I emailed them to find out how to get me credit card charge reversed, and they ignored me.

We have had no contact/correspondence from the customer. We do not offer free samples nor do we have a monthly subscription.

Our Terms and Conditions require the customer to pay the return shipping because we ship for free. We also have a restocking fee. We can refund the customer minus the restocking fee and allow them to keep the product to retry or gift to someone.

It is well known that keto diets and exogenous ketones come with discomforting side effects. These side effects can last for several weeks, one is known as "keto flu". These side effects subside as the body fully enters ketosis. There is a large amount of literature available regarding keto diets and exogenous ketones.

I ordered I free trial Ulta Fast Keto Boost,I paid the shipping of $4.95 with my Visa..
I checked my E-mail and found a Visa charge of $198.80.
The free trial was to arrive on 3-5 days. I placed the order on 6/22/2020. I had not received the order by 7/6/2020. I discovered my Visa had been charged $198.00 on 6/22/2020 at 3:31 P.M. I paced the order at 12:30 P.M, I called the representative Alexander Smith @ 833 635-0511. He stated I ordered 3 bottles and 2 free bottles. He would refund 1 bottle for $80.00. I want a full refund. I called the Bank of America, and made a fraud complaint on 7/6/2020. I received the shipment on 7/09/2020. Shipped from World and Fulfillment P.O. Box 13009 Scottsdale,AZ.85267. Do I ship it back or wait for a full refund?

This is not our company. Our fulfillment centers are not in AZ. We did not find this customer in our system either. That is not our customer support number.

I returned item for refund. Their ad is deceiving. You think you are purchasing a sample bottle and you get charged for 5. Still waiting on refund!
I followed all instructions to return item to receive my refund. I initially was wanting to try the sample bottle and once you enter your credit card information you are immediately charged for 5 bottles. ($180). I immediately tried to contact company to stop the process by phone and email and there was no answer or response. By the time I contacted someone the package had been shipped. The item has been returned and now I am awaiting the scan of the package so they will have documentation they received the package before I receive my refund. This company is very misleading and needs to change their support system instead of charging people for items they do not want to order.

I returned the product and they refuse to refund the money
On 11/29/19 I ordered 4 bottles of InstaKeto and paid $149.91. On 12/5 I called and emailed to return the product. I sent the product back on 12/11/19 after receiving and RMA #. On 12/14/19 the product was delivered back to them. On 12/26/19, 1/13/20 and 2/13/20 I called and emailed following up for my refund. To this date, I still do not have my refund. I have attached the order, the credit card statement showing the charge and all emails.

We have no record of this customer. We do not offer a 4 bottle package. There are many keto products of the same name and look on the market offering similar packages and price points.

I thought I only ordered the free bottle, but somehow ended up with the biggest order. I figured I would try it anyway because it had a guarantee that if it didn't work you could get your money back. Well it didn't work, so I went online to find out how/where to send it back for a refund. After visiting the website my computer came down with a virus. (They were the only new website I went to). After getting it fixed, I still have not heard from them on how to get my money back. Do not want to go back to their website and possibly get a virus again.

How can you start a trial on the day that you ordered something and have not received yet? It should start after you get the product and can use it. As far as I remember the advertisement said only that it was a money back guarantee if it did not work, with no time limit to it.

I have looked for an email from the company and have not been able to find it.

It is likely that you mistook our ad for another ad, with there being so many keto supplement options it happens often.

I returned a package (which I never ordered however transaction took place as a fraud) and never received a refund.
In late 10/2019 I recognized a transaction on my credit card (for $201.68) which I am not aware of under the name of Instaketo in Tampa Florida. I reside in Little Rock, Arkansas. I called my bank (Bank of America) to report a fraud and they instantly processed me a refund and issued me a new credit card, meanwhile they told me they will do some investigations. A few days later, I received a package (package label is attached) from the company composed of 5 boxes of tablets or capsules to enhance a ketogenic state in the blood along with an email confirming delivery with order ID XXXXXX!! I was confused how they got my name, address and my credit card information. Also if someone wants to make a fraud why he/she sent it to me. So, I suspect that the company is involved in this process. So I reached out to the company by email (correspondence attached) to let them know about what happened and request to return it back and get a refund. I was surprised that they already have an account by name middle and last name which I have no idea about. What they did that they showered me with great offers to keep the package and not get a refund, which increased my suspicions that they are behind that process. Then I refused all the offers and insisted to return the package and get a refund. I called them to get the address and a specific RMA number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXX). I returned the package through a tracked carrier (USPS) and got the confirmation of delivery on 12/07/2019. Tracking no: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. They told me to allow 5 days after delivery to process the refund. I waited for a week, then sent them many emails and called several times over a month or two and every time they say we are going to process the refund in the next few days or weeks and they never did. Shortly after (late 11/2019), the bank disputed my fraud claim after receiving an evidence from the company that I received the package. I told the bank that I returned it back without getting a refund but they insisted on disputing the fraud and they withdraw the money back. At this point I felt desperate I was subjected to a fraud and couldn't get my money back. I just learned about Revdex.com from a friend of mine. I strongly believe that the company itself is behind that robbery process.

I agree for a total refund and a disclosure how they got my private information from such as my name, address, email and credit card information. This company should be sued.

How come you are not the company. I have the dispute against Ultra Fast Keto Boost. I had several telephone and email correspondence with your associates and I attached the evidence of that earlier. Are you saying that all of that previous correspondence was with fake people?!! Also, if we put the credit card fraud aside, you did not refund me even after receiving the package back. I returned the package to your registered location (at Revdex.com and everywhere) and package delivery was confirmed by the carrier. FYI, I will file a complaint against my bank as well.

We are not Ultra Fast Keto Boost either. There are many knock off keto supplement companies currently.Ultra Fast is one of the most knocked off brands on the market. We now have returns from 26 separate keto brands/companies at our office from consumers who have confused us with others. We receive letter from State AG's that mistaken us for other brands and vice versa.

I ordered Ultra Fast Keto Boost, saw the amount they charged my credit card. Called them and was told it was too late. So I refused the package.
10-11-2019 Order Ultra Fast Keto, 10-14-2019 I emailed & cancelled my order.10-14-2019 they acknowledged my request to cancel & told order has been shipped (buy 3 get 2 free) was NOT part of offer I signed up for. It was shipping only for 1 bottle. 11-7-2019 asked when will I receive my refund. 11-7-2019 email said "We will go ahead & forward your concern to our billing department regarding you full refund. Please allow 5-7 business days." 11-14-2019 told "we would like for you to try & see how effective our product is. We would like to offer you a 2 free bottles we can reship the product back to you. Please email me back either accepting this offer or let me know. 11-15-2019 I replied and & said as long as I receive the original $ amount. 11-18-2019 said "Outside of your 30 day money back guarantee time frame) 12-2-2019 emailed saying I am still waiting for my refund. 12-2-2019 asked to verify my address and they will reship plus 2 free bottles. 12-2-2019 called & asked for a supervisor. 12-4-2019 emailed them saying I demand my refund. 12-5-2019 said I am outside the 30 day money back guarantee. 12-5-2019 forward my concern to their billing department regarding my refund. I never received the product, My request for a complete refund was never addressed and that I was outside th 30 day refund. Again, I never received the product.

Price of total order was deceiving. Not returnable by Post Office. Located package and returned. Did not receive a full refund.
I purchased Insta Keto supplements thinking I was paying $39.95. What I ended up being charged was $198.70. When I saw this pending on my account, I immediately called the customer service number to cancel. I was told to call back because it had already been shipped.

Once the package arrived, I did not open it. I called again and "Carlos" said to write "Return to Sender" on the package with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) on the package. I did as instructed and gave to my mail carrier the next day.

While tracking the package online, I noticed the last entry that said "Your item could not be delivered to the intended recipient or returned to sender. It has been disposed of by USPS." Obviously, that is a lot of money to "throw away".

I was able to have a Post Office clerk locate my package in their disposable bin. (Why did they not attempt to redeliver or call me? We are the only people with that last name in our whole state, but that is a different subject). Anyway, the postal clerk suggested I return the item in my own box and pay for delivery confirmation. She said these types of items are often scams because they are so much trouble to return or get a refund that customers give up.

Even when I mailed the new package, the postal clerk said the address didn't exactly match a Post Office box at the Salt Lake City, Utah, post office. There was something fishy with the address.

To return the package cost me $20.35. I sent a letter inside the box, explaining to the company that I expected a full refund rather than a restocking fee of $25.00 due to my expense in returning it a second time.

The package arrived in Salt Lake City, and was signed for on a Tuesday. I called on Thursday to see if my refund had been processed. The first man said it had not been returned, and had been disposed of by the post office. I said it had been returned, and was signed for. I gave him the new tracking number.

At this point he said a refund would be issued 7-10 business days from the date of receipt. I asked how much the refund would be - $173.70. I told him that I had put a letter in the package requesting a full refund because of all the trouble it had been. He put me on hold and said they could not issue that refund because they are not responsible for problem with shipping, that it was basically the post office's fault that it had not been return within 48 hours of cancellation. Seriously, I live in Ohio. I said that wasn't acceptable, and he said he could do nothing more.

I believe this company should be put out of business for false advertising, overcharging customers for products, difficulty returning items, and poor customer service in general. I have no complaints about the *** reps themselves.

The customer requested a cancellation 5 days after making the purchase. The order had already been shipped and refused by the customer the same day they called to cancel. Our return refund policy states that the customer is responsible for return shipping and $5 per bottle restocking fee.

I partially accept the response, because I was "not made whole"!
I was refunded most of my money. The restocking fee was deducted, which I understand, but it was exorbitant. $5.00 per bottle of supplement, so $25.00. Most companies charge 10%.
I was also not refunded the separate shipping that I had to pay. Unopened package was not returnable due to incorrect address on the sellers own printed label. So I paid about $25 to return in my own box. I had to include signature confirmation to ensure the seller received the package.

It took over six weeks to get my refund. When I was finally told 7-10 working days, and it did not post I had to call again. I was told the seller was having issues due to COVID and it might take up to an additional month.

I responded that I would call back in one week with my attorney, and he would be filing a class action suit for "unreasonable and even unjustified fees". The other charges would be:

The name on your account was spelled that way by whoever originally placed the order. We do not manually enter your name, when processing a refund that is automatically generated. Refunds are not issued to a name they are issued to a card number, the same card number used when making the purchase.

I tried to contact the company for a refund and their telephone number is NOT in SERVICE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. They are liars and they shouldn't be allowed to sell this bogus product!!!!!

When the customer was advised of the return process they terminated the call. Our staff called the customer back, the customer picked up and then hung up again. There has been no further contact from the customer.

Charged to credit card fraud, however products was never ordered, the product was received and returned to Keto, refunded hasn't bee proceed.
I never ordered the item from Keto, charge posted on credit card for $198.70, 11/26/19. I contacted Keto Customer Service to return the item, however it wasn't authorized. Order # XXXXXX. I also opened a fraud claim with BofA, that's being reviewed. I have no contract nor have I ever placed an order with Keto. I never placed the initial order for this product that was delivered. The item was delivered when I was on out of state staying with family during the period Dec 2019 thru Feb 2020. When I contacted the company I explained the information about and asked to return the item, they were going to check and return my call, however a call was never received. The item was return and has been received by the company, since a return call was never received, I'm asking for a refund, because I never placed the order.

They falsely advertised a free bottle and than charged me 199 for a buy 3 get 2 free and now expect me to pat restocking fee
At 8pm central time I thought I was getting a free bottle of their product due to the ad and paying for shipping, as soon as I put my credit card info in I recieved an email stating thank you for the 3 bottle purchase to get 2 free. I imediatley replied to the email and left customer service an email stating that is not what I wanted and the advertising was false. This morning at 9am (the next day) I called back to customer service who said even though the email said shipping in 48 hours your package shipped in less than 8 hours and you can return it when you recieve it for a 5$ per bottle restocking fee. I could hear multiple customer service people in the background having the same conversation with other people this sounds like a complete scam

Yes we do have a restocking fee which was waived for you. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. This policy can be found in the Terms and Conditions that you accepted upon completing your purchase.

I went online and ordered a bottle of instant keto (keyed in order myself) and total came to $69.70, I checked my account and company charged by debit card $198.90 of which I did not agree to or authorize. When I called them they claimed they did it by mistake and refused to refund money back, and then have not answered telephone since. I sent online complaint, still no response.

called to request return authorization. Was given a return #. Mailed back product, called with tracking info, never received refund as promised.
I ordered this product with a 30 day trial, refund if not satisfied. I called to request a refund within the 30 day time frame, I was given a return authorization number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXX)by agent *** I shipped back the unopened bottles. I called business with the USPS
tracking number, as requested. I never received a refund on my credit card. I tried calling them back after waiting several months and the 2 phone numbers I had were not in service.

I forgot to mention that my credit card (bank debit card) was hacked by another unsolicited company and has been re-issued. On the off chance that this company has tried to reimburse me they may have a problem using the old card. Please advise if you'd like me to provide the new number to you. Purchased on 11-14-19. Returned 1-2-20. Called multiple times to get refund. They said on 3-3-20 they refunded. Per my bank no refund as of 4-15-20
I would like my full refund. Product was not used and was returned they assured me they recieved it.. They claim my bank has my money and the bank is not giving it to me because I owe them money. I do not owe any money to the bank. Per the bank they do not have my money. They company will not speak to me and will not allow me to speak to a superisor and have hung up on me.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of 198.79 and them shut down.
