I TOO DID NOT ORDER THESE PILLS AND HAD THE SAME "LUCK" TRYING TO RETURN. I FILED A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK 12/13/19 AND ON 02/14/20 I WAS INFORMED THAT IT WAS DENIED BECAUSE THEY SENT PROOF OF MY RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. THAT, TO ME, WAS NEVER THE ISSUE, IN FACT, I TOLD THE BANK THAT I HAD RECEIVED THEM. THE ISSUE WAS I DID NOT ORDER THEM AND THEY WOULD NOT PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE. THE BANK GAVE ME A PHONE # TO CALL FOR AN "RMA NUMBER" FOR RETURNS. FIRST THEY WANTED MY CREDIT CARD # AND WHEN I REFUSED THEY SAID THAT THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE HAD EXPIRED. THE BANK SAID THAT THE DISPUTE TOOK 2 MONTHS BECAUSE IT TOOK THAT LONG FOR THE BUSINESS TO REPLY TO THEIR REQUEST FOR INFO. JUST LONG ENOUGH FOR THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE TO EXPIRE. I THINK THE Revdex.com SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS KIND OF THING.

I was going to order keto pills, the kind I was just to pay shipping, on nov18,2019. so I went down to pay shipping only and it said 198.70. I didn't want to pay that. so I went up and erased all my infro and left the page. later that night I checking my banking on line and it said it went thru. so I call my bank chase and I explain that I didn't mean it to go thur. and they filied charges and were checking in to it. and I also call trim pill keto,18889700692 and she said for me to just return it when I get it, (said nothing about a AR number) and they send money back to bank. so I thought it was ok. package came and I did seen it back. did not touch it. just told mailman to send back. which he did. thought everything was good. but no... on dec 24.2019 , I found out they took 198.70 out of my account . so I call the bank they said because they had all my information. that it was not fraud. I told her, I did not mean it to go thru. she said all I could do is talk to the people where I order from. and try to get them, to gave me my money back.so I called them again, she said that they had me on recording and that their custom service told me to call them back, before I sent it back and get the RA number . so I asked to hear that recording . she didn't have it. then she said they didn't have the package. I asked where does it goes. it went to their return factory, if I asked if I could have their factory returns number. she did not have it. I also asked to talk to her boss, she did not have her number. I told her everyone has a boss. she said I don't have any number. so it went on. both got loud,,,,,,, I just asked her if this happen to her, wouldnt she be mad loseing all that money.....what would she do, if a company did this to her. she hang up on me. I called back couple more time. last time a lady said I did not get my money back because time 30 day return is up. not a thing about RA number. I told her that they have my (198.70) money and the stuff (that I did not order) I am out every thing. how many other have they did this too? please I am begging you, please I am on disabitly. don't have money to just gave away.... please help me get my money back I think I but everything in here. I sure I forgot something '? they say it says on line that I had to get that RA number. printed in small print. I read every word and did not see anything about it, them the 30 days return came up, I have been trying ti fight this sense nov 18 when I order it

Have disputed this charge which was $149.00 with my credit card company because I refuse to pay for something I did not order. I have reached out to this horrible company and they refuse to refund my money so this is why I am putting in a complaint this company should be shut down it is a scam.

Decided I didn't want the product so I called to cancel. I was told it already shipped so I was instructed to write RMA # (which I can provide) on the package and mark "return to sender" I did this when the package came and handed it back to postman. I called the company on 2-17 and Amy (agent ID # *** told me I had to get the tracking information from the post office. They gave me a tracking # (which I can provide) The post office pulled up that # and said package was refused and returned to sender at the correct t address. The post office printed it out and I emailed Keto customer support with that info They called.me and said they do not have the package so I will not get my refund. They have a problem with their receiving department as the post office has proof of sending.

Order ID: XXXXXXX. Ordered in Oct 2019. Paid with credit card. Then I received a charge on my credit card for $202.67. They told my bank they sent it and they had not. In contacting the company they are charging me for the three free bottles. The company will not refund the charge to my acct at wells fargo and change their lie of sending an additional order.

Someone (from a different email address) used my bank card information and ordered Keto products and I'm stuck with the charge.
I never purchased the item and having Stage IV cancer would never need a weight loss program. I feel the company is committing fraud to make money. Everything about this company seems shady.

On Sept. 17 2019 I ordered Ultra Fast Keto Boost Buy 3 Get 2 Free. I was expected to pay $4.95 for the order. My credit card was charged $198.70. I have been unable to contact the company. The phone number they have listed goes to Swift trucking. They did not reply to complaints on their web page.

I then called the company and the representative advised I failed to call for an RMA therefore I would not be eligible for a refund. NOT ACCETPABLE, I emailed them again on Oct 17th and again on Oct 30th. Again, no response. I'd appreciate a refund, in full.

I called customer service to inquire about refund which is advertised. The customer service clerk *** advised me they no longer represent the project. As I explained to her on the internet they are advising the product as well as the refund policy. My product was returned/unopened within the time frame. It has been 2 months and I have not recieved my refund after contacting them several times.
I purchased InstaKeto on Nov. 19, 2019. It was buy 2 get 3 free. I thought my total would be $120. When I got my credit card bill, it charged me around $200. When I contacted them, they explained why it was $200. I understood how I got confused with the way it was marketed. I had also asked for clarification on how many pills to take per day. I had thought I would take one pill a day. The bottle said to take 1-2/pills more than once a day. When I realized how many I would be taking and how much it actually was, I decided I just wanted to return the product. I had not opened any of the bottles. I contacted them on Dec 6 and said I wanted to return. Over the next couple days, they offered to send me more as well as giving me a partial refund. On Dec 8th I told them no, I wanted to return the product for a full refund. They explained I would have to pay a $5 restocking fee. I was ok with that and called the company to get details on how to return it. They gave me the address and a number to put with the product for restocking. They also told me they needed to receive the product by Dec 17 or 19 (I don't remember exactly) to get my refund. I sent the package on Dec 10th with that information through the USPO. The tracking said it was delivered Dec 13. They had told me once it was received it would take 7-10 days for my refund to show up. I waited and began contacting the customer service on Dec 31 to see what the hold up was. They kept saying they would pass my concern on. I contacted them via email Jan 6, 11, 12, 14, 20 and 28. Up until the 28th, I was receiving the same reply about it being sent on or saying they could see my concern was already passed on. I did not receive a replay to my email Jan 28th. Today, Feb 7th, I called. They lady said that as of Jan 1, their return policy changed and there was nothing they could do because it was outside the 30day window. I explained my product had been returned within the 30 days originally. She just kept saying she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. I said I wanted to talk to someone else. She said she would have someone contact me with 24-48 hours. Early on in the process of all the emails I called once and got the same answer...nobody every called me. I am so disgusted that I returned the unopened product within the 30 days and they are saying I cannot get my money back. They told me I had to ship it back and as soon as they received the items they would refund my money of $198.00 back into my account. I went to the post office to mail it off that evening. Every person I spoke with reassured it was being processed and it would take only 5 days for upper management to do so. When I called yesterday afternoon, January 13, 2020 they (supervisor Jackie *** told me they are no longer in business and will not be able to fulfil my request. Made a wrong purchase amount and called and corrected it and they were suppose to refund me the difference.
I purchased Utrafast Keto September 12, 2019. I initially purchase the wrong number and it charged me $201.68 and I immediately called and corrected it. I was told that I would receive my purchase of by one and get one free for $77.00 and also my refund of $123.00(both figures rounded off) and I received the product but never received the refund. I called and emailed for months with customer support stating that I will receive my refund in 5 to 7 business days to it will be there in 2 days. I never received anything. Please Help Me... I am not a rich man and this money is needed to pay bills!!!

Company refuses to issue me a credit. I called that company several times and never received my refund back after I was told that they would credit me within 24-48 hrs. I got a lot of apologies and was told they would escalate to upper management. I tried to work with this company and got no results. They also never returned my emails. Apparently they are in desperate need of my $163.71. I tried to dispute this with my credit card company and was told I need evidence how am I supposed to get evidence when they refuse to answer my calls.

I filed a claim with my bank and they have since closed it and charged me the $198.70. I am looking for a full refund and will return the product to them

I ordered Instant Keto Boost on 11/29/2019. The product made me feel sick on my stomach. I returned 4 unopened bottles 12/20/2019. They received the package on 12/23/2019. I was told $180. would be applied to my credit card in 3 to 5 business days. The website on bottle (www.instantketoboost.com) does not work. After several phone calls, I was told on 1/23/2020 the money had been applied to my credit card. As of today 1/30/2020 it has not been applied.
