I have purchased a waterline service warrantee that appears to be useless I have a water leak and my water bill kept increasing so called for repairs to be made weeks ago The plumber came out, found that the leak was in the yard, dug two holes but has not returned to finish the repair I have called, left messages, call the warrantee company but just get excuses and lame promises I have been turning the water off when not in use to avoid such a high bill

Hello I have Been a customer for years and had great service until this year.I had inches of sewer water in my basement and called service line up and they could not get anyone out foe days so I asked them to let me find a plumber and they got approval from a supervisor for me to get a lic plumber.well I paid the plumber in 5-12-and sent in Copley of bill to them and as of manny phone calls still no check for the service the plumber did.And this I 9-20-2018.this is a very bad way to do business no one can help me at the customer service

Service Line Warranties of America's advertising is misleadingIt advertises that its warranty covers the portion of water line and sewer line that is of a home owner's responsibilityThis makes customer thinking that other than the portion that the city covers (which is normally from city upto the streat of the home), all the rest of of the water line and sewer line are covered including the water line and sewer line under the houseHowever this is not the caseIt usually does not include the portion that is under the houseBecause it only covers the portion that is from the street up to the first branch, which could be the first connection to any toilet, kitchen or even just a branching placeThat basically means if anything happen inside a house, it's not coveredWhen I enrolled the service, the sales man in the phone didn't mention anything about above limitation either

I WANTED TO PURCHASE A HOME INSURANCE PLAN THROUGH SERVICE LINE WARRANTIES OF AMERICA - SEWER AND WATER LINE COVERAGE ON FEB16, HOWEVER THE AGENT, ALLAN, ONLY ACCEPTED THE SEWER WARRANTY BECAUSE THE WATER LINE WARRANTY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN LAS VEGAS NVI STILL BOUGHT THE SEWER COVERAGE AND EVEN PAID FOR A YEAR I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH HOUSE REPAIRS- SO I DECIDED TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL COVERAGE THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY HOMESERVEI PRACTICALLY BOUGHT ALMOST THE TOTAL PACKAGE AND WHEN I SPOKE TO THEIR REPRESENTATIVE TODAY, THE AGENT NAMED STEPHANIE, THAT I CAN NOT HAVE DUPLICATE COVERAGE FOR THE SEWER I WAS SURPRISED HOW SHE KNEW ABOUT MY SEWER COVERAGE AND SHE SAID THAT HOMESERVE AND SERVICE LINE WARRANTIES OF AMERICA AND UNDER ONE BUSINESS UMBRELLA
MY COMPLAINT IS : (1) WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED FROM THE BEGINNING THAT I COULD BUY THE WATER COVERAGE TO HOMESERVE IF SERVICE LINE COULD NOT SERVICE LAS VEGAS? SINCE OBVIOUSLY, THEY HAVE ACCESS TO A COMMON CORPORATE SYSTEM

statement from Service Line Warranties of America does not match what the online account says is owed which is usually $this year $Mailed diffStatement 6/4/and then another later in month both the same amount $account number *** I pay the bill (who is senior citizen) for my mom with her account and I pay online and it stated the amount owed is $so I paid that with my mothers debit card not thinking much of it and also emailed their customer service 6/21/and have not received a response backI looked online here and they are rated at a D+ but on their statements it stated they are a A+ ratingI have used them in the past for a claim and they did comply and I have never had any problems until this year

Was suppose to receive a reimbursement payment of for a sewer clean out on June 3, that I submitted to them on June 5, 2017, it was approve by them thru my Email and receipt
They said they would send a letter off responsibility for the work done and then have me sign the letter and mail it back which I did and I would receive a reimbursement check in ten weeks, I call from 11/9/to 12/6/to ask why I haven't received my check, and all they keep saying they will contacted me with in hours after my Call and never do

I've had both a sewer line and water line warranty with this company for the last yearsToday was the first time I had to file a claim as we had a small hole in the water line coming into the houseLuckily, the hole was in the exposed portion of the pipe just to the inside of the water meter which is why the city of Phoenix said that they could not fix it and it was our responsibility

He finished the work, said it was all covered under the warranty and didn't even ask me to sign anything

I had purchased a sewer line warranty from Service Line Warranties - as recommended by my local municipality In October - I had a minor backup The contractor that SLW assigned - *** ***, cabled my sewer line successfully but then did a camera inspection that revealed a break in the line in my front yard Contractor submitted a request to repair my sewer line, telling me that I needed approxfeet of my line replaced and that the work could be done at no out of pocket cost under my warranty Work began in December Contractor mislocated my sewer line and on day of project knocked out my gas line, causing me to evacuate my house and requiring the gas company to dig up more of my yard to fix that break The plumbing contractor left my site at around 1-PM that day On the second day, contractor dug in multiple different locations in the yard trying to find the sewer line unsuccessfully They once again left around 1-PM - stating they were afraid of h

We have used this company for several years now With only one minor exception, their response to our claims has been prompt, professional, and highly satisfactory The service is well worth the minimal cost and has paid for itself many times over

I submitted a payment electronically that was not credited to my account I confirmed payment by the bank, and the bank sent documentation of payment to Service Line Warranties I have called the Customer Service desk five or six times over two weeks with no help and rude treatment (they hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor) I am glad that I don't have a real sewer problem and need them to step up

The company provides insurance for the water and sewer line from the outside gauge to the house incase of leaks We have been paying $a month for this for many years, and especially over the past years, they loose our payments and then bill us for late payments overdue Recently in the past months, they did not credit us with payments, and this month billed us for three months!
