I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As stated before, this is not honoring the warranty that came with our purchase of the 14-piece, 7-ply cookware set. The 5-ply is not their equivalent product, and their warranty states they will prepay postage for return of defective merchandise. I will not accept a cheaper product than promised. I will agree to send photos in lieu of them paying for shipping damaged/ defective products back.

It doesn't matter how many times they say it. I know Maria and my Rep said someone would be coming to take the filter back and write "returned" on the receipt and that would entitle me for a cancellation. They can negate it now, but that's what they said. The filter isn't installed so I will be paying for an unused filter or they will send me to collection when they simply take their filter back and not lose money or waste more time in this battle.

In checking again with the Independent Distributor’s office, they have not received any cancellation request from Ms. [redacted] via mail. The only cancellation request on record, is the one that was done verbally and was after the allotted timeframe to accept the cancellation. Ms. [redacted] will remain responsible for the account.
Under the recall, the 9ply cookware was to replaced, the recall did not mention that a refund would be provided. Hy Cite Enterprises has followed the recall procedures as stipulated.
