Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Nautilus has informed me that they would in no way charge me cancellation fees or late feesA finance company representative has contacted me and informed me that I owe both of these type of charges, however, they would not give me a detailed explanation short of "late payment fees" and a "cancellation fee" I returned merchandise in the manner requiredI contacted the finance company about the returnI was told explicitly that the account would be closed, and that I would not be required to make any paymentsThis seems like a way for Finance companies to come up with a reason to charge and add additional fees to make money100% unacceptable Regards, [redacted]

In review of the complaint received by [redacted] , we are attaching copies of their last three statements and their payment historyIn review of the account, the payments that were made at the beginning of the account from December 30, to June 26, were made online via our Web Portal by the customer and not via automatic paymentsOne of those payments, the one on April 27, was declined due to Non Sufficient FundsSince there were not sufficient funds in Ms [redacted] ’s bank account, the bank rejected the paymentThe automatic payments did not start until the June 26, paymentFurther review of the account, the payment on May 26, was also declined by Ms [redacted] ’s bank due to Non Sufficient FundsSince the May 26, payment was declined, the account carried a past due payment month after month until the account was paid in full on July 14, 2015, generating a late payment fee of $per monthMonthly statements were sent indicating that a past due payment was owed on the accountOur records show that no error on our part was made and that all fees were properly charged to the account, therefore, no fees will be reversed an no deletion of late payments can be doneShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us [redacted]

The recorded call was listened to when Ms [redacted] called to request the cancellation and nothing was mentioned to Ms [redacted] that the cancellation would be acceptedThe cancellation of the order is no longer within the timeframe, Ms [redacted] will remain responsible for the account and any missed payments will be reported to the major credit bureaus

Since the account has been written off to bad debt and reported as such, the Independent Distributor has the right to try to collect on the outstanding balance that is owed on the accountAlso the Independent Distributor has the right to try to recover what merchandise they can if a customer defaults on their accountThe only way that we can report their account as satisfied is if the outstanding balance is paid in full

Mr [redacted] will need to contact our Credit Department to pay arrangement on the outstanding balanceThe balance on the account that is good until the 31st of December is $Once the outstanding balance has been satisfied, we will inform the major credit bureaus that the account has been properly taken care of

In review of the complaint received by [redacted] , we have a sales order that was signed on December 23, On the sales order is our notice of cancellation states that the order is eligible for cancellation prior to midnight of the third business day after the order is signedSince that timeframe has passed the account is no longer eligible for cancellationBy Ms [redacted] signing the sales order, she agreed to these terms and conditionsSince the cancellation is not being accepted, Ms [redacted] will remain responsible for the account and any and all balances associated to the accountShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us Arthur [redacted] Customer Care Department

As previously mentioned, all promotional material and offers that were presented at the time of the sales presentation are not the responsibility of Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC and will need to be brought up with the Independent Distributor, [redacted] ***or the promotional company directlyWith regards to the verbiage on the sale order, the Independent Distributor in error used an outdated sales order, attached is a copy of the current sales order that [redacted] ***should be usingSince the products that Mr [redacted] purchased are distributed by Lake Industry, Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for the distribution or warranty of the products, we are solely responsible for the financing of the accountAny issues with the cookware will need to be brought up directly with [redacted] ***The account is no longer eligible for cancellation at this time

If Mrs [redacted] has received any kind of threatening calls about the merchandise, those calls have not come from Hy Cite EnterprisesWe have forwarded the issue of the phone calls that Mrs [redacted] has received to the Independent Distributor’s office for them to investigateSince we do not have any dealings with the shipping of the CookWorld merchandise, all related inquiries and issues with the merchandise will need to be dealt directly with CookWorld’s Customer Service Department or the Independent Distributor’s office

In review of the complaint received by [redacted] , we have a sales order that was signed on January 20, and per the Notice of Cancellation that is listed on the sales order, the order was only eligible for cancellation prior to midnight of the third business day after the order was signedSince that timeframe has passed, the account is no longer eligible for cancellationIf Ms [redacted] feels that the merchandise is defective, we will stand behind the year warranty that comes with the cookware and have the merchandise inspected and if the merchandise is defective, we will replace it at no additional costHowever, the cancellation of the order is no longer an optionShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us[redacted] Customer Care Department

As previously mentioned the $was credited to the account as per the copy of the sales order that was included with the last replySince the Ms [redacted] stopped making payments on the account, the account was reported as a Collections accountSince the account has been reported as a Collections account, the Independent Distributor has the right to go and pick up the merchandise due to the customer’s lack of paymentBy no means is the cancellation of the account being accepted, but at the same time the customer is not entitled to merchandise that they have not fully paid forMs [redacted] ’s account is no longer eligible for cancellation and she will remain responsible for the account and its balance

In review of the complaint received by [redacted] ***, the Independent Distributor, [redacted] , is no longer active and there is no way that we can get a hold of himPer notes that we have on the account, as a one time courtesy, we can send Ms [redacted] the shower filter to resolve this part of the complaintWe see notes on the account that Ms [redacted] recently called us to inform us of the issues with her water filter and there are no records of Ms [redacted] purchasing replacement cartridges from usIf Ms [redacted] purchased replacement cartridges from an active Independent Distributor, Ms [redacted] will need to have them provide assistance as we have no records of the replacement cartridges being purchasedIf Ms [redacted] requires warranty assistance on her water filter, she will need to send it in to us for inspectionShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us [redacted] Assistant Manager Customer Care Department
