We have set the appropriate expectation with Ms.H*** regarding the need to have any coupon offers in hand and the inability of our store staff to provide any discount without the coupon present at the point of saleWe've confirmed the pricing and placement of the Hairdo item Ms.H*** mentioned was priced incorrectly at the time of her visit, and confirmed per our records, the item was recently returned in store for creditWe have assured Ms.H*** her feedback was escalated and sent an E-gift card for appeasementWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have replied various times to ulta customer service and I still have not resolved anythingAt this point I really don't know what else to do, I'm already put of almost $dollars and products I can't use because I had a reaction to themSo what else can I do besides replying to them every time!!!
