I purchased Ultra Fast Keto Boost, returned the product within guidelines and despite several calls to customer service never received my credit.
11-2-19 ordered ultrafast keto boost(UKB); 11-04-19 $198.70 charge posted to credit card; received UKB not sure of date; 11-11-19 TT #350 and received RMA (Return MerchandisrAuthorization)#XXXXXXXXXXXXXX; 11-12-19 returned UKB to 3201 Hillsborough Ave #153201-1378 Tampa FL 33684; 11-14-19 UKB received at mailing address per Post Office verification;12-05-19 TT #220 said credit will post in 3-5-days also TT #497 a supervisor and she verified UKB was returned;12-10-2019 TT #468 said she would forward refund again and request e-mail verification, did not receive any response;12-18-2019 called again TT #377 and then transferred to supervisor #262 and was told this is just a call center and could only forward request again,could not provide me with any direct phone numbers for refund department;1-14-2020 TT #55 I expressed my frustration with long wait for refund, she said she would refer to Upper Management and I would receive my refund within 3-4 days and should see credit to my cc 3-5 banking days. 1-29-2020 still have not received any correspondence or refund.

Per UKB website "Refunds are issued within 48 hours and may take up to 3-5 business days to show on your statement."

As an aside the credit card I used had fraudulent charges at six Walmarts in FL. 11-12-2019 and 11-13-2019.

I was charged for an order I did not place. They refuse to refund my money
My debit card was charged $198.70 on December 2,2019. I cancelled my credit card because I did not order this product. I was issued a new card and They reversed the charges. One week later I received a package containing diet pills, With an order form with all of my information on it. I contacted the company and told them that I did not order this product,how could I send it back and that the charge appeared on my bank acct.They informed me that they did not have any order for me under my name,address ,ZIP Code,phone number or order number of 552352. I was Advised I could Discard the product because they had no record of an order to return. Two weeks later I received a letter from Chase bank indicating that the charges were re-reversed because the company sent documentation including a tracking number that the product was ordered by me and indeed delivered to my address. Once again I contacted the company and they still were not able to locate an order for me. This went on for several days. Today a representative was able to pull up the order with my phone number. She was willing to send a refund because I indicated I did not place the order. She came back to the phone within two minutes and said she was very sorry but she could not issue a refund because the 30 day window had expired for refunds. I explain to her that I have been trying almost daily for the last 30 days but no one was able to pull up my order and I find it very strange that after 30 days ,now they're able to pull it up. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor explained to me that there were many reasons that he would not refund my money. The first reason was because it was outside of the 30 day window. Please note that he had difficulty pulling up the order himself. The second reason he said he would not refund my money is because I Filed The fraud claim with my bank.I explained of course I filed a fraud claim because I did not make the order. I went on to state that my claim was not filed against the company,my claim was filed because I thought someone stole my identity and took my credit card number and made an unauthorized purchase. I asked for their headquarters number but he would not give it to me stating all complaints have to be handled by supervisors. I am at a lost of where to go from here. I ordered instaketo diet pills as advertised but one get one free for $34.97 on November 20th. When I receover them on November 25th I checked my credit card and found they charged me $69.97. That's a charge for 2 bottles. A friend ordered the buy 3 get 2 free and they charged her for all 5. I've talked to,them about a refund because of that overcharge. I requested an RMA to return them and was told I had to pay a $5.00 restock fee for each bottle and pay to return the mdse. The young man I talked to Josh *** apologized for this. I asked him to discuss the travesty concerning the second charge and that I wanted a full refund and I wanted it in writing because to be this is out and out fraud.

Company charged and sent more product than desired, product send back within 30 days and no refund.
I ordered 1 bottle of this proct for $69, my credit card was charged $198. I called and instead of making this right, they tried to discount me the extra bottles they charged me and called me back several times to do so. I sent the product back within 30 days and now they are not refunding me. I have called several times and the latest time they stated I was out out of the 30 days and that the product was in there warehouse. I sent the entire package back, never opened it and j want my money back. When I try to speak with a supervisor, they say there busy everytime. I just want my money back and to be done with this company.

Fraudulent charge on my credit card for 149. 91 for keto pills I never purchased
Saw a fraudelent charge on my credit card for 149.91 from Las Vegas NV.. I never ordered any keto pills and it actually came up as an alert from my credit card company. Received a package from Tampa,FL which included 3 bottles of keto pills. Called cc company to dispute charges and was told to return the product, which I did that same day. Now cc company resubmitted charge and even though I returned the products back to ultra fast keto boost, Tampa, FL the company still refuses to credit me the money. Will contact cc company again to redispute charges.

I ordered the special they advertised then was charged for more than the amount advertised so called within 6 hours of ordering online to cancel.

Company obtained my personal address and credit card information, charged me, and sent packages of pills that I never ordered.
I never had heard of this company in my life. They somehow obtained my information and then sent me a very scam-like email on November 23 with subject line Receipt saying they would share a "new product" and that it would be shipped soon. I ignored it thinking it was scam, as my typical practice is to never respond to scammers or it may confirm something I did not do. I was worried that they did have my address correct. Then, received another email on November 25 that my product had shipped. I thought that certainly was just an extension of a scam and did not take any action. The product was eventually received and were a number of pill bottles. I threw these in the trash. I would never buy or use "diet pills". I googled about sending them back for a refund but based on other customers' complaints posted online about this company I don't trust corresponding with them or reaching out directly - especially since they stole my info from somewhere in the first place.
Then I check my bank account - to my dismay they charged my credit card $198.70. I dispute this charge with my bank, Chase who opens an investigation. They also said that it would be best to change my credit card which I did.
However, I just received notice from my bank that the investigation is closed because it turns out I was responsible for this charge. Apparently this is because the merchant was able to provide identifying information about me and my credit card. I do not know how they got this information and I am so frustrated that I could just be charged something, then sent something I never ordered, and now I have to pay for it. That's not fair. I am also worried that they can continue to do this and it needs to be stopped. I am also angry that they were able to get around my bank's investigation and provide all the "correct" info to be able to still be charged and not refund. This is makes me question where they got all my information from. I would like a refund and for Revdex.com to take action against this dishonest and scheming company.

bank charge shows 198.70 12/4/2019 for a diet pill I never ordered. Bank canceled my card and opened a dispute that was denied since Keto insisted that I ordered. Spoke w supv this morning who stated they cant refund it because over 30 days. She stated not sure why it was denied because they don't even have a valid source of contact for me. No telephone number or an email for me which is normally a requirement. How do I know of a 30 day guarantee for a product I never requested.

Mailed them back on 12/19/2019 mailed them back for my full guarantee via USPO. order number was XXXXXX from keto. called on January 10, 2020 no satisfaction. called 1-20-2020 they said I would be refunded $173.70. However I was charged $198.70. Now they say it is $5.00 per bottle returned for each one. I was quoted $5.00 total on 1-10 per John #***. This product did not work at all. False advertising. They cut me off three times today 1-20-2020 because they couldn't understand my English.

Credit card was charged $ 198.70 in September of 2019 for some diet pills that I did not order. Credit card company and I talked to a Representative and a Supervisor at the company on a 3 way call, was told by both that shipment did not go out because of a address discrepancy. Even tho I did not order this product, and the shipment did not go out, we were advise that company policy is All Sales are Final, no refunds or credits. I believe I am entitled to my money refunded to my card since I did not order it.

I sent the product back which the company received unopened DEC 7th and was supposed to get my refund in 5 working days. NO REFUND! Many calls emails
Repeated calls and emails since the company received their product back unopened and no refund as promised. Each Customer service rep reads the same script telling me how sorry they are and to be patient. Blah Blah Blah. It appears to be a scam. Should not happen to anyone!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! They act polite but are clueless and lie about their return policies. I tried to return the product for a refund, they told me it would be a 5 dollar per bottle restocking fee and then the rest would be refunded. They gave me an RMA number, I shipped it back, they received it and then after speaking with 4 agents and one being a "manager" said its "All Sales Final" Unbelievable in this day and age of Amazon and free shipping and great return policies available. Shame on me for even ordering from them. ALSO last point their website hijacked me while I was shopping on a different site and if you call several times you realize they have several companies going with different names! Buyers beware!!!

(/17/2019 placed order # XXXXXX. for Ultra Boost Keto. Did not receive it but they will not issue credit.
Placed order XXXXXX on (/9/172019. to be shipped to Huntington, In. Did not receive the order. Called them on Oct 8 and they said credit would be issued. We left for Florida and I called again on Oct 21st still no credit. Was told they have no refund policy. Looked on line and found their refund policy. Item must be returned within 30 days. Called them again and they said no refund because I did not return within 30 days. Hard to do since I never had the order. Called again on Nov 7th and was told no refund but they could reship the order to *** Marco Island and then I could send it back for refund. I received the order on Nov . 18th called and got a return code XXXXXXXXXXXXXX and sent it at my expense to Tampa Fl. as instructed. They received it on Nov. 20 at 5:40 am. Called them on Dec 5th and was told credit would be given in 7 to 10 days. Said we should receive an email from upper management confirming credit. Did not receive it . Called back on Dec. 27 and they said they would send reminder to upper management. Called today and asked to speak to upper management and was told that was not possible but they would remind upper management about my request. Told them don't bother because nothing would happen anyway. Told them I would just refer the matter to the Revdex.com. They could care less.

I was charged 149.91& received a package which was refused. I never placed an order & they had all incorrect info for me. Won't refund, claimed fraud.
I was notified of a charge on 12/3 of 149.91 and that a package was delivered to my NYC address. I had the doorman refuse the package and notified CHASE that I didn't authorize and order from this company. No idea how they had my credit info. I called the company and they had all incorrect info - (name was wrong and switched first/last, my phone was wrong/ several digits off, email was wrong and address was abbreviated). I told them I never knew of their company and never placed an order. After many attempts to speak to a supervisor they told me a refund would be issued when the refused package was received. They would give me no details on how the order was placed except that the order was placed under an email that wasn't mine. Also filed fraud with me bank. After several weeks, still no refund and every time I call they hang up on me after 20-30 min of explaining the fraud. They are aggressive and refuse to help or give you a supervisor.

I received an RMA# (XXXXXXXXXXXXXX) on November 21, 2019. I returned product the same day, November 21, 2019. I used my VISA card for payment. I've called this company over 15 times, and each time I get a different story. On December 29, 2019, I spoke with Derrick. He said refund would be processed in a few days. 16 days later, I called again because I did not receive refund, and spoke with Andrew (998). Andrew said I would not get a refund because company does not process refunds anymore. The company has the product, but refuses to issue $89.42 refund. Please, I just want my $89.42. Lesson learned. Will never do business with this company again.

I requested a refund & they would only give me 25% w/ 2 free bottles. They stated return of the product wouldn't be received in time for a refund.
I purchased InstaKeto KeotBoost for $198.70 on my credit card on 12/21/2019. I used one bottle and noticed no results. I want to return the remaining 4 bottles for a prorata refund. InstaKeto will only give me 25% refund and 2 free bottles. In addition, they said if I return the product, they won't receive it within the 30 days to receive a refund. I have had 6 emails back and forth with this company in the last 2 weeks as well as a telephone conference
on 1/14/2020 with no desired results. So however you look at it, they make it very difficult to receive a refund even though they have a money back guarantee.
