I am requesting a investigation concerning this robbery, concerning my call to direct express and also a picture of the person who used my card at the ATMI have no reason to file a police reports if it don't happen

I am rejecting this response because:I have been told repeatedly by the Social Security Administration, that this company is NOT associated with them They are their own entity! Yes, they do accept downloaded monies from Social Security Administration, but they are not part of this government administration If you contact the Social Security Administration, they will confirm this (***) ***-***.They are attempting to hide, in fact when I spoke to Direct Express directly on several occasions, it was confirmed that they have no control about when Social Security deposits the monies to consumer accounts and are NOT directly connected to that government administration, so for this person to attempt to make statements to you, makes me wonder if I chose the right company to handle my monies

Direct Express has engaged their IT group to work with the Mr* *** to test his number and phone carrier with success. I am awaiting confirmation regarding root causes and that the notifications are free of errors.In summary, Mr* *** is working with Direct Express and the notification process has been corrected but I am waiting for confirmation that there have been no errors.Meanwhile, please encourage Mr* *** to contact me directly if he has any questions or concerns.Sincerely,*** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I have already talked to two supervisors got hung up by one of themim sure their just going to tell me the same thing that their so called investigation could not find any errors of fraudthat if I have any new information or documentation to let them knowlet me ask this what documents do you need to get this reversed? I bet you give everyone the run around with no intentions of helping us outwell what your doing is not right and im going to get to the bottom of itive already contacted the attorney general ive made a police reportnow im going to contact my local news channel and go public this is goverment money that thiefs are taking from daughter who is on social securityhow can $be taken from an atm machine from an address thats not even validthey told to contact the merchant I would dont you think I would have already done thatThere is no merchant! its a made up address when making my police report you have to put the address where the incident took placeI did and they said that it was not a valid addressso im disgusted and fed up ive done my part now its time direct express get their stuff together and do there job

This company is terrible, horrible customer serviceTakes over days to get a card!! I would not recommend direct express especially for the disable or elderly!!
