I purchased 3 bottles of Keto Boost from Ultra Fast Keto Boost in Las vegas, Nv. online from an ad on facebook. The promotion was to buy 3 bottles of this product @ $39.95 & receive 2 free bottles. This was on 10/31/19. When I received the bottles they were not the item that was shown in the ad on facebook. This ad was also promoted by members of shark tank tv show. The ad shows dropping a tablet into a glass of water before bedtime & drinking it. When the product arrived the contents were capsules & not the pills shown in the ad. I have not been able to locate this company as the product was sent from Tampa, Fl. & there was no listing for that # in 411 I went to my credit union yesterday to try to locate the # of the company & discovered that an amount of $198.70 was charged to my account. Today I finally located a phone # in Las Vegas & when I talked to a person re: my bill he simply stated that the bottles were for 69.95 & not 39.95. I asked to speak to his manager & he informed me that there was no one higher up than him on the floor. I then asked to speak speak to someone other than billing & he then informed me that they no longer carry the product I purchased & they cannot help me with my complaint about the difference in the product I received & the product shown on the air. Said I would rec one free bottle..but sent 5 bottles and billed me for $216.92 without my permission.
Order #LWXXXXXXXXXCN -Paid $216.92 - returned product 12/4 and they recd 12/7/19. Said they would refund $173.70 because they charge $5 a bottle to restock item. Have called five times and still no refund. Called 12/2; 12/20; 12/27; 1/6; and 1/13. Keep saying it has to go to billing. Big rip of! Want my money back please.

Never ordered this product, but somehow was shipped and charged almost $200. Now getting runaround for refund after returning product.
I received an email on 11/22/19 from InstaKeto thanking me for my order. It contained the correct name, address, email, etc and charged my credit card almost $200. I have never even heard of this product, let alone never ordered it. I do not use products like this and would never order it. The first time I went to this website was to see what the email was about. The item shipped the same day. I called the company the same day to inquire about the order. They said it shipped and I could not get a full refund. I went to the bank to report what I thought was fraud. They declined my request saying it was not fraud since the company had my correct name and address and was being mailed the product. They gave me a tracking number and phone number to the company. I called back to InstaKeto on 11/26. I was told to return the product, given an RMA number, and once I returned it I would be entitled to a 100% refund if the product was unopened. The pills arrived in a padded envelope. I took the entire padded envelope, without opening it at all, and placed it in a larger padded envelope. Placed the RMA on both front and back of new packaging, and brought to post office on 11/27/19 for which I have the tracking number. I never received a refund, and have yet to hear back. I called to follow up on 1/3/20. Operator 289 acknowledged reciept of the return, and when I asked why I have not gotten a refund he said my request would be forwarded to the billing dept and I would hear back in 24-48 hours. I again did not hear back, so I called again on 1/9/20 and spoke with Operator 55. I asked again where the refund was, and she said it looked like a request was placed on 1/3/20 and will take 3-5 banking days. When asked how I will get a refund if the credit card that was originally charged is no longer in service (had to get a new card when I submitted the fraud complaint), she said the bank will figure out that I have a new card when the company gives them my name and old credit card number. I asked for a check to be mailed and was told that I cannot get one. I asked to speak with someone in billing dept at that time. She repeated that I will be told the same thing. I insisted to speak with supervisor, she placed me on hold and I never had anyone come back to the phone so I hung up. As of 1/9/20, I am out almost $200 plus $10 to ship it back, and am getting a run around from this company with whom I NEVER made a purchase. My next step is to go back to the bank to file a non-fraud grievance if I continue to get no answer from the company. Today, 1/11/20, I found out that the company returned $173.70 of the $198.70 they originally charged me.

I would like the remaining $25 not refunded by the company, plus the $8.20 I paid to ship it back. This will ONLY make me whole. I will in NO WAY benefit from this transaction. Not to mention the aggravation I have gone through to keep calling back to the company for a resolution plus after getting a new credit card having to keep up with changing over my information on all of my automatic payments.

Order of 3 bottles of InstaKeto placed and paid for on 12/9/2019: order #XXXXX, total amount $149.91. An email confirmation was received indicating the order would ship within 24-48 hrs. Spoke with Jonathan H who apologized for the delay in shipping, probably due to high demand and that the order should ship in 24hrs. On 12/18/2019 I called again and spoke with Jonathan A. He said the order was cancelled on their end for no apparent reason but that they reprocessed it and guaranteed delivery by 3pm on 12/19/2019. Another rep called 5 minutes later (didn't get her name) confirming my conversation with Jonathan A. and reiterated the order would be delivered by 3pm on 12/19/2019. When the order was not received my wife called and spoke with Adrian who again mentioned the order was cancelled on their end and that a refund was processed, confirmation #BFXXXXXX and that they shipped 2 free bottles for the inconvenience. On 12/27/2019 Manny at KetoBoost tells us that the order was cancelled, reprocessed, shipped and a refund was processed. Frustrated with going around in circles, we asked to speak with a Supervisor. Eric now tells us that the order was actually shipped and delivered (tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and that if we didn't have the product we had to file a complaint with the USPS and call KetoBoost with the service request #. Keana @ USPS processed the service request and mentioned the package was delivered to a different address, which was confirmed by Ulises at KetoBoost when we called with USPS service request #XXXXXXXX. Ulises also said that now a refund was processed and that we should have our money back in full , within 5-7 days (we have a recording of this conversation). As of today, 01/11/2020, we have not received our refund. We are concerned we will never receive it and even worse that this company will continue to scam customers.

I purchased this product, wasnt satisied, contacted them & requested a refund. Returned the 4 of 5 unopened bottles as requested.
I purchased the keto boost on 9/16/19, that was advertized as buy 3 @ $39 each and recieve 2 free. I was charged $198.70, recieved the 5 bottles. I tried the product for 3 weeks with no results, I contacted the company and explain my disatification and was told to send the unopened bottles back and I would recieve a refund. I sent them via the post office, and held on to my tracking information. I contacted them again in early November, gave them my tracking info, was told them that it takes about 30 from date of return to issue a refund. I called again late November, explained the issue again, gave them the tracking # of return date of late October. I still never seen a credit to charge card, called again in December, was told that my complaint would be sent to a supervisor and that I should see an e-mail of the complaint being sent to a supervisor. Still nothing in the beginning of January so I called again on the 7th and was told that this product is no longer giving refunds, it is a "all sales final" I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told by her that this is correct. The company is no longer crediting anyone for this product. This is unacceptable, I held up my end of the deal and they didn't refund my money. This is bad business and needs to be reported..

My unopened product was returned, but no refund has been yet posted. That was over one month ago.
I returned unopened product and have a delivery confirmation that they received the package at their address, on December 7, 2019. To date, no refund of my $175 has been posted to my method of payment. Several emails and calls have been exchanged over the last 30 dayswith me being always told they are working on it or that it is under review. Resolution should have come by now and I realize I stupidly ordered something from a company who isn't legitimate or concerned about customer satisfaction at all.

I want my refund posted immediately. I want my money back from the product return that I never even opened.

Yes, I actually did finally get my refund, about 31 days or so after they received my returned, unopened product in their warehouse. You can close the complaint as resolved. Although not to the satisfaction and adherence of their own return policies, I did get my money back minus a restocking fee.

Billed incorrectly for 5 bottles when it should have been for 2 bottles.
9/3/2019 purchased 2 bottles of ultra fast keto boost. Noticed on my charge card statement that I was billed for $198.70. Called company back and was told they would make the correction. The amount charged should have been $69.97. Was given a credit of $69.98 but the total credited should have been $128.73. The amount still owed to me is $58.75

9/20/19 was told the amount would be credited and it might take a month.

10/27/19 was told to wait until 12/26/19 but still no credit shown on credit card statement.

12/27/19 conference call with Keto Boost and agent from charge card company who acknowledged that the $58.75 still not received. Keto boost rep said he would refer the matter to upper management and that I would receive a response in 24-48 hours.

1//3/2020 agent said matter still under review and wait a few more days.

1/8/2020 was policy was just changed that no refunds would be made. Informed agent that my issue was from September, 2019 and that this is not a refund but amount they overcharged me. Have received countless "I apologize", "there's nothing I can do", "our policy doesn't allow for refunds, blah, blah, blah".

1/8/2020 reported the matter to the FTC who suggested I file a complaint with Revdex.com

Would like $58.75 owed to me returned. This is not a REFUND as they keep saying.

I received a package with diet pills from Instaketo in Salt Lake City, Utah, that I did not order. My debit card was hacked and ordered that way. They did have the correct address, however, the email address and cell phone number that was given to the company was not mine. I have spoken with this company on multiple occasions in an attempt to resolve the issue. They say that as they felt it was a legitimate order, they will not refund the money that was charged to my account. I have explained to them that I will return the pills - I do not want them and I did not order them. This company will not return phone calls and will not assist me in any way. I have spoken with sales reps, supervisors and even a manager. They tell me I will receive a call back from upper management to discuss the issue and no one ever calls. The amount was over $150.00 and they will not refund - this is tantamount to theft on their part as well as the person who fraudulently used my card.

The company has resolved the issue and returned the money

Despite receiving an RMA, the company refused to honor a refund of product returned to their facility.
I ordered the product on October 2, 2019 and received it soon thereafter. After consulting with my husband and doctor, it was deemed a health risk due to preexisting conditions. I contacted the company and they authorized a return with a $5.00 per bottle restocking fee which would have amounted to a refund of $173.70 (198.70 - 25.00). They issued me a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and I returned it to the address they provided me via USPS - Priority Mail (so I have a tracking number). After 4 more calls and promise to process my request they finally stated I missed the 30 day period for authorized returns.

This company is a scam! I was charged and processed a return because I didn't order it... I have been dealing with them since early December I haven't seen a dime of my money. Every time I call I get different answers. Such a scam!

I called the company immediately and they said I could return the product but had to pay a $25 restocking fee so my refund would be $173.70. #1 call was 11/12/19 and I spoke to Nicole and Alina *** #2 call was to Stevie *** on 11/13/19. I received the product and there was no address, phone number, nothing about returns, nothing inside the package so I sent it back on 11/20/19 from the Mesquite TX PO with tracking #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX First-Class to the return address on the package. Call #3 was with Angela *** on 11/22/19. Call #4 was 12/3/19 with Della *** which she said she sent an email to upper management. Call #5 was with Tia #XXX XX/4/19 and I gave her the tracking # of the package. Call #6 was with Bonnie *** on 12/9/19 @ 10:14 and she transferred me to a supervisor Darrion *** supposed to be a supervisor @ 10:23 but he didn't help me at all. Call #8 same day Shanic #435 but she put me back in que so I called back at 10:35 and spoke to Davine *** but she said no supervisor was available but I received the refund email and waited for my refund. No refund ever was put in my bank account. Call #10 was to Tia *** @ 10:12 and she told me that on 12/10 or 12/11/19 they received an email that no more refunds will be given. My email was received the day before that and so my refund should have been processed and my money returned. I am still waiting.

Refund I expect a FULL REFUND of $198.70 for all the time I spent on the phone with customer service representative that could not help me or were not trained on how to handle this situation. This refund should have been done on 11/20/19 immediately after the product was received and this would have been taken care of but I spend hours on the phone speaking with untrained customer service representative and supervisors who were not able to issue my refund.

After numerous phone calls to the customer service department I was told I would receive my refund within 3-5 days, I have contacted the service department 6 times within the timeframe of 12/2/2019-1/7/2019 and been told the same statement that I would receive my refund within 3-5 days. As of 1/7/2020 I have not received my refund and fell that I'm getting the same response each time I call. I believe that the company has had sufficient time to process my refund.

Unauthorized credit card charge in the amount of $149.91 (October 14, 2019). The same day I contacted Citi bank, and file a dispute. The charge was temporary reversed. An envelope from Ultra Fast Keto Boost was left in my mail box by USPS October 18, 2019 (Tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). I did not open the envelope. I stopped by USPS office and refused the envelope (October 22, 2019), which was returned to sender the next day. On November 22, 2019 Citi bank charged me $149.91.The bank stated that that Ultra Fast Keto Boost substantiated the charge, and refused to provide details. I have never been a customer of the company, ordered any products from them, and authorized to charge my credit card.

I order this product in September 2019. I recieved the product in October and returned it a week later. I call them on October 24 to ask where my refund was and was told it will be sent 3 to 5 days. Trying to get a refund for something that I didn't order.
I was trying to order a."free" bottle of keto pills posted on Facebook. All of sudden. I received 5 bottles. I called and they told me to send it back and I would get a refund. I returned product for a refund on Dec 12 2019. I was told 3 to 5 business days for my refund and today Jan 6 2020 and still no refund. Bad service
I was told that my refund would be sent out 3 to 5 business days from The Date product was returned which was 12/12/2019 and today is 1/6/2020 and still no refund. Whenever I call to inquire about refund I'm told that an email will be sent to upper management to handled my refund. They have their product and I want my refund. There needs to be a way to contact the people in charge of my refund. They charged my debit card immediately when I purchased the product but it has been nearly a month trying to get my refund. I have called on three separate occasions since 12/12/2019 and today is 1/6/2020 and still no reply or refund.
