[redacted] came today to service my air conditionerIt was my annual air conditioner check He was very pleasant and gave me the option of repairing my hard start relay on my AC today or waiting It was starting to leak He showed me the part and the leaking I had him replace it of course as I want my air conditioner to be ready when I need itThe point is that he was not pushy, just informative He also replaced the UV light bulb and did a complete inspection of my system including climbing up in the attic which had to be over degrees A very nice young man and I believe he does a very good job at keeping my AC running well

[redacted] was courteous and located the problem right awayHe was able to fix the problem within less than minutes and the AC worked fine after he left

Jason explained in clear and concise manner the job he was about to accomplish Also clearly explained recommended additions to the cooling/heating unit along with the costs An excellent employee

There is no excuse for the lack of service that was provided, from the lack of communication within our offices to the timeliness or lack thereof regarding appointments to the error made in accounting by assuming that the credit card on file was to be charged We do strive to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients, unfortunately we fell far short of that mark in this instance We can’t take back what has occurred, we can only move forward in setting better internal processes and procedures in place to ensure that this type of neglect does not occur in the future for our other clients Ms [redacted] has been a valued client of ours for some time, it pains us to know that due to our mistakes and negligence we have lost a client She has requested an apology, that is a given and the very least that we can provide If there is anything possible that we can do to make this up to her and regain her trust we’d appreciate the opportunity to do so Sincerely, [redacted] V.Pof Operations

I really appreciated [redacted] *'s upbeat, positive presence this morning as he did the maintenance on my heater! Professional and friendly

Fernando and solar crew : Organized group and worked on my house very in tune with each other they work like a machine there was no lollygagging each person do with they had to do in and did it I didn't see any of the laziness they cleaned up after themselves of a followed instructions but it was a very quiet Smooth install of unit in fact you didn't know when they came Until I looked out always smiling and polite

Today, June 15th, 2016, I had my central air conditioner unit fully serviced and also upgraded Travis was my service technician He also installed a part from a manufacturer for any type of electrical surge which was free of charge He checked the a/c and it was fine with the freon levels In addition, I had him upgrade the type of filter that my year old York furnace, that I had bought from ASI, to a sophisticated one with more coils and is good for years! The furnace will be reviewed in the Fall again All in all, it went fine, we discussed the charges for the a/c and the filter for my furnaceI should be set now for the summer and then have the furnace looked at for it's tulater on [redacted] ***

After the Cedar fire in El Cajon the house was rebuilt by a shady contractor, with in two years we burned up the heating and air unit due to under sizing So during a heat spell of in the 100's we had ASI come out for an estimate, they came to our risqué with a good payment plan for a ton air and heating unitThe contractor put in a A crew of worked in that heat so we could be cool in a heat waveThey worked hours straight in AugustAfter years we found a hole that was left open which was a highway for rodentsASI bent over backwards to correct the issueIt cost them almost to correct the issue, I could not ask for a better company then ASI to keep there word and granteeI do love there service

I had the most positive experience using ASI My technician, [redacted] *., was very experienced, professional, and helpful ASI will definitely be the people I call in the future

My new furnace was inspected two days ago by [redacted] He called before he came and was at my house when he said he would I found him to be friendly, informative, and knowledgeable

[redacted] was the ASI Hastings Service Technician who came to check our Air Conditioning unitHe was very goodVery personable and knew his job Mary & David ***

ASI Hastings representative, MrJoe G., was very professional and knowledgeable about my A/C problems and concerns and went the extra mile to be certain everything was fixed to my satisfaction I do not belong to Facebook or other sources of social media; so unable to post there, however, if MrGwishes to post my comments, that is ok with me

[redacted] came out to my house at 10:pm at night and fixed a minor issue with my new furnace He was helpful and provided excellent service even though he drove a long way and it was late at night I hope J***'s boss sees this and gives him a "thank-you for a job well done" And I thank J [redacted] alsoJ [redacted] deserves stars

Most recently had the annual heater chefor my heating/air system Bill Haynes was the technician He was everything that ASI advertises - prompt, professional, great service I have used ASI to install a heater system in my previous residence and a heater/air/ducts in my current home I will continue to recommend them to my friends - excellent customer service at all levels of their organization

[redacted] who is a field technician with ASI repaired the force air heating system at my house today November 20, He was awesome, as he had previously diagnosed what appeared to be wrong, ordered the part, and replaced it today Excellent personality, and very knowledgeable It was a very positive experience, and he taught me a lot about the heating system I have at my house

Our Solar Installation was completed last FridayThe whole process from start to finish was excellent and done within 30days [redacted] was our sales personShe is very knowledgeable and passionate about her jobZachary Knox was our designer and was able to handle my special requests [redacted] Dand his installation crew were outstandingThey were on time every day, they were all very polite, courteous and professionalThe installation took just three days If you are interested in Solar I suggest that you add ASI to your research listBased on my research they the best excellent price and finance packagePlus the solar panels on my roof are made in the USA

ASI installed my LENNOX A/C unit in Up until recently ASI has given me great service I even had a paid maintenance service with them until just recentlyOn June an ASI technician troubleshot my A/C system and found that the outdoor condenser fan motor failed and that they would have to obtain a quote in order to proceed On July I contacted ASI to inquire about the status of quoting the part and was told that they did absolutely nothing with my trouble ticket and filed it away without any further action! Five days lost on ordering the part because either the technician or ASI managers failed to follow up I paid $for the technician visit which is supposed to go toward the cost of the repair I would expect this poor customer service from federal, state and city employees not from a professional contractor like ASI I am NOT a happy customer right now

Recently I had furnace and air conditioner installed by ASIDue to special circumstances; they came a few weeks early to remove my old unitsThen they came back to instal the new furnace and airconditioner unitI am super satisfied with Alvaro,Erik and Jerry who were the installersThey were extremely helpful and demonstrate professionalism with their workmanshipI definitely recommend others to consider ASIThank you ASI
