 9:36 P.M.  Also, there have been no exchanges sent to me, so there is nothing for me to keep, as they suggested.
