Ultra Fast Keto Boost

I was overcharged by Ulta Fast Keto Boost.
I received 1 bottle of product and was billed $200.69 on my MasterCard.
On October 4, 2019 I went online to order one bottle of Ultra Fast Keto Boost.
When my sale processed I noticed it was for buy 3 bottles get 2 free. Yet my receipt with no price posted just says qty 1 Ultra Fast Keto Boost. I called the company immediately!!
After numerous phone calls and e-mails I would always verbatim receive the same response *We apologize for the inconvenience. Our record shows that your concern has already been forwarded to the billing department and they are still reviewing your concern about your refund. Please wait for a few more days for the refund to reflect back to your account*. Needless to say nothing was resolved.
I tried to have my MasterCard company help me to no resolution.
Please try to help me resolve this situation and credit my MasterCard for this bogus purchase.
I will happily return the one bottle that is in my possession.

This "Ultrafast Keto" is an ultra scam!! They hook you with pressure to order a free trial now. You pay for the shipping via credit card, then they keep charging you monthly for something you DIDN'T order more of. They need to be shut down! So many women are being tricked...

Ultra Fast Keto boost alleges they have not only been on Shark tank but the product is backed by one of the Sharks. This false advertisement/not true
This companies use of Shark Tank and falsely advertising that they are back by the sharks is a way for the company to *** customers in. Everyone knows that shark tank and the sharks are well represented business people and would not back a product they did not fully believe in. Because of that and the false advertisement this company utilizes It gives the consumer a false sense of security when buying the product. This is wrong in our consumers that have purchased this product under the false pretense is that it was both back by the sharks and on shark tank should get a full refund of the money should they choose to

I called on 12/15/2019 and indicated that I wanted to return the item as I was not satisfied with the results. I received a RMA #XXXXXXXXXXXXXX sent to P.O. Box 30111-145, Salt Lake City, UT 84130. I had not yet received a refund or heard back from the company, therefore I called on 2/10/2020 and spoke with Jazell - ID 516 and she indicated I should have a refund to my mastercard within 5-7 business days and that I should wait for my next credit card statement and if no refund, I should call back. Now when I call 1-888-970-0692 - the number rings busy and I am unable to get thru to the company.

I returned product and company said they never got it even though I have USPS slip showing it was delivered.
Tried to cancel order as soon as I placed it. Company would not cancel. Said I had to wait and return product. Gave me address where to send it and an RMA number. Did so. They told my credit card company I sent it to the wrong place. Then was told by Ultra Fast Keto Boost they did credit me and gave me a confirmation number. Now again, through my credit card, Bank Of America, was told since I didn't have a credit slip for Ultra, too bad. ULTRA FAST KETO BOOST IS A SHAM AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. NEVER RETURNS PEOPLE'S MONEY. Order was for $100.00 but was charged $149.99.

I ordered the product Last November $190.00 changed my mind and immediately placed a call told me to wait for the bottles call to get an RMA which I did. Sent them Back to Tampa Got tracking number, and the nightmare started. I called them several times and never received my refund back after I was told that they would credit me within 24-48 hrs. I got a lot of apologies and was told they would escalate to upper management. I tried to work with this company and got no results. They also never returned my emails. I want my money back!!

Better boost keto is a sham! They've not been on shark Tank! I stupidly ordered off of Facebook ad and then did my research. When they finally arrived I called per the instructions and demanded an RMA number. Finally after much arguing I was given an RMA number and I returned the pills. My error I threw away after three months the post office receipt and tracking number. Now my credit card is issuing them a payment even though everything was returned. The trick is there shipped out of Salt Lake City but you must return them Apparently to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Do not use this company they are not reputable, this product is not true, it's all a sham and you're going to get taken one way or the other.

The first charge was to VYA*888-9700692 Keto for $198.70. All fraud was disputed with the bank. This company actually sent me a product and my bank wont cover the fraud. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the only place I had found them under their address. This must be some kind of inside job.

Returned product unopened with tracking in December. Numerous calls and emails, Have yet to receive refund.
Ordered in November, due to them not disclosing the Ingredient list on their webpage I did not realize that they were ingredients in it that I was not able to take due to an illness until the bottles arrived. I immediately emailed about a return. They gave me all the info I returned them within a week or two with tracking and know they were delivered on December 7. Multiple calls and emails to them and promises of a refund within 24 to 48 hours. Never received any return calls or emails after said promises or any refunds.

Product returned. Never received refund.
Ordered the product an stopped using it after two weeks because it made me have severe stomach cramps. It took approximately two weeks to get an RMA number in an email to send the product back. Another week or two goes by with no contact from the company. I emailed them with the tracking number and they verified that they had received the product in their warehouse. Another week goes by and I contacted them via email again. They still have not issued my refund.

I Recieved 3 bottles of some sort of a diet pills, never ordered this, tried to contact the company listed on the package, they stated they are not able to find this order, a few weeks later I was shocked to see a charge of $149.91 deducted from my bank debit card from this company, tried a few times to contact them to no resolution, now all of their contact numbers are disconnected
