Beauty takes all customer concerns very seriously and appreciates the time Mr*** has taken to let us know about his experienceMr***’s complaint expresses concern about his ability to place orders on Ulta Beauty’s website and requests that Ulta Beauty identify why he is unable to do soAs set forth in Ulta Beauty’s Online Terms and Conditions, Ulta Beauty reserves the right to revoke someone’s ability to make purchases online if (s)he fails to follow the program’s terms and conditions. I am rejecting this response because: for one I had asked the address to be changed, the customer representative said she would have to cancel the order and replace the order with the new address I said that was fineBut then all of a sudden the order can not be changed? How is that possible? At this point i'm just going to file a police report because I'm out over 200$, the UPS won't reimburse me, and Ulta won't reimburse meWhy should I have to file with my credit card company that has nothing to do with this? Even if so they did send the package to the *** *** address, I went to pick up the package that was supposed to be delivered there and guess what, nothing thereSo I let ups know and they can't do anything about it because that package was " sure post "Ulta doesn't even cover customers packages, shows how much they care about getting the package delivered and secure to their customersGood to know where we stand with this companyEver since speaking to Mia from Ulta corporate it became very clear their customers are their least concern, and so is our hard earned money because she showed no sympathy and was in anyway helpful at allSo thank you Ulta for showing your true colors, and losing a customer.

I am rejecting this response because:yes, I am buying not only for myself, but also for other people in Israel that can't buy online at ULTA.com and do want their productsULTA doesn't let people from Israel buy and sure won't ship to IsraelULTA are banning Israelthis is not rightSo I am buying for them and ship it to Israel to their addressthis way they can enjoy ULTA's productsi asked the person who called me yesterday what is the real reason? I am surely can buy at the store as many as I want so why not give me the comfort and the benefits of buying online? as more benefits my customers receive, the more they will shop at ULTA.comi was told that it is OK once the store see "my face" and know I am a real person.my suggestion is - I will go to the store, sign anything they want to show that I am a real person and let me have the comfort of buying online and not run to the store every week
