extending the financing for the cookware and any issues with the cookware will need to be brought up directly with the Independent Distributor that did the sale. With regards to any promotional gifts that were promised, Ms. [redacted] will also need to bring that up with the Independent Distributor as those promotional gifts are provided by the Independent Distributor and not through Hy Cite Enterprises. [redacted] As previously stated by me, the company at hy cite is a poor response and it sheds responsability on the true complain of the matter they point out to the misleading contract. Instead, they should address the fact that their employees are lying out in the field tricking costumers into false contracts and lying about supposed promotions that don't exist, at this point I would like Revdex.com to allow an arbitration into the matter where this deceptive company keeps lying over and over again.Thanks,  [redacted] R. The call that Mr. [redacted] has provided is dated May 18, 2015. Our Verifications Department called him on his cell number at 10:14 on May 19, 2015 and he verified the order as being correct. On the verifications call that was done with Mr. [redacted] on May 19th, there was no indication that he requested the cancellation of the order or that he had been trying to contact the salesperson to cancel the order. Since there was no indication that Mr. [redacted] wanted to cancel the order, the order was approved and shipped. Since the timeframe to cancel the order has passed, the merchandise can no longer be returned nor the order be cancelled.

In review of the complaint received by [redacted], we have reviewed their account, and the order that Ms. [redacted] mentions where the $1000 was not applied to the account, attached is the sales order where is shows that the $1000 was applied to the order. In review of the account, on June 30,...

2016, the account was reported as a Collections account to the 3 major credit bureaus. Since the account has been reported as a Collections account, Ms. [redacted] will be responsible for the account and any accrued balances. In review of the complaint received by Antonia T[redacted], we have a sales order and credit application that were signed on June 23, 2016. On the sales order our notice of cancellation states that the order may be cancelled prior to midnight of the third business day after the date the order was signed....

Since the allotted timeframe has passed, the account is no longer eligible for cancellation. Per notes on the account dated November 3, 2016 Ms. Tome informed us she wanted to cancel because she was not able to afford them. Unfortunately the account is no longer eligible for cancellation and Ms. T[redacted] will remain responsible for the account and any and balance associated with the account. Attached are the sales order and credit application that were submitted by City Dynamics. As you can clearly see, each document has been signed by both Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted]. By them signing the documents they agree to the terms and conditions regarding the financing and repayment of the order. With regards to the monthly payment of $99 per month, the order was verified with Ms. [redacted] on September 29, 2015 by our Verifications Department as being correct and her agreeing to the $99 monthly payment. The account was set up to defer the payment for the first 90 days of the account with the $99 payments being required there after. The contract will not voided since the sales order and credit application were signed and processed correctly and the account will remain the responsibility of Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted].

The cancellation of the blender is passed the allotted timeframe and is no longer eligible for cancellation. As previously stated, the blender jar can be replaced for the $29.95 shipping and handling cost, however the cancellation of the order is no longer eligible.

Attached is a copy of the notice of cancellation the was signed by Ms. R[redacted]:     Since Ms. R[redacted] did not cancel with the allotted timeframe, the account is no longer eligible for cancellation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Dice HY CITI que ahora el producto no esta cubierto por la garantia, pero cuando el problema con el producto empezo, si estaba cubierto con la garantia.De acuerdo al primer email que anexo, el producto todavia estaba cubierto por la garantia y el representante de HY CITI con el que hable me dijo que mandarian un representante de ellos para verificar el funcionamiento del extractor y nunca lo hicieron nadie vino a mi hogar durante las 4 veces que yo solicite el reemplazo o reparacion de la pieza rota.las 3 primeras veces que la pieza del extractor se rompio todavia estaba cubierto por la garantia, nada mas que ellos no mandaron a la persona para verificar el funcionamiento del extractor. Hasta que el tiempo transcurrio y ahora ellos se niegan a aceptar su responsabilidad para resolver este problema, si no quieren reembolsar la cantidad pagada pues que manden a su representante a verificar y que reemplacen las partes que no sirven.

warranty that comes with the cookware covers any and all manufacture defects as well as any problems that may arise under normal use. If the steam valve melted due to the stove burner being placed on high, this would not be considered a manufacture defect or normal use and would not be covered under the 50 year warranty. As a show of good faith, we will replace what Ms. [redacted] damaged while having the burner on high. We will also replace the pan with the defective handle. All Ms. [redacted] will need to do is contact our Customer Service Department at ###-###-#### and any representative will be able to assist her. The way the warranty works, Ms. [redacted] will need to send in the items that need to be replaced and once they are received, replacement items will be shipped back to her. [redacted] if the statement that I had provided had been read correctly, it did not state that I wanted the order cancelled. It states that my husband and I would like our money back for the false advertisement of the company. I have called several times and would be happy to provide any further information on my end that is needed. My husband and I are also 2 and a half payments behind because we do not think that this dishware is the product that was presented to us, and furthermore have billing issues that I have also called about. There is a difference between calling over a past due payment and pure harassment. This is my first resort in trying to get this matter solved once and for all.

Hy Cite is  A very difficult company to deal with, I’ve been having problems with the blender for a year now, It was so simple to solve but of course not to their interest. We will settle this in court Thank Revdex.comThank you for your help

In review of the complaint received by [redacted], attached you will find a copy of a signed sales order, credit application dated October 20, 2012 as well as a payment history for the account. As you can see the on the attached documents, the address on the sales order and credit application...

is the same address listed on the complaint that was filed with the Revdex.com. We also received a copy of Ms. [redacted]’s bank statement from [redacted] and for security reasons cannot attach it to this complaint. Since the documentation shows Ms. [redacted] as the owner of the account, Ms. [redacted] will remain responsible for the account and any and all accrued balance. Since Nautilus is the one handling the cancellation and adjustment of the account, we can only go by what was received to adjust the account. Any remaining balance on the account will be the responsibility of Ms. [redacted] and should she have any questions regarding the credit that we received and any remaining balance, Ms. [redacted] will need to take it directly with Nautilus as they are they are the ones who accepted the cancellation and provided the adjustment to the account.

the date of the transaction. Since this timeframe has passed, the account is no longer eligible for cancellation.  Please retrain your staff to appropriately respond to repeated requests to have a number removed, when it is a KNOWN wrong number. Being rude, telling people to bad there is nothing they can do about it and hanging up is never the proper or professional conduct that should be allowed. Thank You and I hope to never have to deal with your company again.

As previously stated, Ms. [redacted] signed a sales order outlining the terms and conditions to cancel the order. Since the order was not cancelled within the allotted timeframe, the cancellation is not being accepted and Ms. [redacted] will remain responsible for the account and its balance. Should Ms. [redacted] refuse the shipment, this will be a voluntary and the cancellation will still not be accepted.
