I have asked on numerous occasions for confirmation of receipt of payment, but none has been forthcomingHave repeated email address repeatedly, but to no availsent SLWOFA an email that they could respond to, but no availNow, I have another notice of payment due, when they said they received it repeatedly, but they don't answer the phone or respond to any of my numerous attempts to contact themPlease help...I have had this annual renewal account for several years and am just having trouble recently

We hired two men and a truck to move about rooms, large items only, and appliancesAn extremely simple move...not to mention our destination is only aboutminutes away
After speaking to a representative to set things up, she said we needed "3" movers to move these thingsAlthough I thought that was ridiculous based on our previous two moves where we used much smaller companies, and they only used two men to move our belongings , and it included a MUCH larger move
But...I didn't have time to haggle so we agreedMoving day came and I couldn't be there because of the shop so Dennis the one that oversaw the "big move."
To make a very long story short, they managed to break my elliptical machine, gouge the upstairs hallway and damage the drywall, lose the ceramic burner pieces to our stove, put two large gouges into our Hall Display tree, and now our nearly new fridge rattles like it's going to fall apart
The "third" guy that was so important to the move was so bad, that my husband spent the majority of the time running behind him because the guy didn't even know how to pick things up from the bottomThe other two were constantly telling him how to move things...and he still didn't listen
We filled out a damage report for the elliptical only, because we didn't catch the gouges in the hall tree at the time, nor did we have the fridge hooked back up at that time
Although we filled out the damage reportThey did not call us, we had to place calls to Courtney, and then we were told "Courtney" had been fired, so we escalated to management, and it still took us numerous calls to finally get a $credit for the third guy, and a $dollar credit for a very expensive elliptical machine that now is missing the outer back shell and all of the back electronics are exposed

I signed up for the warranty for water & sewer lines last year in November/DecemberIt took them over two months to send my policies and first statementOnce I received the statement, I decided to check on here Revdex.comThe reviews are not goodI do not want to be with a company that does not meet their obligationsSo I called in to cancelI am still getting statementsI called today, they said I will continue to get statementsFor what reason? I asked to have the statements stoppedAnd the representative stated it will take days to take affect and I might still get statementsI want my name, address and phone number removedAnd all chargesI NEVER used the service

Received an e-mail from Service Line Warranties stating my November statement was ready to reviewWhen I try to log on the website I am told the password is wrongClick on forgot my password an answer the required fields and a message said I will received a temp passwordI have done this about times or the last weeksI have e-mailed them and have not received anything backI have called and received no help

Started well with a very professional walk thru to determine estimated cost (***)Great follconfirmation prior to the moveThe moving crew was outstandingThey took excellent care of our stuff and all had very courteous, professional attitudesThey worked extremely hard thru a very high heat index dayThe crew supervisor was very clear, concise, and professionalOverall, a very positive moving experience and would highly recommendI'll be moving another household soon and will request the same crew

June received a letter from the City of North Las Vegas urging me to buy SLW because the sewer line in out neighborhood are old I signed up and have been paying for two years 5-called their customer service because my plumbing was backing up into my yard Plumber came 5-17-and couldn't clear out sewer 5-19-plumber came with camera and could'nt clear line 5-19-I get call from SLW telling me I am not covered because the line goes under my mobile homeWhen I read them the contract they said "that's and old contract"Their contracts says "This Home Service Contract covers primary sanitary sewer line from the point of entry at your home including primary sanitary sewer line which may be burried or embedded in concrete under single family home to point of public or municipal sewer responsibility and provides service or repair to restore flow to the primary sanitary sewer line serving home where the flow of line is impeded due to wear and tear or

For the lack of response by Chad *** I am not sure what happened there If she did leave several messages with Chad and he didn't back to her that is an unprofessional representation of our company and it will not happen moving forward For the other two issues, there is some sort of
misunderstanding that could have been and should have been cleared up right when *** contacted Chad the first time.We did not show up late ***'s move was scheduled for an arrival between 11am-3pm Her crew arrived right at 3pm I attached the pre-move letter containing information regarding the arrival window which was emailed to *** and the original job sheet with the crew's arrival time I also updated *** earlier in the day letting her know that our morning moves were going longer and that the crew wouldn't arrive until later in the arrival window The running out of product complaint is a little confusing to me We provide a service and the customers move went our minimum Again this is something that could have been cleared up when *** first contacted Chad.Unfortunately, Chad ***, is no longer with the New Brighton office so I can't obtain any information from him regarding the issues

Moved our office across townIt was easy to schedule and the Lead mover was very professional and thorough in every aspect of the moveThey also followed up after the move to ensure they met our expectationsI have used them in a previous residential move and was pleased with that experience as well

We signed up with Service Line Warranties back in for external water line and external service line warrantyAbout three years ago our daughter attempted to sign up for this same coverage and was told it wasn't available in our areaShe subsequently forgot about it until about a week ago and tried again She got the same responseShe called our City offices and asked about it and they told her the company had stopped coverage in our area sometime ago, but hadn't told anyoneWhen I called Service line warranty I was told my account was up to dateI told them "yes it is, you have been taking automatic payments out of my account for years and I assumed we had coverageNow I discover we don't" I told "Susan" I wanted reimbursed for all funds they took from whatever date it was they discontinued service here and I wanted them to stop taking payments out of my account She said she would send information to "management." I haven't heard anything from themI visited with my bank

Service Line Warranties of America is a complete sham in my opinion We have had the policy for several years In July, we were having issues with a toilet flushing The plumber we called for the repair used a camera to look inside the line and discovered a break in the sewer line just outside the perimeter of the house I promptly called Service Line Warranties to open a claim on August 6, I was told by the company representative that a plumber would be contacting me that afternoon to schedule an appointmentThe plumber never called My husband called the plumber the next day and was told the plumber would be out on Monday of the next week
When the plumber finally showedup, his camera was not charged He had to sit in our driveway while the camera charged and then supposedly examined the pipe He left without reporting any findings to us
We again called SLW the next day and were told that they had not heard back from the plumber We called back on a dail

I went online to pay my bill (9/11/18) with Service Line Warranties and paid the $asked for online for one year of serviceAfterwards (the same day) I get a bill from Service Line Warranties that has a different amount on it (48.45) and no letter of intent to increase the price or coverage had been sent to meI called Service Line Warranties and spoke to a gentleman whose said his name is Pierre stated that the higher amount was correct of I told Pierre that the amount asked for online was paid and the implication was that is was for a full yearPierre tells me that the amount I paid will cover me for the first months and then they would bill me for the additional cost at that timeHow can a buisness as large as this get away with such shoddy bookkeeping and billing process?

I had homeserve usa contract out a contractor to my house to fix a light outsideThis contractor came out ttimes to fix the problem because the couldn't get it right the first timeThe second time they came out, the contractor entered my basement and opened a window that had been shut for about yearsIn the process of him opening the door, my window was broke and the foundation board cracked in serveral places because the window was sealed by rustI called homeserve and they conducted a month investigation only to tell me, that the contractor is only wanting to pay for the window, at $150, and not the foundationHomeserve said, they are giving me a check for $to fix the problem and no moreI was asked to get one estimateMy estimate was for $by a licensed construction contractorHomeserve doesn't want to pay for the repairs their contractor did to my foundation

Amazing crew! Of course you can never be sure of how your move is going to go, especially with our family being MilitaryBethany was the one to set everything up for our move and I adored her, she was able to rest my mindOur crew of guys(sorry I msiplaced the names) ROCKED!! Everything was taken care of and wrapped so no damages would acccur, and none did! I did like how they check in during the move just to make sure those guys are doing what they need toI WILL use your comapny again and will tell everyone about you!

We are taking the position that we offered a repair to the items that we damaged, and you denied us this. These items were tossed out and disposed of by your brother, which is directly out of our control. I am at a loss for any type of resolution with you

I pay monthly for warranty services in which I had a gas leak and the company agreed to reimburse me for paying the plumber out of pocket They required that I send a copy of the bill to them which I did on 8/23/via email I was informed they should expedite payment to me I phoned on 8/22/and 8/28/to get a status on the refund I was informed that I would receive a call from contractor services advising of this status, which never occurred On 9/7/I received a letter in the mail informing me that I had to sign a release of liability form prior to being reimbursed None of this was discussed during the initial call Today I sent them an email with the requested information and tried to call to verify that they indeed received said request No one can verify that they received said email Then on the letter I received as mentioned above it states after receiving said form that it may take up to three weeks for a payment to be mailed Well I've waited long enough

I have had the most frustrating experience trying to use your product The service has been unprofessional from Service Line and the contractor used to address my plumbing issue
07/- We discovered that one of our toilets had water coming out of it and the other toilet in our house was not filling with water Promptly called a drain cleaning service that was out in about an hour and cleared the line He identified the issue as roots in our front sewer pipe, but he cautioned that this was a temporary fix and the line needed to be repaired
Since I have both sewer and water coverage I called Service Line Warranty and filed a claim The rep assured me that a contractor would get back to me within hours Time passes no call, I call back and was told they spoke with the contractor and he would call back within two hours Still no phone call, so I call back and they issue is apparently escalated Finally, at 10:00pm CDT, the plumber calls and is not professional
