                        Customer [redacted]   Dear Revdex.com Customer Relations Advocate:   We received your letter dated May 24, 2016, regarding the above-referenced complaint from [redacted].  As an initial matter, we’d like to thank Ms. [redacted] for contacting Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (“Ulta Beauty”) through the Revdex.com (“Revdex.com”). Ulta Beauty takes all customer concerns very seriously and appreciates the time Ms. [redacted] has taken to let us know about her experience.   On Friday, June 3, 2016, a member of Ulta Beauty’s Guest Services Team was able to identify and correct the issue that was preventing Ms. [redacted] from placing online orders at [redacted]. Ulta Beauty has sent Ms. [redacted] a gift card as a token of appreciation for her patience in allowing Ulta Beauty to correct this issue.   We trust that the information in this letter fully addresses the concerns of the Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted] regarding this issue.
