I am rejecting this response because:according to the attached document, dated 7/31/2017, Tracking Id# ***, Direct Express clearly states “If the completed “Questionaire of Fraud” or letter outlining your claim details is received within business days from the date of your initial call, and the investigation is not complete, a provisional credit will be issued to your card on the 10th business day” I did not receive this document until the afternoon of August 7, I completed and mailed out this document on August 8, On the tenth business day, which would have been August 14, 2017, there was “no provisional credit”, issued, nor had direct express received my completed document that I mailed out on 8/8/ However, when I called the fraud dept, on 8/14/17, direct express had already denied a refund (provisional credit), on my debit cardDirect Express DOES NOT PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS FUNDS AND THEY REFUSE TO CREDIT BACK MONEY HAT WAS STOLEN FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS Direct Express, Coamerica Bank, refusal to credit back the amount owed to me, has now caused me to be EVICTED OUT OF HOME I will also lose all of my personal belongings because I don’t have money to put it into storage So “Thank You”, Direct Express for protecting the funds of your DISABLED customers and for failing to HONOR YOUR OWN WORDS AND STATEMENTS, saying they will provide a refund for the unauthorized transactions

I have contacted them several times no help at all the ***
also received a call from a specialist I forwarded the information requested and told to contact her back and left messages and there's been no further contact and then called the *** and was advised there wasn't a person by that name at the company! There business practices are awful no two people have the same knowledge of the one service they have or provide!

Revdex.com,I have been provided the following update by Direct Express Management:The Direct Express Cardholder Advocacy Group stated that Ms*** has not submitted any paperwork as of April 21, When they spoke with Ms*** they provided the option for her to email or fax copies of the receipts proving she sent the documents certified mail Direct Express offered to have the paperwork emailed and/or faxed to herAdditionally Ms*** was given the option of simply writing a narrative in the body of an email to Direct Express explaining what occurred and outline what she is disputing. Unfortunately, Ms*** refused to participate in the claims process and refused all efforts to assist Please encourage Ms*** to contact me directly and hopefully I can assist in facilitating getting her documentation to Direct Express. *** *** when I call the phone number above I am put on hold for hours on end then disconnected without any contact of help from any human whatsoever I have tried resolving this problem with them I wang my money back I sent in my Dispute form within the timeframe they requested and hsvd yet to receive my money back on my ssi card in form if provisional credit as promised if I would fo so ,this whole ordeal has been horrible and extremely detrimental to me especially with it being so close to the holidays and I need to pay my bills and I have no presents sll because some sg stole my purse I just want my money back
