Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.  Initially, those ads were supposed to end on 12/31/16, however we chose to keep them running for another month.  We completely neglected to change the expiration date, this was not done intentionally it was an oversight on the part of...

marketing.  We have changed all of our ads to reflect the correct expiration date of 1/31/17.  Again, we appreciate you letting us know, as the TV ad was not the only ad that still had the incorrect date.

I am rating [redacted]., ASI Heating & Air. I give him 5 out 5 Stars for his knowledge, professionalism and his ability to explain the tasks and results of the annual inspection for my home HVAC system on 9/29/15. [redacted] is a great hire for ASI. I requested that he take care of us in the future, but I think ASI is smart enough to groom [redacted] to move up ASI's ladder. Quality Control Supervisor out to review the situation.  We do want to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, up to and including replacement and/or refund.   I know it's asking a lot, but I'd like one more opportunity to send our Quality Control technician out.   Please let me know if you are open to this.

ASI came out for routine a/c yearly service. Tech recommended putting in an additional return air duct upstairs in our house to improve the heat/cold circulation. Weeks later, we called to have the work done as proposed by him. Customer service scheduled an appointment. The morning of the appointment they called to say it was impossible because the install tech didn't have the parts for the job on his truck! They rescheduled for the following week. Two install persons showed up and asked what we wanted done. They wanted me to show them where the new duct was to go and where the return air duct would be. They quickly determined that it wouldn't work there and that they had too large a return air box in their truck for the job. They said they could order a smaller one and come back another day; I said ,"NO!" I've had it with this company!.

Working with ASI Hastings was a most pleasant experience. Led by Ron, the team of Miguel, Juan and Nishis were most efficient, experienced, cordial, respectful and courteous. They showed up exactly at 8am as advertised and got right to work You could certainly tell that they knew what they were doing. The job was to take 2 days and it did. We would highly recommend ASI Hastings to anyone considering a heating/cooling project. Their expertise and experience clearly show at every turn and you will NOT be dissatisfied in your choice.

No, I do not have a warranty that covers this appliance.  The guarantee expired last December, 2015.I was calling them when the heater would not respond to the thermostat, but by the time ASI was able to sent out a technician, the heater had spontaneously begun working.  No rhyme, no reason.  The heater has been unresponsive anywhere from two hours to two days.  I don't know what to do next.  I am exasperated.ASI has offered to send out a Quality Control Technician, but their previous four techs couldn't find out what was wrong.  All four techs offered the information that these heaters were unreliable.

Mr. [redacted] was competent, and professional. The experience was quite positive.

[redacted] did an excellent job getting our air conditioner up and running after the failure of a variable speed blower motor. He was consistently professional and considerate. I was impressed with how he quickly repaired the failure and then left the area clean and neat. Should we ever have another air conditioner issue, he's the man we'd like to have service our system. The company itself did a good job working to get a replacement motor as quickly as they could. ASI Hastings is a superb heating and air conditioning company.

There is no excuse for the lack of service that was
provided, from the lack of communication within our offices to the timeliness
or lack thereof regarding appointments to the error made in accounting by
assuming that the credit card on file was to be charged.  We do strive to provide the...

highest level of
service to all of our clients, unfortunately we fell far short of that mark in
this instance.  We can’t take back what
has occurred, we can only move forward in setting better internal processes and
procedures in place to ensure that this type of neglect does not occur in the
future for our other clients.  Ms.
[redacted] has been a valued client of ours for some time, it pains us to know
that due to our mistakes and negligence we have lost a client.  She has requested an apology, that is a given
and the very least that we can provide. 
If there is anything possible that we can do to make this up to her and
regain her trust we’d appreciate the opportunity to do so.

[redacted] was awesome. On time, clean, helpful, and patient! He went above and beyond to resolve my issue and was just so darn nice and helpful. Highly recommended, and very grateful.

Fernando and solar crew : Organized group and worked on my house very in tune with each other they work like a machine there was no lollygagging each person do with they had to do in and did it I didn't see any of the laziness they cleaned up after themselves of a followed instructions but it was a very quiet Smooth install of unit in fact you didn't know when they came Until I looked out always smiling and polite

Jason explained in clear and concise manner the job he was about to accomplish. Also clearly explained recommended additions to the cooling/heating unit along with the costs.

ASI has been checking my heating and air conditioning for years. They are always professional and kind. I appreciate being called and told that they are "on their way". I also appreciate a 2 hour window of service. [redacted] was warm and friendly in his conversation and a pleasure to work with.

[redacted] was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly in making a recommendation for a new Air Conditioner. He did not try and oversell me something that was not needed. When two surge protectors were not with the technician, he came out personally to install them while the air conditioner technicians were still there. I would highly recommend him!

[redacted]. from ASI was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to servicing my AC/Heating unit. I appreciate both his thoroughness and work ethic.

I clearly stated that it
was a voice message left regarding sending Mexicans to the home, the homeowner
freely verbalized his slurs, slanders and disrespect on numerous occasion either
in person or via phone calls.  If he
wants some sort of proof the only email that refers to this verbal abuse is an
excerpt from one to [redacted] which is attached and is quoted.
The phooehy comment was in an email format which the
homeowner does not deny. 
I have, however, attached two emails that the homeowner
copied ASI on.  The first is addressed to
the CPUC, [redacted], and [redacted]. 
Throughout his complaint the homeowner indicates that he blames ASI for
any delays that occurred during his installation.  The fact is that any delays that occurred were
due to waiting on approvals from [redacted] as well as the County.  In his email to these other entities he
indicates that the delays were due to [redacted] as well as the County.   
The second email was
from the homeowner to [redacted] in which he copied ASI.  He clearly states that he will not provide
any personal information to [redacted]. 
Coincidently he also states that  “Your employee also said "I was to ask for
the remaining balance due" and I told him is so many words that I am not settled in on what we
should pay or owe at this point as a result of ASI Hastings mistakes, delays,
misinformation etc.”
That being said, the requested desired
resolution from the homeowner was 1.) Asking for us to remove our yard
sign.  As stated, we will happily do so,
please let us know when we have permission to enter your property.  The other requested resolution was to 2.) Establish
the connection to the monitoring which requires a password.  The homeowner refuses to provide it.  Therefore, we are unable to accommodate his
request. 
I would respectfully ask that this complaint be closed,
as we have tried to the best of our ability to provide the homeowner with his
desired settlement.

ASI Hastings Inc. came to our home to service the heating and cooling system. Later that night we had a failure of the cooling system due to the age of the unit. ASI Hastings Inc. came to our home at 10:30 in the evening to help us out. Considering we have a 94 year old mother who needs air conditioning we were just so pleased they went the extra mile to fix our problem. The service technicians are professional, very friendly, courteous and excellent at their work. The staff receiving phone calls during and after hours are also very professional. Our experience with ASI Hastings Inc. was great, and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a first class heating and air conditioning company. Thanks ASI Hastings Inc., Great Job!

With all due respect, this complaint is very
reflective of the type of communication that we have seen from this homeowner
throughout the course of the installation.  The only appropriate response
to his tirades regarding white, Mexican, black, administrative versus fields
staff, our commercials, etc. is no response.  So, yes, there were numerous
times that we did not respond to an email or phone calls.  How do you respond to a message that only
states “I thought I hired the White Glove Guys, why did you send Mexicans?” Or
to an email that simply states “Phooey on you.” 
However, since this homeowner has stated that he didn’t expect to hear
from us regarding a complaint that could possibly damage our reputation with
the Revdex.com and community, I will respond.  Your
racial slurs and lack of respect to our team members has been appalling.    
Regarding your issues with the installation,
your signed proposal is very clear regarding the down rating of the breaker and
the process for that.  It is also very
clear about the [redacted] inverter. 
Regarding the desired settlement; I will
state this one more time, as we have been stating to you regarding this.  No
Wi-Fi internet connection can be established in your home without a password.  This is not something that ASI is requiring
it is a requirement for Wi Fi internet connection.  As we have stated, we either need to use your
cell phone to establish a connection which you refused to do, or we can use our
own device and have you enter your password (not provide it to us) which you
also refused to do.  There is no
resolution without establishing connection which does require a password. 
We will gladly and happily pick up our sign,
please let us know when one of our team members has your permission to enter
your property.    
Had we known the proclivities of this
homeowner prior to actually starting work at this home, we would have exercised
our right to refuse service.  It is
apparent that ASI is not a good fit for this homeowner.  I have marked his account in such a way that
while we are committed to standing behind our warranty, we will not perform any
additional or future work for him. 
Finally, I would respectfully ask the Revdex.com to
remove this homeowner’s complaint from our record.
