I called several times, they are rude, they were suppose to send my card from the end of mayI asked to speak to a supervisor and they transfer and hang upThey also transfer to wrong deptThe supervisor myra was antagonistic and hung upThey verify every transfer, which when I suggested they look into it, they use the automatic system and transfer with notes, then they puposly do it again to get a kick out of it and become rude with you and hang upI asked for a waver of the shipping fee since they lied and failed to send it days agoShe immediately became robotic and continued to read the script over top of me talking, and said she can't finish when I was talking over her and said have a good day and hung up

I have called this company everyday for days straight I was hung up on I was given no information regarding my claim The investigators had done nothing to get video for the places that I was victim to The investigator had done nothing to investigate this matter just denied it on bias I have already talked to a woman named *** and she refused to look into the matter unless I suplied her with video which I am unable to get since nothing can be given to me only officials or investigators I am very tired of being told to contact thier managment team when all reps will not help or they say there is nothing that can be done Again I was victim to someone stealing my card when I was with my husband and a person went to atleast stores and stole my money and this company refuses to give me what is stolen This company has caused me to have a eviction on my record and all my belonging taken away from me I have nothing and I want my money back

I am rejecting this response because: Direct express is a separate entity from the Federal GovernmentThe federal government has contracted with Direct Express to issue bank cards by Comerica Bank so social security recipients can collect their monthly benefitsThe poor customer service that I received from Direct Express including the nasty and unprofessional management team is unacceptableI don't want anything else to do with Direct Express and has asked Social Security to update my Direct Deposit to another financial institutionI refuse to do any business with Direct Express and the relationship between me and Direct Express will never exist again. Thank You

*** *** The store that has the ATM machine should be able to identify hopefuly by picture date and time that this transaction was not made by me. My concern is not so much the amount but the fact somebody was able to take monies from my account without actually having my card. What if they had taken the maximum amount allowed for a day? Direct Express asked if I had filed a Police ReportDAAAA!! Who should I file the complaint against? The ATM machine. Is this a new way thieves are stealing monies? Is this situation bigger than $23.85? How many $have been stolen? My hand on my Mother and Father's graves I did not give my card to anybody. The card has never been out of my possessionDirect Express said my wife might have done this. I am insulted with the allegation, my wife has been suffering with an aggressive case of Chron's disease. She does not leave the house other than a doctors appointment or the pharmacy. My wife has a certificate for the completion of the school of Ministry, she has not even been able to attend church services. Walgreens needs to find out how this really happened so they can report to government officials the intensity of the situation happening with ATM thefts

I am rejecting this response because:Why would this complaint be out of the mission of the Revdex.com? If anything the Revdex.com should be more involved! This bank should be held accountable to all consumers who use their debit cards, especially those of us whose social security, disability, and other benefits are depended on just as much, if not more than any other consumerI sincerely hope the Revdex.com will not back down from such a ridiculous claimAnother charge against direct express involves Reg EAs I understand this consumer protection it states that this bank has days to provide a provisional credit for the amount being disputedThey have not done this and it has been over daysI wish to add this violation to my complaint.
