She was asking for my rewards # for the bill, she clearly has no idea why I was complaining and didn't read the complaint. It's done, just close this out!

Rocksann [redacted] Hello,   I am not satisfied with Ulta's reply. Once again they only provided me with the phone. I already called the number prior to even reaching out to their corporate office and prior to filing this complaint.    I still don't understand how I applied in Ulta for an "Ulta" product but they have no way of contacting their credit card agency they use for their own credit card? Seems like a huge disconnect if I got a Credit Card through Bank of America I would believe that they would have communication with all lines of their business.  Sincerely, Rocksann [redacted]

We were able to speak with the guest regarding the matter and apologized for the inconvenience the matter has caused, the guest confirmed that she never paid for the original salon service and we did attempt to fix the color. It was recommend that she wait as to not further damage her hair, I spoke with the guest this afternoon and have agreed that we will pay for her next color service at our salon, guest was advised that once she goes in for her appointment to contact GS specialist [redacted] directly so we a gift card can be processed for her to pay for the services however we would not provide additional color services at no cost the guest agreed and stated that would be fine closing case

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would like to point out however, that this entire matter could have been avoided. I believe that my gift card was not sent until I opened this claim. Seeing as how my email address has never changed and I only received my gift card after much ado, I find no other viable explanation.
Further, I would like to point out that [redacted] was dishonest in her notes to my file. The line was certainly not disconnected. She cut me off and sent me to the customer survey line when she did not like the questions I was asking her about this transaction.
Lastly, I specifically asked Utla to contact me via their online survey request. They did not. We did not need to take it to this level to achieve resolution. My claim was responded to on the last possible day. Coincidence? I think not.
I know these comments will not be read, nor replied to. However. I want them to be part of the record for this transaction.
