Have always and will always use ASI. Sergio L was very knowledgeable,polite and professional. This hold true of all the technicians I have dealt with. Your commercials leave a lot to be desired . If looking at ASI for the first time I would NEVER select ASI based on their current commercials.

I contacted ASI Inc several weeks ago to review my home heating and air conditioning since it had not operated effectively or efficiently over the last several monthsThrough an in home visit and technical investigation we determined that a replacement of the entire AC system was needed, both to improve air flow and reduce electrical consumption Several weeks later, a professional team of [redacted] , ***, and [redacted] from ASI showed up at my front door with everything needed to do the jobAnd, do the job they didAll were very courteous, knowledgable, and efficient, working throughout the entire installation as a teamThe entire job was completed in under hours with the resulting in a new, efficient cooling system installed and performing perfectly We were fortunate to have selected ASI and receive the best professional help out there Thanks, ASI, [redacted] , ***, and ***! ASI sincerely apologizes for the way in which the scheduling as handled While there is no excuse for what occurred, we currently are training several new customer service representatives When looking into the situation it appears that the scheduling was handled by one of our newer staff members We will most certainly follow up with additional training I do see that we are scheduled to perform the necessary repairs on 3/24/with the appropriate field staff I also see that we reduced the cost of the repair from $down to $ Mr [redacted] has used our services in the past, we value his patronage and would hate to lose a client over this issue There is no doubt that the scheduling was mishandled, the service that we provided was sub-par and not to our typical standards Moving forward, we will make every effort to provide the quality of service that this homeowner deserves I'd love to be the point of contact moving forward in order to ensure that there are no other future issues.Sincerely, [redacted] V.P of Operations ASI Heating, Air & Solar [redacted]

We have carefully reviewed the estimates provided by Mr [redacted] , these are the same estimates provided to us previously in which we used to come up with our offer of $15,When reviewing these estimates here is the cost breakdown: Quick Dry Flood Services estimate includes negative air machine cost: ET&T Invoice: $ GS Construction: $ Refund of Installation: $ Trash removal of $is included in the GS construction proposal, trash removal is also listed in the Quick Dry estimate for $ Closet finish is in GS Construction proposal for $ No mention of the requirement of a Dehumidifier is made in either the ET & T evaluation or in the Quick Dry Flood Service estimate We have never been provided with an estimate or cost from an outside source for a “Clean Air Certificate” We have never received an estimate for soundboard and why it may or may not be needed When adding up these estimates it totals out to $15,which is $less than his provided estimatesWe have consulted with our legal team and been advised to not agree to a contingency nor to agree to an open ended contractWe feel that our offer is fair and just

Today I had ASI heating and air-conditioning specialist [redacted] here at my homeHe was courteous knowledgeable and all-around perfect professional We have used ASI eating for years and have always had exceptional serviceI would recommend [redacted] *, and ASI heating and air-conditioning to anyone who asked about it

*** *was extremely efficient in tuning up my furnace He also was informative and honest about recommendations to enhance the performance of my heating system

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
ASI is not doing what they said they would do when they found out that we had mold in our home, that is to "make it right and fix it." It feels like they are holding us prisoner waiting for a ransom We can not proceed with the mold remediation in our home becasuse they will not agree to terms We cannot remove the unit because ASI has said they will not return our money if we touch the unit We Reject their offer and have included all Invoices and Estimates We feel we were left to fend for ourselves having to take up to days of partial or full work days off to meet with their employees, Insurance adjusters or other contractors to fix our home or receive estimates We do not have faith that ASI will remove the unit soundly and not damage our home further, we would like ASI to give us all our money back, the money for restoration and remediation as well Offer a contingency amount in case there is damage to our home during the removal of the unit If a contingency is not accepted we will accept one of two other options: (1) Allow us to Hire an independent to remove the unit and send ASI the Invoice, or (2) offer a written contract that is open for discussion
Gold Coast was hired by ASI to visit our home and perform Air Mold Testing and to open walls, they did not do either They quote in their report that we had a slightly elevated moisture reading of 17.8% in the flooring, that number is way above I have attached a moisture Chart for wood floors for reference

ET&T Post Remediation Survey......................$(We will hire this company to release Quick Dry of any potential mold left behind, this is for a Clean Air certificate)

I believe we have already sent the Hygienist Report, I was not able to add more attachments I believe we have done all the necessary procedures and have been fair with ASI and have waited long enough We just want our home fixed and for our daughter to have her room back

Called ASI Wednesday evening about PM Technician *** *was at the door Thursday morning, crawled through the attic, found the problem (a condensate pump not working correctly), had a replacement installed within the hour He removed the soggy (blown-in) insulation and replaced it with dry "because I was already in the attic" Nice, polite, personable

Explained the job that needed to be doneWilling to answer questions Personable, polite, made eye contact Neat, cleaned after the job was done Likes dogs

*** ** came out for a furnace tuback in OctoberIt has taken me a long time to finally write feedback, but Matt was great and deserves the accoladesHe was very knowledgeable about his products and very patient in answering my many questions about air quality, filter types, etcHe was very pleasant to have in the house and takes his business seriously as if he was the owner (which he is not)keep up the good work

We have been ASI customers for several years They are always prompt, courteous, and totally professional

I would like to express my thanks to technician *** *** He was very courteous, helpful, knew his job, and did fine work I would recommend him as a good spokesperson for ASI

*** *from ASI Hastings, Inc(San Diego area) was on time, friendly, explained everything he was doing and why he recommended certain additional preventative work as well as getting my a/c up and running again quickly I was very pleased and the pricing seemed reasonable based on what I've heard from friends who have had similar repairs

*** from ASI Hastings debugged our A/C unit this weekHe was very clean, professional and provided readings from his multimeter each step of the wayHe even showed me the current draw improvement from amps to amps, which indicated a significant resistance dropped after replacing some year old aged partsI plan to have another return added to my house to improve air flow in the master bedroomI will ask for *** to perform the workASI, keep up the great work training your team what customer service is all aboutThank You!
