Each time I contact customer service I'm asked to provide the same information I've already given countless times and then am offered a bogus "we'll send your concerns to upper management" with absolutely no follow up. At this point, I feel I've been scammed out of $150.

My order was influenced by a Facebook Endorsement Advertisement that included The Shark Tank and other celebrities offering trail orders of Risk Free Bottles of Ultra Fast Keto Boost diet products.
My order shipment notification was received via my email address on October 3rd 2019 and my payment of $198.70 transaction processed on October 3rd 2019 through my bank account.
I received 5 bottles of Ultra Fast Keto Boost on October 5th 2019.
On October 3rd 2019 at the advice of my physician not to use this product.
On October 5th 2019 I called The Support contact number and Requested My Refund.
I also cancelled my subscription to avoid any future shipments and or charges.
During this contact, I was advised,

Product purchased on 11/24/19, product was mispriced on site. I then called the same day to get a refund about 5 min after purchase and they refused to give the full amount of $198.70. But offered a 45% $89.42 refund that would take place 3-5 business days. It's been 30 days now and have not received refund. I have called every week and sent atleast 20 emails with just getting the run around and same response that I have to wait 3-5 business days to even speak with someone, only over email. I have also called my bank and they have no trace of any refund from this company. This has been such a horrible experience and they are not a professional company. The last email I have received states that I am at my 30 day guarantee refund mark and now I can't receive anything. I spoke with someone again today and they stated that they will process the refund once again. 3-5 business days. I'm sure I will get the run around again.

I placed an order on the Internet, when I submitted the order, there was nothing giving the price I paid. I never received an order confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. The next day my credit card was charged an astronomical charge compared to what it was supposed to be. This was within hours of my purchase. I called immediately and was told I couldn't cancel that it had gone to they fulfillment department. Asked to cancel the order before it was shipped. That said you can't. They told me to wait til I received it and then return it. When I received it I refused it.
Still no refund on my credit card. I called they told me I wasn't getting a refund because of being past the 30 day time frame. I explained that the package was sent back by the post office and they should have the package. She said they didn't have the package and that I should of called before I sent it back to get a number to put on the package. I explained that I wasn't told this. She said all of the reps say this.
I asked for the recorded call to be cued up so I could hear what was said. She said it wasn't possible. I asked for her manager, because she was supposedly a supervisor. She said she was the last point of contact. There was no one above her. Asked for the owners name, I asked for the address she told me they couldn't give out either. Bottom line I wasn't getting my money back. Even though I was with in the law of the 30 days and I did not receive the product. I went to the post office to have to package tracked and I would have to track the package with the tracking number that they sent me in the order shipping confirmation, which I did not receive. I will have to return to they post office to see If they can track it with the info of the day they scanned it for the return. This company is a scam.

This company delivered a product package addressed to my wife, and charged my credit card. My wife never ordered anything and never engaged with this company. My wife checked her browser history and nothing is related to this company or this order, so we expect some scam ad linked to an app or website that skimmed her information. We contacted the company telling them they sent this in error and we need a refund. They provided a number to resend back to them but refuse to provide a shipping label to return, and quote their terms and conditions, which states a restocking fee is charged of $5 per bottle, and the package feels like there are 4 bottles included. This company is actively stealing money from us in plain site. We never ordered anything from them and are not held to their laughable terms and conditions. I contacted them again and spoke to Terion (agent 151) and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told the supervisor will tell me the same thing and they have no way to send me a shipping label. This company is a complete scam, and unless I get refunded the $200 for product that was sent to us and charged, and the shipping fee, and do not get charged a restocking fee, I will be taking them to small claims court.

This company charged me $198.70 for the product when the cost was $119.00. It was buy 3 and get 2 free. They would not correct the charge. Illegal!

On 11/23/2019 I placed an order of what I thought was 1 free bottle of diet pills for just a shipping cost of $4.95. Yes I did finally receive the refund

"Bait n switch." I ordered 1 bottle to try it out, was charged for 3. I returned item on Dec 5th. So far company hasn't given refund, only evasion!!
I placed an order for one bottle of this product just to see how well it worked. I checked my credit card transactions and discovered I was grossly overcharged and was being sent 4 or 5 bottles of this stuff. I immediately called the cust. service number to complain and ask for a refund. I got the usual spiel about not being able to stop the order from shipping (even though it was literally 8 mins later). So I got an RMA number from them along with the address for returns. The same day I received this product , I immediately addressed it for return. The company received it on Dec 5th, 2019. Once I got the delivery confirmation from the post office, I called the company to verify their receipt and was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. Today is Dec 20th, 2019 and still no refund after four phone calls and the return of their product.
