I was overcharged for the product as compared to it's advertisement.
I responded to an ad which said, buy 3 get 2 free at a "total cost" of $120.00. After the product shipped, I checked my billing statement and found that I was charged $200.00 for the product. I have been unable to contact ANYONE with the company to correct this issue.

Desired Outcome

I chose to do business with this company (no matter how flawed that decision was), I just want the correct charge applied and would like the *overcharge returned. I DID NOT agree to to the $200.00, and I would like the difference returned.

Ordered liquid. Got pills. Not what the ad said. Not what I ordered. Wouldn't refund or accept return.
I ordered the product on 9-15 and received it on 9-20. I tried numerous times to contact them but they kept hanging up on me. I received NO invoice . . . and product that I DID not order. I, twice, disputed this with my Credit Card company and twice, was denied because the company lied and said they shipped what I ordered. They shipped pills instead of liquid, and what they sent would only last 50 days instead of the 10 months the ad alleged.

I want $198.70 refunded to me since they did not ship what I ordered. They refused my return and refused a refund even though they did not ship what I ordered. I will gladly return the merchandise in exchange for my refund. They are Scam artists doing this to 100's of people. They should be stopped, prosecuted,, and forced to make financial restitution to those people they scammed..

These people who are marketing this are TOTAL STBAGS!!!! I too thought I was ordering the tablet which dissolved in water. SCAMMERS!!!!! I guess an expensive lesson learned. I hope Shark Tank sues these imposters for EVERY LAST DIME!!!!!!! Wish this would let me give it NO STARS!!

Returned the product Dec 3,2019 and no refund even after several calls.
I first ordered what I thought was a free bottle of instant keto and just pay shipping. After placing the order, I checked my bank account and was charged $198.20. I called the customer service number and told them to cancel my order and refund my money but was told that it was already processed...in minutes. They offered a 40% refund and I could keep the 5 bottles they were shipping. Otherwise, I would have to wait till it arrives, call back and get an RMA number. Also, if returning, there is a $5 per bottle restocking fee. I called them back on Dec 3,2019 got the RMA number and shipped it back USPS. According to the tracking number, they received it back in Tampa,FL on Dec. 6. I waited till Dec 16 to call back since I didn't receive the refund which was supposed to take 5-7 business days. I was told that they would send an email of concern to find out what the problem was. They said it would take 24-48 hours. I waited till after the holiday week and called back on Dec 29. Again was told the some story. When I asked for a supervisor, was told I would have to call back the next day. I waited and called back on Jan. 1, 2020. Again, same story and no supervisor. Was told to call back on Jan 2. Called back Jan 2, same scripted answer, no supervisor and was disconnected when I asked for one. I have sent several emails to [email protected]. No results.

I call after and they get the package back, and was told that I was not getting a refund back because I didn't send the package that they instructed how to send it back and I told her that I didn't open the package but refuse it. I told her to send it back and I will do that and perceived to tell me the special was over. so I ask her you mean I will not get the product back or refund because the special is over. to this day I have not got a refund of the package I paid for. the only receipt I have will be a statement showing the amount of money that charge to my account. I don't have a receipt because I refuse the package. I contact them right after I received the package and a month later for refund or package back that I paid for.

I have never ordered anything of this type or anything from this company. This the second time this company has billed my debit card for $198.70 for their product. I resolved the issue in October 2019 after fraud was found to have been used. This company also actually made up a fake email account, similar to my email account, to 'send the receipt to'. Yes, the product was received at my home, but NO I did not order it; I am the only person at my home who could order anything; my wife does not take any type of medication not prescribed by her dr and I would certainly never take something like this, and have never heard of this company. When calling the 800# I'm not on file; this is so peculiar, how did I receive an order and how did they bill my account again! Now, we are in December, and I am back to square one! My financial institution and I fought this company in October for a refund and now will have to go through the same hassle! I do not want them sending anything else to my address! I will also be seeking advice from an attorney. The company does not have my name on file, but sent me an order!'!?

Other (requires explanation) I want a refund and to NEVER be contacted by this business nor do I EVER want to receive anything else from them at my address. I am being harassed and stolen from and am sick of it!

I ordered the product, and after the order was placed, I realized that it was for more than one bottle, which I did not want. So, I called their customer service number, they told me that it would be no problem. They instructed me to wait until the product arrived, then call to get an RMA number, ship the product back, and I would be refunded a portion of my monies. As soon as I received the product, I called them, was issued an RMA number, and I shipped the product back. This was all in October. On November 12th I called them as I had not received my refund yet. They explained that they have a record of receiving the product back from me, and that they would let the business office know, and that I would receive a partial refund of $173.70 withing 3-5 days. 2-3 weeks ago, I called them again as I still had not received refund. I was told that it would take time, and they would let the business office know again and that I should receive my refund within 3-5 days. I called again on 12/23, and I was then told that all sales were final, and that the company will not be issuing any refunds. So, I returned the product, they have kept my money, essentially stealing $173.70 from me. There was a 30-day money back guarantee on the product. Shame on me for mistakenly buying into this money stealing scam.

On November 15 I I returned my order #XXXXXX.
I did receive a Return Merchandise Authorization after explaining that for medical reasons I should not take this product. The tracking record shows that the merchandise was received and signed for by *** Subsequently I was assured that my refund of $173.70 ($198.70- a $25.00 restocking fee) would be credited to my American Express account within 3-5 business days. When the period of 3-5 business days elapsed I began a series of follow-up calls inquiring about the status of my refund. I made a series of approximately 8 calls. For the last 5 calls I noted the date and time of my call and the agent name and agent number. EACH agent assured me that I would receive my refund within 3-5 business days. Also, please note that initially I did receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
All-of the above would indicate that I am due a refund.
To date I have not received my refund.

I returned there product, and they received the return on December 7, 2019. They tell me they process credit everytime I call still nothing
I have called several time about the credit to my card and everytime I call its the same thing we will send a email to credit department to process the claim. They confirmed they received the product on December 7, 2019. I tried to have them tranfer me to the credit department and everytime they tell me that this is there process. There process stinks. I want my money back it about 200.00 dollars.

I ordered this product November 24th. I immediately called to cancel and they would not but talked me through how to return the product and I did. They have had it since December 10th. They are to refund me in 3 to 5 business days minus a 5 dollar per bottle restocking fee. I have no refund. I have called 4 times and they admit they have my product and it was received and processed December 10th but they do not refund me they only offer to "escalate" my concern with the billing department who is somehow unreachable by them or to the consumer. As they have now had my money for 21 days and tell me to "continue to be patient" and read from the same script each time I call and never have supervisors available, I have told them I will lodge a complaint with you all as it appears this may be one big scam. Please help in any way you can. Thank you. Also, this company is advertised as being on Shark tank and backed by their investors. I am unclear if this is false advertisement.

I ordered 5 bottles of ultra fast product, received it, returned it unopened on Oct 11. They refuse to give credit for $198.70, called 5 time. scam.
I ordered 5 bottles of ultra fast boost keto product on october 4,2019. order #XXXXXX. received product, returned it unopened on October after talking to Customer Service, RMA # XXXX XXXX XXXXXX. they received product back to them on october 16, 2019 at Los Vegas Operations. Called customer service 5 times since then and get same run around. they 3rd party service group, can't issue refund but would send priority request to management to handle. $5 bottle restocking/handling fee on returns so I should get $89.42 credit. I also sent email to them, heard nothing back. So sending this to Revdex.com to file complaint. Not an ettical company, marketing online is scam, take money but refuse to allow returns. total rip off. Also need to contact attorney general of Nevade and Florida for illegal business practices.

found website on facebook,advertising free trial for Ultra Fast Keto Boost...went through ordering process entered information, then they asked for credit card # to cover shipping and handling....entered information...saw, what I thought was excessive shipping cost... cancelled order...exited website.....month later received item, and noticed a $69.99 charge on my credit card...called Capital One to report fraudulent charge... called company to report, that I did not order item, I cancelled order...was told all sales are final...even though they do have a return policy within 30 days....after 2 months, Capital One states that since I provided credit card info, I am responsible for purchase.....explained, 1-credit card was for shipping charge only,(free trial), and that I did not authorize/finalize any purchase.....yet still holding me responsible...(am filing separate complaint against Capital One)....if I don't pay credit card, they mess up my credit score, I don't want to pay for money stolen by Ultra Keto Boost......what are my options

I did not order item, it's a fraudulent charge on my credit card, am willing to return item to be fair... but, at no point did I order this item......!!!!!

Their advertising is completely misleading. I thought I was paying $39.74 per bottle for 3 bottles and then getting 2 free. When they confirmed the order there was no invoice attached which I thought was strange so I had no idea they were going to charge $198.70 until I saw my charge card bill. By the time I had realized all of this plus the fact that I had been traveling, the 30 day period for returns had closed. I tried to put in a claim through my credit card company, but the company is providing my authorized charge and explaining that I was getting 2 bottles free by paying $39.74 per bottle for 5 bottles, even though the shipping address that they have associated with the charge is completely bogus. My credit card company refuses to do anything because they are providing there "evidence" and I can't fight it. Plus now it is a product that I decided that I didn't even want to use in the first place. Do not order from them! (I'm leaving a 1 star rating because I am forced to enter something but, in reality, I would not give it any stars.)

I called their customer service to complain and to get the address where to return. I called them on 12/6/19 and spoke with Mick, agent 120. I referenced order number, XXXXXX, date purchased, 11/21/19, and product, Ultra Fast Keto Boost. He told me I could return the items, however, would have to pay a restocking fee of five dollars ($5.00) per bottle. I told him it was unfair, as I ONLY ORDER ONE BOTTLE and you all sent me 5 bottles! He said he would speak with his manager regarding getting me the FULL refund and issues me an RMA XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I sent the items back, FedEx, tracking number, XXXXXXXXXXXX paid $21.00 to send them back 2 day air. The item was received on 12/11/2019 and to date I still have not received my refund. They told me once the item is received, it should take three to five (3 - 5) days to receive a refund. It'd been several weeks, as today is 12/29/19. I have called them several times, 12/12 and spoke to agent 597, and 12/23 and spoke with Anna, agent *** I recently called on 12/27 and not they, have an entirely new option regarding "Billing Questions". I connected with a representative, only to be told the same thing, we are handling refunds and you should see the refund in 3 to 5 business days.

Hi, afetr several weeks of waiting and countless calls I have finally received a portion of my credit back. You may close this case but for buyers be very wary. Even though you only order one bottle they will charge your card for 5 and then they charge a $5 restocking fee per bottle even though you only ordered one. So yes they made $25 off of me and I'm sure they do this to other customers as this is how they make their money. I am so happy my doctor advised me not to take this because for a company who has such gimmicks can't have a healthy product. Please close the case

On Dec 12, I was charged $197 for 5 bottles of a supplement. In fact, I was supposedly purchasing 3 and 2 were free!!! $197!!

On 12/9/2019. I returned 7 bottles of products with authorized RMA. Company is refusing to provide a refund, after agreeing to do so.
On or about November 20, 2019, I placed an order online for 5 bottles of Instant Keto supplements. Once the company billed my credit card, it was for 75.00 more than the product was advertised. So they sent me 2 extra bottles. I received the product on 12/9/2019 and instantly noticed that the ingredients were NOT as advertised. I contacted the company immediately, and after many sales pitches, a return authorization was issued to me. I returned the product to the address that I was provided, with the agreement of a $5 restocking fee. To date, the company is refusing to refund my money. A total of $202.79 was removed from my account. I returned ALL 7 bottles to the address provided to me. I want my refund. The charge was made from my credit union account (debit card). Each time I contact the company, since I've returned the product, I am told, 'we don't have an account for you', or we've elevated it to our billing department, or something different each time. I would like my full Refund A.S.A.P I believe I have waited long enough. My bank closed the case because I had to wait for the Keto to notify me on my refund. I spoke with a Supervisor Drew @ Keto, who told me. Your out of 30 days and you didn't call to get a RN# from us. RN stands for Return Number. So, no refund.

This company needs to be put out of business they do not send no return info in the package I ordered 6 by mistake never got a confirmation and got the product in the mail tried to return and they wanted to Refund me 45% below the cost I paid this is unacceptable and this was within 30 days so I went through my bank and they could not recover the funds so I take one of the products in the bottle for about three days to find out I have a domino pain now and these people still will not honor anything so I'm about to figure out how to sue them I do not recommend this product and you do need to consider shutting them down some form way shape or fashion they're definitely not for the better health of our community

They stole my credit card and address information and placed a fake order under my name.
I did not visit this company's website or order from them in any other manner. They stole my credit card and address information to place an order and send me product. The only ones that benefit from placing a fake order, charging someone, and trying to send product is the company selling the product. This company is the one stealing information. I saw that charge and disputed it so when I saw a package, I refused it. The tracking number does say that the package was refused. They still do not have a correct email address for me. On the first call disputing this with them, they told me that the email address on file was ***@hotmail.com. I told them that was not valid and that I used yahoo.com. The next time I called, they had updated the email address on file to [email protected]. The phone number they had for me was not correct either. Every time I called, they updated it to whatever the called ID told them. At some point they issued a credit for $29.98, I do not know why that amount was chosen. I spoke to them once on a three way call with the bank and the agreed to refund the entire amount as soon as the bank cancelled the charge back. They never followed through with that promise. The next few times I called, I was told that I had to speak to a supervisor and that supervisor would call me back in 24-48 hours which never happened. Now, they tell me that they no longer carry this product and that means all sales are final. I did not place this order. The tracking does not show anything was delivered. Still, they refuse to give me my money back.

Desired Outcome

They still owe me $119.93. They charged me $149.91. Refunded $29.98. The tracking they provided me by phone is USPS XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. It shows returned to sender.
