I made a mistake the website is misleading it says £39.00 then when you go to pay it charges £198.00 which I am gutted. The customer service they do not answer to my emails at all. I cancelled the order straight away but not response and not refund yet!

So bloody P***ed off with this company.
It’s impossible to contact them ! What a scam!

Accessed my account twice without my consent
I ordered some diet pills and totally missed the fine print. I realized my mistake immediately when instead of the $69.99 on their page they had debited my account $198.99 which overdraw my account for a fee of $34.00. I called within 5 minutes to stop the shipment and cancel the order which he refused. So I told him I him I was going to stop the payment and nonchalantly told me to go ahead. So I stopped the payment which cost me $40.00. They sent the pills anyway whoch I was intending to ship back. But with this pandemic, I was working 2 jobs just to make ends meet. They turned around and charged $153.99 to my account without authorization and threw my account off, costing me $72.00 in overdraft feed and also got my gas and electricity disconnected which cost me $50.00 plus my gas bill and $100.00 plus my electric bill and I have been behind since. I have tried their so called wonder pills and gained weight instead of the promised weight loss. I need my refund and I will still send the reminder of these pills back

Not trustworthy billed me for multiple items and I only order one but system preorder a subscription of products and is a very unsettling manipulation
I order what I thought would be a fantastic item and from an upright company. I was wrong on July 6, 2020, I order one bottle of keto fast, but not to my avail I was build for the product about four times the amount I agreed to. I called the company right away to reverse the transaction but was told that the product had been packaged and shipped. There is no way that they could have done packaging and shipping that between the 5 minutes I saw the deduction from my account. The company informed me of this mystery subscription which I remembered distinctly not clicking on the box for a future subscriptions was the reasoning behind the multiple items. They canceled the subscription but they did not yield me a refund. They told me it would be resolved just return the products unopened when they arrive. With a very small return window, I received the items but I called immediately to return after seeing the way the business was conducting transactions I lost interest in product. One representative hung up in my face when he realized what he was saying was not making sense in refund process. (He asked me to keep all items and they would instantly refund me $69 and some change). He was really pushing for the instant refund but I did not want the product any longer and that was very clear. I was given the window of two weeks after processing to receive a refund that deducts a fee for restocking of about $20. The company received my products on Monday July 7th and claims that they tried to issue a refund to my account on August 21st at 1:05pm which never processed. I spoke with my bank in which I used for my original purchase and no record of this exchange happened. In lieu of these timelines I have spoken with over 10 different representatives that have tried to coddle me and promise me that their manager will hear my call and respond back through either email or phone call. This never happened and they told me on one call that they would issue my refund 21 days after August 21, 20 which is absurd they have prolonged and prolonged my refund and nothing is being done about this and that company needs to be shutdown and discontinued to operate or conduct business for their unethical practices. I was prompted by one young man to call back if I had not received any notification within 48 hours. I want all my money back $198.70 from them that is the only optimal solution for me. The last representative told me that they were going to send me a check for $177 in five days which was August 23, 2020 and guess what nothing happened still.

I received and was charged on my credit card for an order of Instant Keto supplements that I did not order.
I called their customer service, but it sounds shady. there is no website or way to contact someone higher up. They want to charge me a $15 restocking fee. I did not order these tablets, and I can not figure out how they were ordered or delivered to me. I got conflicting website addresses, none of which are legitimate.

Advertised buy 3 @ 29.99 and get two free, charged me $154.
I ordered what they advertised, buy 3 @ $29.99 and get 2 free.($99.97). I contacted immediately and said if you're not honoring the deal I signed for then cancel my order immediately and refund my money. After trying to justify their flim flam, they told me the refund was issued and it would be 7-10 business days for it to clear my bank. after 11 days I contacted them again stating it was past their own parameters for issuing refunds. They mailed back and said: After further review, our records show that when we attempted to issue the refund we encountered an error in our system. Due to the payment gateway, we are unable to process an automated refund in our system. Our alternative method of providing you with your refund was to send you an electronic check. The check request was sent to process for your email address on file. I don't even know what that means, but it has been over 3 weeks and they just keep kicking the can. I advised them that I am on SS and could only afford the offer I stated. They snatched my money immediately and if they intend to actually refund, then they're just dragging their feet to make it as inconvenient as possible!

I did not order a subscription after the free trial, yet I was still charged $186 for 5 bottles of Keto Fast. I am returning them in hopes of getting a refund.

Ultra Fast Keto Boost is a huge scam. I ordered 1 bottle and was invoiced for 5 bottles. I waited on hold for a long period of time and they keep transferring me to another representative, I believe they were hoping I would hang up. Also, as their ad states - there is no money back guarantee.
When I finally talked with someone, she said, I could pay shipping and return them for a discounted refund for each bottle. I pressed the person I was talking with about being a Shark Tank Product, it took a while but she admitted they had not been on Shark Tank. Definitely, I was scammed! She had no explanation, when I ask why I was billed for 5 bottles when I ordered 1 bottle. I would prefer minus stars for the business, one star is too generous. On top of that - the product did nothing for weight loss. I have properly disposed on all 5 bottles. There are a lot of online business that offer great products and helpful customer support and occasionally, a business like Ultra Fast Keto Boost scams all of their customers.

I asked for a refund because the product does not work. They refused to refund me and said my account was closed.
I was charged $9.99 for a monthly fee which I was not told about so when I cancelled the monthly charge they did not tell me my account would be cancelled and thus not eligible for a refund. Total charges were for $149.95 for 5 bottles and $24.99 for the cleanse plus shipping. Their ad on the internet said refund guaranteed. Now they refuse to refund my money. Seems like fraud to me. Guaranteea product then deny a refund claim.

Misrepresentation of price of products. Their add makes people think they are buy 3/get 2 free but they are actually charging people for 5 bottles.
I purchased, online, some diet pills from this company on 8/17/20. I noted special for 1*** time customers from 8/01/20 til 8/30/20. Buy 3 bottles get 2 free @ $39.74/ bottle.
I purchased w/credit card for $39.74 x 3=$119.22.
When I checked my bank account the company had charged me a total of $198.70.
When I called them,8/18/20, they told me I didn't understand the add. I read to them what it said as I've mentioned above. I again read to them that the add said "buy 3/ get 2 free @ $39.74/bottle
I told them they were miss leading people with the way the add is written. They charged me for 5 bottles @ $39.74 a bottle instead of buy 3/ get 2 free. That's not what the add said. Now they say I have to wait to get the products then I can get a refund but they will charge me a restocking fee. They are totally misleading people w/ this add and the cost of the products.

I ordered a bottle of herbal keto pills to try as they advertised for a small rate for one bottle, before ordering I read throughout the whole page to see if there was any fine print or extra charges to which I couldn't find. Two weeks later my credit card company alerted me to a $90 charge and I immediately contacted them to get info. I then contacted the company and inquired about charge and then requested that it be canceled and didn't want the product. I asked for a refund and to please not send, they refused and told me they could not accommodate me. Later that afternoon they sent me an email that they shipped said item, even though I explicitly asked them not to. In addition, they will not stop harassing me via text messages (sending messages about other items ready to be shipped to me) and I can't get them to stop. I put in a request to dispute with my CC company but I'm not sure the outcomes. I'm begging the Revdex.com to help me get this company to not only stop harassing me, but to allow me to return the unopened product back to sender and refund me. This doesn't seem right by any ethical standard. Thank you!

I asked for a refund through email and was told I could either return the product and receive refund minus a $5 restocking fee per bottle OR take a 35% refund without returning product and was told to call customer service.

It said if your not happy the product , u could return product wand they would issue credit. They said it was past the 30 day period but it wasn't ,
It had not been 30 days since I had received the product. I have all the information I sent through the mail.

I seen a ad that said buy 1 keto Fast and get the second one free, for $34. So I ordered it and the next morning I checked my bank account and seen where they took the $34 and also took $232.68 I called and they told me to mail back the product so I did the same day that I received it. Now they have drug me along for almost 2 1/2 months.the day I mailed it back was June 4th. Because they took money out of my account my bank closed my card down and I had to wait on another bank card to come in. Called June 6th and was told I would have it 7 to 10 days. June 17th I mailed 6 unopened bottles back to Scottsdale Arizona. Mailed the say day as I received them. June 26th I called again called again on June 20th was told it would be on my card within 24 hours. July 6th called again and told them to put it on another card and was told it would take 72 hours.called on July 20th was told I would have it in 2 days. Called on July 24 they said they mailed a check and would have it no longer than July 31st. Was told they had the wrong Email but they said they had it straight and I would have it 24 to 48 hours. August 4th called again they said they was going to send it Eletronic check in a email and it would take 30 days.
I am disabled and live on $750 a month and I feel like they are dragging me on and I don't know what else to do. Please help me get my money.

So within 5 minutes of the cancellation they said the product had shipped their customer service was rude and they're telling me now that I have to pay the restocking fee and I can get 35% of the refund or the 149 that they took for me I have yet received the package all I get is we have received your email will get back to you absolutely nothing I am a single mom that was all the money I had we were just putting in our name so we can information it auto-filled and within two minutes it took a minute it took my money I canceled within 3 or 4 minutes if 5 if that this is insane I've contacted my bank they're looking into it I just am very very frustrated I haven't been able to eat especially do covid this is' crazy

This is the absolute worst company ever. I went on the website and was gonna make a purchase then I said well I should do a little research first I go to another website as im doing research I get a notification that my bank card had been charged I was literally ROBBED. I go to try and contact customer service and I had to do an online chat with someone named Liv she told me that my order had been canceled and I should receive a refund within 3-7 days well waited a week and nothing call a customer service number spoke with Lucas and he was extremely rude. He told me that I would have to wait for a PRODUCT THAT I DIDN'T ORDER then call back then they would let me know the return policy. The package arrived today so I call and they tell me I have to pay to ship it back then it would be $5 per bottle for restock fee. I am so angry!!!!!! -ZERO STARS

This company has withdrawal money from my checking without permission and for product I didn't ordered or wanted.
This company has been unhelpful since I requested cancellation. They will not send me return address for the product I didn't ordered. They also would not take my phone call since my account is in dispute.

Not worth a rating. Ordered the product in June, was suppose to get three bottles at a discount price. As I was ordering the product it showed me a Cleanse pill and cook book. Did not give me a price on either and did not give me the option to say yes I wanted it or no. Finish the purchase and put in rest of information. Received the product and was charged more then I expected(thought 120) they did not show me a price it was near 150. And did not get cookbook and received one Cleanse bottle. Fine bad purchase expected never to hear from them again I was done with the product. However last week I got a package with Cleanse pill in it, so I called them. They informed me it was automatic sent and cost 24.99 I cancel my subscription with them. But was told it would be easier to take a partial refund then go through the process of sending it back they gave me back 8.88. Then I was doing my check account and found a 9.99 charge for health program, I never joined one so I called and it was the Keto Fast company they said when I ordered I was put in it. I do not remember anything in the advisting about being charged monthly for this item. I again cancel this will never ever buy products like this on line and was very upset that this company this able to get away with this

I received product from this company and was charged for it without ever ordering.
On 11/29/29, I was charged $200.69 for Keto pills. Prior to this charge, I had never heard of this company and never been on their website. I did NOT order these pills. I received the pills in the mail and called to inquire about returning the pills to get a refund for my money. The representative on the phone told me that they did not accept returns of the pills, even though their website mentioned a 30 day return policy. I contacted my credit card company (Bank of America) to report the fraudulent charge and they refunded the money to my card. A couple months later, Bank of America re-charged me the amount because of info from InstaKeto saying I had received the pills. I have since attempted to work with Bank of America to explain the situation and get the money returned to me. BofA continues to deny the fraud claim, so I am attempting to get my money back through a complaint here.

I ordered the produce on June 3 2020 and was overcharged. This is what I wrote to their customer service on June 9, 2020.
These charges were made to my on June 3, 2020 and I was supposed to be buying 2 and getting 1 free. But in any case I still have not received my products. I am not happy with these charges because it showed it would only be $34.98 each and there has been a total of $191.91. That is a lot more than was promised by your add which should have been a total of $69.88. Can someone please explain this to me?

I didn't hear anything from them until June 27, 2020. And I turned it over to my bank because they refused to refund my money even after I send the product back. I am still in dispute over the withdrawls from my account.

I hate to give them even 1 star!!
