I ordered 2 bottles at 39 each to get 1 free. My account was charged 198.70. I called immediately,have been told 6x I will get it back. Today told no.
On 11/24/19 I ordered 2 get one bottle free. When I got the email receipt it said buy 3 get 2 free. I immediately looked at my checking account. $198.70 was taken out. I called. Could not understand the man. He wanted to (help me) by sending 5 free bottle with my 2 I paid for. Refund would be returned in 3-5 business days. I have called 5-6 times. Every time told wait 3-5 days. Then told it had be sent to upper office and give a few more days. I got 2 bottles in one package and a few days later 5 more bottles. I have emailed several times. Told the same thing. I called today and was told that as of last week there would not be any refunds given. All sales final. First of all they stole my money. They know they did that is why the receipt did not have an amount on it. I knew to check my account. I have asked them if they are a leget. company. My order number is XXXXXX. Please stop them from robbing others. The product is no good either, but that was a chance I took. But they stole my money.

They failed to issue a refund which was first made 2 weeks after purchase. They replied that I should take the pills for 30 days. Their latest response was that this was outside of their "within 30 days of date of order" period.

I placed my Keto Boost order. I decided right away to cancel it back on November 11th. I called to cancel and they would not let me. Said I had to receive the goods and then call for an RMA number and send back then they would refund me less the restocking fee. I received the goods and sent them out the week before Thanksgiving. They received the goods December 2nd. I have been watching for a refund and have not received anything. I just called today at December 17th and they just say "I am sorry mam, we will let upper management know of your complaint and hope you receive a refund." I know this product was a scam but now to be out of product and money is crazy - this is an expensive lesson ($190).

My wife ordered the product with a 30 day return guarantee when I attempted to return they refused until I threatened a credit card dispute.

Call to number 888-970-0692 rep stated that they needed the tracking number to initiate the return. I gave her the number and informed the rep they have had the product back for 9 days the return should be processed, she stated they could not because they did not have the tracking number,. I informed rep this was not acceptable and would file a credit card dispute to which she stated I would lose. All items (5 bottles) went back up opened

Advertising stated three for the price of two. One bottle was 49 dollars but I was changed 150. They are not responding to my emails.

The product that was ordered was not delivered. A refund was requested. Was told by two different reps that we would get a refund. No refund issued.
My grandmother *** ordered the Ultra Fast Keto Boost product from this company. At or around 10/30/2019, the company charged her bank account $198.70. For a while we didn't hear anything from them. By chance, I managed to find the email confirming the shipment of the product and a tracking number. The tracking number informed me that the product had been returned to sender due to an incomplete mailing address on 11/05/2019 (the ordering system had removed the second address line). This was discovered on 11/22/2019. We called the company and the service rep was unhelpful. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed there were no supervisors at all. I kept asking, and eventually was connected to an agent claiming to be a supervisor. I told her that the company had made no effort to assist us after the product had been returned, and I asked for a full refund. She said she could do only a 25% refund. I told her that was not acceptable. I asked again to speak with her direct supervisor. The rep hung up on me. I called again, and asked the rep who answered the phone to let me speak to a manager higher up. She connected me after some back and forth. This man (agent 984, supervisor on the floor) attempted to offer me a 25% refund as well. I told him this was not acceptable and I wanted a full refund. He tried again and after a while he offered 50%. I again reiterated that my complaint was with how our order was handled and that I wished for a full refund or to speak to his manager. He agreed to the full refund and said he would pass it to the billing department, who would contact us in 24-48 business hours. I gave them the time, and an additional week to see if the refund would be processed. No contact was made, and no refund was in our account. I called again on 12/05/2019. I informed the rep of what had happened, and asked to be connected to the floor supervisor. The rep did so. This supervisor (agent 476) said he saw by the notes in our file that we should have had our refund processed. I assured him it had not. He said he would contact the billing department again, and they would contact me in 24 hours. Again, I waited ample time and got no contact nor refund. I called again on 12/17/2019. I informed the rep that answered the phone of the issue. The rep said she would pass it along to the proper people. I declined and asked to speak to a supervisor, as I had been told the same thing before. She connected me to Petra (agent *** who identified herself as the floor supervisor. I explained the situation and asked for my refund. I was informed by Petra that there are no refunds. I asked her how that could be, as I had been told I would get a refund. She repeated that there were no refunds for the product. I asked her for her manager, and she insisted she was the only manager. We repeated this for almost a half hour until I asked where to find the terms of service for our order, as the site my grandma had ordered from no longer existed. She simply gave me the website ultrafastketoboost.com. I tried the web address as she was on the phone with me, and it gave a "this site cannot be reached" error. I began to inform Petra of this, and she hung up on me. I attempted to call back, but was left on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up.

Ordered product. Never received, refuse refund.
My wife ordered product off a Facebook ad. Said it would take 3-7 days. Three months later, 8-10 phone calls, having given them 3 separate addresses to try and get it delivered still no product. And now they refuse to refund. The product was a keto boost pill. The payment was a credit card. Amount $148.95 I do not have an account number or order number but they access the account during the phone call by using my wife's email. ***@HOTMAIL.COM. ordered on or about Sept 20, 2019.

Item purchased on 11/13/19. Returned on 11/22/19 by ups. Account number is Order ID: XXXXXX. I keep being told the refund will be issued within 3-5 business day. As of today this has not happened. Spoke so Sergio on 12/10/19 that was forwarding this to the corporate office to see what the delay was and have them contact me within 24-48 hours. That did not happen. Called today 12/19/19 spoke to a floor supervisor Stacey agent #085 also states she can not help me but will forward the issue to the corporate office to check on the delay. All I am asking for is my refund of $198. I keep being told that this will happen but it has not as of today.

I purchased the product at one price and was charged a higher price. Returned the product and haven't received a refund.
I purchased the Ultra Boost Keto on Oct. 7. My online total was $79.95. When I received my invoice, there was no amount on it. When I checked my bank statement, they charged $198.70. I called and emailed on 10-9 They said I had to wait until I received my order and then call to get RMA. I called on 10-14 to get RMA. They told me there would be a 5% restocking fee, which was ridiculous since they overcharged me. On 11-3, I still hadn't received refund. I emailed, and they said they need my tracking number. I emailed them a copy of that. I didn't hear back. I called back the week before Thanksgiving. I talked to the lady who said she clearly sees that I returned the product. She was going to forward it to her supervisor. She said wait till after Thanksgiving. I waited until 12-1, and called back. I talked to a lady who was surprised I hadn't received my refund. She was going to write a note and take it to the head of corporation. Still no refund. I called again last week, and I get the same story. They see where I returned the products, but don't have an answer of why I'm not receiving my refund. Please help me get my money back. I shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee for their scam.

They signed for the package on Nov 20th, they told me to return it to a Tampa, Fl location. They received the package because I got confirmation one of their agents signed for it. I have called and emailed and they keep saying they "will forward my info to the refund department" they will never let you speak to this department. It has been over a month and still no refund! Paid with my debit card. Spoke with several employees, such as Stacy, supervisor, agent *** and A bby agent *** And I have also sent numerous emails to their customer servuce support.

I place the order on October 23, 2019 I was waiting until November 10 no product arrive , so I call them and ask where's my order and they told me that it was delivered but delivery can't find the address I give them the right address and that's what in there record but telling me that no address found , since that I only have a few days left in Seattle area because I'm going back to the Philippines I told the customer service person that I just need a refund and the person I was talking to told me that they can't give me a refund anymore so I believe I was riff off with this company I even told them ok just resend it and mail it to my friends house I give them the new address but up to now never heard my friend that I had a delivery

purchased a product on Nov,29,2019, received more than one at a price 208.00 called for a complete refund on the 30, Dec,6 and 17 had not received it
Purchased the Insta Keto on November the 29, checked my bank statement on the 30th, and found out that I was charged 208.00 dollars for the product, it says on the description quantity of 1 but received 5 instead only to find out that quantity of one means in that grouping of 5 in quantity of one no pricing on the that tells the cost as well, my statement had quantity 1 no cost of charge on it. If I had not checked my statement I would not have none the cost, I called that night asking about the policy on a refund and was offered 45% back if I would use the product. I asked for a full refund only to be turned away. I contacted my bank that next day to see if any other moneys had been drawn out by this company she said no but that they will alert me of any ref flags by them. I called back on December the 1, and was told that when I received the product which was December the 4th to return at a cost of 5.00 dollars per bottle restocking fee. they received the product on the 6th, I called again abut my refund and was told by an agent that it takes 3-10 days but I would only get 183.00 dollars back well It's the 17 of December and I found out the agent did not submit the request at all, she was agent *** and supervisor314 came on board to tell that they would review and submit my request again and that I would have to wait anther 3-10 days for a reply.

I received an RMA # to return the unused product. They received them items before the 30 days were up. Informed me they no longer gave refunds.

Paid $198. on by Visa debit card.

I bought this product based on fraudulent advertising on facebook showing that this product is endorsed by Lori Grenier and Shark Tank. FRAUD
I purchased this in September 2019 on my Bank of America visa ending in ***. I paid 158.70. I would like a full refund because this was bought based on false advertising and I would never have purchased this if I knew that.

I order 2 bottles and when it came there were 5 bottles with a charge of $189.00. No statement or address to contact them. I tried to find info on where to send it back and finally found the address. Sent it back with signature requested. they received the packaged but I was told today by Alicia that they don't give refunds and that I waited too long to send it back. It was past the 30 days.

Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star rating. But, this company isn't with a rating at all. Should be shut down!

I was misled ..Returned products for refund.
I got the product and didn't want it. They charged me $198.00.I contacted them and got a RMA number.I returned it as I was instructed. They received it on 11/14/2019. Was told refund would take 24-48 hours after they received it. Then was told 3-5 business days. It has been over a month, and no refund. Called today and was told that they changed the policy and that I wouldn't be getting my refund.

I purchased on 10/22/19, placed call for a refund on 11/22/19 as product does not work. Called 12/17/19 was policy changed, they do not give refunds.
I ordered product on 10/15/19 and tried for a month. I called on 11/22/19 and asked for a refund. They said they would have to submit to the corporate office. I called again on 12/17/19 and now I was told that the corporate office has changed their policy and offer absolutely no refunds what so ever. I have spent over 200.00 on something that does not work and am asking for a complete refund or even partial refund within reason.

They misrepresented their product.
