This is not an offer to settle this dispute, your companies sale pitch is illegal. The sales people should not be saying I can get cancer from using the pans I have in my kitchen and should explain to the client (me) that this is going they'd finance company whom will charge you 50% interest of your monthly payment each month because most people DONT read the fine print!!!!  The sales tactics are a trap to consumers.  As previously explained all the products I purchased are still in the ORIGINAL packaging brand new, have NOT been USED!! Why can't I return them? And I requested a copy of my COMPLETE contract which your company has yet to provide!!! Please provide the complete contract along with the terms and conditions and let me return these products.

This is incorrect information,  I called and texted [redacted], [redacted] and the sales representative, [redacted], the very next day after applying for credit, which WAS in fact before the 3 day cancellation period.  Again,  I have not yet been provided with a financing agreement or a contract.  This sales order is invalid because I cancelled this order with three different Royal Prestige/Hy Cite employees.  Claiming I never cancelled the order and confirmed the order on 08/10/2011 are completely false and these are unethical business practices.  Furthermore, the bigger issue here, is my credit was used to order these items without my knowledge or consent and someone is responsible at Hy Cite.  I asked for my personal information the be destroyed when I cancelled the order, it was not and someone fraudulently accepted this order as their own, at my expense.   Regards,

Attached is a copy of Ms. [redacted]’s sales order and credit application. We have also included a copy of the reverse side of the credit application which shows the APR that we charge per state. As you can see, for the state of New York, we charge 24% APR. Also as previously mentioned and as the sales order shows, the cancellation of the order would have had to have been done prior to midnight of the third business day after signing the sales order. Since the cancellation was not requested during the allotted timeframe, the cancellation of the order is no longer eligible.

In review of the complaint received by [redacted], we have a sales order and credit application signed and dated August 24, 2017. On the sale order is our notice of cancellation that states that the order may be cancelled prior to midnight of the third business day after the order was signed....

Since Ms. [redacted] defaulted on the loan back in 2006, to report the account as paid in full, Ms. [redacted] will need to pay the accrued finance charges and late fees in order for us to be able to provide her with any warranty assistance.

Thank you for the information. We have contacted the Independent Distributor’s office and they have informed us that the check that was sent out was returned back to them and they in turn have re-sent it out to Mr. [redacted] via Fed Ex under tracking number 810967836754 on 6/7/17, see attached file that shows tracking information from Fed Ex Website.

I have a contract which states in Spanish that I can even cancel or return the item after it has been received and if I have paid any amount it would be refunded to me within 10 business days. I will not receive the item and they can take me to court if they wish but I will not accept the item nor pay for something I don't want. They think that consumers have no rights. How can you refuse or decide if you don't want an item when you have not received it? This company is arbitrary and I refuse to do any further business with them, let alone give them my hard earned money just because that's what they want. They can take me to court if they wish but I will not accept the item nor pay for it. Please cancel any account under my name with this company. I cancelled my order due to the bad customer service of this company and its representatives, not due to the product, which I never received nor will I accept. I have a copy of my contract which I can upload once I get home but it is in Spanish but it clearly states that after I receive the item I have a right to return it if I wish, in this case I refuse to accept the item. I don't understand what is so difficult, is their product so bad that they can't sell it to another it? That's the question they should be considering instead of harassing me. If the company continues to contact me I will file a claim for harassment and I will be the one taking them to court.

This account was just reported as a Collections Account on July 31, 2017 to the three major credit buraus and can take time to reflect on the credit report. Since the account is now in a default status, Hy Cite Enterprises will no longer be contacting Mr. [redacted] nor Ms. [redacted].

In review of the complaint received by [redacted], we show notes on the account that starring back in June of 2015, the payment on the account declined and since then the account has incurred late and missed payments resulting in late payment fees being assessed to the account. We will be more...

than glad to set up automatic payments on the account, however we need to have Ms. [redacted] provide us with either a credit/debit card or to provide us with her banks routing number and account number. Once the account is set up for automatic payments, we can bring the past due payments current, however, we will not be able to remove any late payments from their credit report. The filter is faulty not the cartridges. I never complaint about the cartridge just had to mention them. Your company is very bad and inresponsible, you do not want to honor the 15 year warranty as you mentioned it on your response. You sent me the filter back and you are getting it right back. I am not receiving it. The ball is in your park. My attorney should be contacting you next week. I will include mental distress on my law suit to your company. You guys have really aggrevate me and upset me. I do not trust that filter. I am not going to risk my child's health. I am not going put her well being in jeopardy, because of your negligent act of not honoring the warranty you offered. Please stop harrasing me with your nonsense emails that make no sense and do not address the real issue..

On the credit application that was signed, on the reverse side it clearly breaks downs the APR per state and since Ms. [redacted] resides in Nebraska, the APR is 21%. BY Ms. [redacted] signing the sales order and credit application she agreed to these terms and conditions. If Ms. [redacted] feels that there is a defect with the merchandise, she may send it in for warranty inspection. However, the account is no longer eligible for return or cancellation. [redacted]iversthis was never disclosed in the rushed manner of the paper work the man never said this second his helper kept telling him the next set of people are arriving that aside how can I decide how the product works if I didnt get it for at least a week after signing these papers second my main issue is both the distributors and customer service are rude and both have threaten me in regards to being basically stupid in using these pans ans that they will ruin my credit upon further investigation these company have a law suit they settled in California for this exact issue  a large class action and here they are in texas  pushing a scam again all reviews have lead to me feeling scammed I even had to fight to get my free items promised by the distributor this is not how legit business is done needless to say the scare tactic has me looking deeper into this matter because I dont believe  this was a legal sale when we had less than 10 min to go over paper work details and signed many packets but hey will be happy to continue to warn Texans ot this company and distributors

In review of the complaint received by Ms. [redacted], the water filter that was received was dirty and without the large carbon cartridge. The other cartridges that were received were very dirty. The last time that we show that replacement cartridges were ordered for Ms. [redacted]’s filter were back...

in January 2012. Since there appears to be no recent replacement cartridges that have been ordered, the cartridges in the filter are past their time and out of warranty. We will be glad to return the filter back to Ms. [redacted] as is since there is nothing wrong with it. The 15 year warranty only covers the unit itself and not the cartridges. The cartridges have a 90 day warranty and since the cartridges that were in the filter when it was received by our warehouse were old and very dirty, they are no longer covered under the 90 day warranty period. Ms. [redacted] will need to pay for replacement cartridges and that can be done by speaking to our Customer Service Department.
