ONE WAS WATER AND ONE WAS SEWER
MY SEWER WAS CANCEL ENOUGH I PAID AND CALLED ON FOUR SEAPARATE TIMES REQUESTING FOR INVOICE AND POLICY INFORMATON
On 10/5/I made a full payment of $for year's serviceOn 2/14/I called and found out that my October payment was verified but did not get transferred to their "new" billing system Customer service agent said she would contact their billing deptto fix the problem On 4/27/problem still not fixedTalked to customer service again and she put notes on my account to get this resolved In May I received a "past due" notice I paid in full in October and don't owe them anything 5/29/18, I called customer service againProblem still not fixed; customer service agent emailed billing deptto update my account Very bad follby billing dept and supervisors on this account Someone is sitting on their rear ends and not doing their job It has been months and this problem still existsI hate to think what a hassle I would have if I had to file a claim for repair work to be done My advice: RUN away from this companyI would not recommend them to anyone
I made my payment of $on May 29th My payment was made by money order I kept calling Service Line Warranties and they kept telling me they didn't receive my payment and to go back and check with the money order company to see if it was cashed Now, it had already been about weeks I told them that if I mailed it in your company's envelope it should have reached your agency Well on June 17th, the money order company verified that the money order was cashed on June 6th I called them back today, June 18th and they are still telling me they haven't rcvd my payment They said they would look into it Why are these people taking consumers money and not providing a service My basement has feces coming up thru the sewer line
I was quoted a move price and then charged an extra hour due to the movers incompetence and refusal to use any dollies or hand-trucks
I was quoted a total price of $for the total move but then was charged a total of $due to the movers incompetenceThey did not use any dollies or equipment during the move that are standard practice according to the person that answers the phones and quotes the moving priceThey claim that it took an extra hour because they had to walk up stairs but most of the furniture was located downstairs where there were no stairsThere was only a love seat and boxes upstairs, everything else downstairsThe movers were extremely slow and had no motivation, moving one tiny item at at timeI even had a family member helping them during the moving process and they still took foreverThe manager had no concern for how slow the movers were and said that they could choose to use proper equipment if they wanted to and that they don't know that's why the
Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/04/30) */
Two Men and a Truck did move Mr*** *** on February 6, and then eventually on Feb 7, We did an estimate over the phone, which is standard for 95% of our estimatesWith this practice, we have been able to maintain great
customer service satisfaction numbers over the years that our company has been in serviceAs Mr*** stated, the move did not go according to planI was in contact over the course of next two weeks with Mr *** to ensure that I could hear out his complaints and try to find a resolutionI called him many times and left many messages, regretfully, in turn he was meeting the same difficulties of getting ahold of me, as wellWhen we did talk about his move his assessment of most of the estimate procedure was correctWe did go over the items that were to be movedThe customer service representative (CSR) made the decision that the description of the bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, the dryer and totes could be handled with a single day move, even though it had multiple stopsThe decision to not take the pictures from Mr*** was the mistake that the CSR madeIt ultimately would have prevented any of the mistakes that followedWe did accommodate attempting to finish the move on the following dayThis, regretfully, caused a great deal of issues for Mr***Because of that I apologized repeatedly to Mr*** and did offer compensation on several occasionsHe continued to say, "What can we do to replace these items? They are lost; there is nothing that we can do." I offered percentages off on his move and monetary amountHe declined the resolution saying that he felt like any resolution would simply compromise what he was trying to accomplishI am asked him what he was hoping to accomplish and explained to him this resolution would not inhibit him from letting people know, but we are just trying to make things rightI left the conversation without him accepting a resolution, again
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 13, 2014/05/13) */
He said he would give me compensation, and I said how can I tell you how much when all I wanted was my memoriesHe said he would call the people up so we could get the furniture back, but they had already gotten rid of itAs far as percentages, he is lying he has never offered percentagesThe only thing I got was a man who showed up halfway through the move and was only worried about getting a star ratingI want 100% of my move refunded plus 800$ for the tanning bed that was left behind, and money for the furnitureThen I will be gone and they will never hear from me again
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 19, 2014/07/01) */
6/23/14: I have not had subsequent contact with businessI will put together a dollar figure for my desired resolution
6/24/14: I would like to be refunded the cost of my move, $1,
6/26/14: I have never been offered discount of any kindI was overcharged one hour the first day and $1,represents only the charged billed for the move by the business, not even any costs for lost furniture
6/30/14: My check to the business is all that I have in the way of a receipt and I will send copy of that
7/01/14: I feel the business' offer is unacceptable in light of total cost of move, cost of lost furniture and my repeated attempts to alert business prior to move of unusual volume of cargo
7/01/14: I want to reiterate my dissatisfaction with business' disorganization and incomplete communication between employees

ServiceLine sent a lousy contractor to fix a my problem!!!!
They sent *** *** *** who made appointments and was a No Show and No Call on of them!!! I was unable to do laundry, I canceled several engagements to wait for ***, who never came and never called When I called, I was told, "*** had a class", "*** forgot your address", *** was on another job, "*** was on his way to Columbus" different appointments!!! I finally called Service Line, who was not helpful and didn't care *** *** *** sent a plumber from another company to finish the job, hours later!!!!!
In May of I initiated a claim for my service line which had backed up and caused sewage to overflow into our basement Service Line warranties sent a technician out to service the line in a timely manner The technician temporarily unclogged the line and advised that additional services beyond his capabilities were needed and a follow up service was needed The tech advised that he would report the results and follow up with me within the week He failed to contact me and after a few weeks the line clogged again On Wednesday, June 27, I called Service Line Warranties and reported that I was having issues again with my sewer line and that I was waiting for a follow up call when I was informed that they had no record of any service this year
After reporting my current emergency, I was scheduled to be serviced hours later between the hours on 8am and 12pm on Friday, June 29, I re-arranged my work schedule to be home during 8am and 12pm on Friday for this ser
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They refused to credit ANY amount for the additional cost caused by their practice of delaying the moveThe same items were moved months ago by another form for HALF the cost..with NO damage! We are totally dissatisfied with their response and unwillingness to refund $300!

Your guys went above and beyond! I have a huge armoire that I wanted to put in the second floor of my condoThey called in reinforcements and made it happen! I appreciate their hard work so very much!
I have a claim started and one estimate was sent in for approval by a contractor that was chosen by Service Line Warranties of America I called and told them that I was not comfortable with this particular contractor doing the work and wanted a second opinion about the job I explained that I received the run around for two weeks from that contractor and then the contractor sprung unexpected issues on me the morning before excavation was to being The contractor claims that a tree has to be removed before work can be done, which I completely disagree with, which is why I want a second opinion I feel that this particular contractor is not competent, and expressed my feelings about it to Service Line Warranties of America I was told by SLWofA that they would not get a second opinion and that I had to deal with the contractor that submitted the first estimate since it had already been approved HUH? I am not allowed to get a second opinion? Especially when I expressed my feelin
Yesterday, I received a letter saying the Provider will now be North America IncThey say they have no record of my paymentsI signed up with them Columbia Service Partners in I talked to six different people yesterday, all of them said they had no record of my paymentsI've contacted my bank for copies of my checks
For several months, I have been trying to resolve my billing history with this company I have called several times and I have sent email detailing the cleared check payments from my bank, but every month I receive new "Past Due" notices with increasingly mystifying amounts dueI have both an exterior water service line warranty and an exterior sewer / septic line warranty and I remit one payment every month for $to cover bothWhen I have called I have been assured that they see the payments and will ensure that I do not get another "Past Due" noticeThe latest bill which I received this week indicates a past due amount of $with the threat to cancel my coverage on 11/3/ But I have nothing past due and this is an error on their part in the way they are applying the payments

Reference sales order# XXXXXXXXXXXXX Two men and a truck when we tried to cancel told us they needed hours otherwise we would be charged however the booking did not allow for hours before the job was to be completedWe called them within hours of scheduling to cancel and while on the phone they charged $deposit and proceeded to tell us that we would still be charged labor in the amount of $an hourWe contacted them directly again after talking to our bank to see if we could work it outThe rep told us there was nothing they could do Then we were charged $even though there was no way for us to cancel within hours as the schedule job was shorter than the window providedWhen scheduling we were not notified verbally about any policies around cancellation or around fees until we received an email 2:PM on the
HomeServe installed a new boiler mos agoOn 12/no heat was coming up so placed a call to their service line ***Technician came 12/and bled the lines resolving the issue but the heat could not be regulated (degrees in house and thermostats not responding) - causing us to call again Technician came next day 12/15) and said he had no idea what was causing it and they had to wait for the installer to come Monday 12/ We called today and they stated the records show we should have a follow upWe have to manually turn the boiler off to stop the heat from coming up and turn it back on when we get cold again I have elderly people here and this is an extreme safety concern
I just want to mention that I received a letter from them today and tried to go to the website that was given on the back of the letter to view the entire coverage details and the website was not legitimate I tried to call them to discuss their coverage and there is absolutely no way to get a representative on the phone, only option to pay for the coverage This along with the bad reviews that I see on this site leaves me very suspicious and I will not even consider signing up for their service
On June 1, 2015, Ms*** received an estimate via phonewhich was estimated to take between 4-hours. The estimate, including travel charge and fuel, came to $to$We do have a two hour minimum, but this move was never in that category. Our estimate was based on
theinformation Ms*** provided and it is an estimate in accordance with thePUC regulations for local moves Themovers stated that they tried to put the sofa into her new apartment, but itwas too large. We do not offer hoistingservices. It is against our insurancepolicy, and we cannot put our men’s safety at risk. Nowhere in our literature or on our websitedoes the topic of hoisting furniture appear Unfortunately, we cannot control whether apiece of furniture is going to fit into a new spaceDorothy C***, President, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK
