We love the service and the quality of associates and technicians at ASI Always good service

So my AC was out weeks ago and I am still without AC but my AC unit is still under warrantASI which is the company I got the AC from failed on everything they promised to do in order to fix my problemThe part that was broken and supposedly ordered with hours did not get ordered till hours after the order for part made it to the officeVery little they did to track down the order to see the ETA on the partI called everyday just so they do not overlook the order, granted I know I am not the only customer they have, but did not help reminding themEven after the part was received after the to business day, "the promised"order and shipping time, I still had to call for them to see if my part came in yetMeanwhile the part has been sitting there, for how long I don't know, and them not doing what they said they will do once they received the part which is call me so we can schedule for install
All they care about is making moneyEverything they claim is all liesAbsolutely ZERO customer serviceThis company needs to work a lot on there organizational skills in order to guarantee a better service to us as they so claim to have performed for yearsFrankly, I do not see it

Absolutely professional and helpful service Tech was very open and taught me a lot about my system and how to help maintain it at peak levels

Our ASI guys were Storm and Andy - two professional, courteous and just plain nice guys They were careful about the door being open (we have cats) They were very good at explaining what they were doing, why and how to operate the new systemWe will only deal with ASI from now on

I could not be happier with the service I received from ASI They arrived on time, finished early, and spent time explaining all the features on our new equipment They went out of their way to keep their work neat and clean And all employees (***, ***, *** and ***) were very professional

$I purchased new portable AC floor unit from Home Depot($unit) ASI can refund me or purchase the unit for future customers
*$1,June 20th to July 19thTenant requestASI did not do or complete the 7/16/contracted AC installation as promised and contracted for
$2,Total damages requested"The crane was too small" Contractor procedure would be to immediately contact your supervisor and have the, replace crane with other roof equipmentThat way ASI crew could install the inside workLadders (?) arrive and roof work could have startedASI, at contract signing, said it would take daysThey lost company time and money by abandoning the job siteLeaving my tenants to live in a very unhealthy environmentNo reason this entire mess could not have been coordinated and completed by an experienced contractor on the promised 7/date

*** & *** *** ASI Hastings response did not address the majority of issues. Complaints to the Revdex.com were supposed to be about a business failure to perform in some way. All ASI Hastings is doing is repeating the racial card of accusations. That resolves nothing. Today I received the following from my son who has a solar installation, about 'privacy and passwords". I am including this in my response because ASI Hastings insists there is only one way, their way:

Perhaps ASI Hastings and Revdex.com, being block neighbors, with ASI Hastings Fourier loaded with torch awards from you is a clue.Last, do you read complaints?Do you take them seriously?Do you just forward complaints to the party and forward them back and forth until someone quits?How does Revdex.com let San Diegans like us know about business that are out of line?Perhaps *** might want to see how Revdex.com and ASI Hastings operate. *** *., ***

Great experience with ASIAll personnel were courteous kept me informed neat and prompt They kept to their schedule and were accommodating of my schedule no regrets choosing ASI

Called and arrived at scheduled time Provided quick diagnosis and repair at reasonable price Tech, *** * was informative and cordial

Fernando and crew were very easy to work with, reliable, and even improved on the original planThey did good work

*** *** was extremely cordial and professionalWe really appreciate all the time he spent with the service maintenance and his advise on how to improve the life of our systems and how to protect them as well
*** is very knowlegable and he is a great asset to have at ASI Hastings

*** was supposed to install a thermostat for our new HVAC system There was a problem with the thermostat, so it couldn't be installed *** stayed for a long time working on the issue In the end, he was able to wire it so that we could temporarily use the a/c without the correct thermostat He was a real life saver as it is outside our home right now and we are nice and cool inside

Technician was very polite and helpful(and prompt)

Just had *** and *** from ASI complete a sealing and insulation of my atticThe work was professional, quickly finished, and cleaned up well afterBoth of them were pleasant to deal with

I highly appreciated the service and professionalism that Jay Hoeszle showed as he tuned up and fixed our heating unitNice friendly guyThank you so much for your good service
