This company says they have a 30 day money back guarantee. I have called on 3 separate occasions. Spoke to Nina *** when I received the product expressing the price wasn't right and the product was not correct. I called on Oct 5 and spoke to Damia *** and explained I was not satisfied with the product and wanted to return it and she said they DO NOT TAKE RETURNS. She offered me a 25% discount. Today 10-13-2019 I spoke to Jay *** after finding proof of a 30 day money back guarantee and he said I purchased this product on Sept 12th so I was beyond the 30 of return.

Trying to get a return address for refund on a product that was ordered by mistake.
I saw an ad on facebook for a 30 free trial of their product. I filled out all the information including my cc info expecting to get one bottle for trial use, instead I got 5 bottles & a charge on my cc for about $200. When I got notified of the charge, I contact them right away & requested for a full refund. They stated that I would need to return the products before they can issue a refund. When products arrived, I contacted them that I received the package & would like to return for my refund. They stated that they cannot issue a refund but they will send two more bottles & issue a 24% refund. I stated that I wanted my 100% refund but if you're going to send me those bottles at "NO CHARGE" to me, as they stated, I said fine, expecting to get my 100% refund & the two bottles. I received the two bottle but still got no refund. So I contacted them again thru email about what had just happened & they said that if I wanted a full refund I need to call them. I called them & the person on the phone stated that "we don't give out refunds, but what we can do is send you two bottles & give you a 25% refund, that's the best I can do". So I informed her that I already went thru this & I don't want anything from you except my 100% & she said, "sorry but that's the best I can do", so I hung up because I was just going around in circles. I later got an email thanking me for contacting them & if I had any questions, I stated yes, I called & got the same thing I got from you which is nowhere so I will be reporting you to the Revdex.com. This all started on October 4, 2019 & it still has not been resolved. All I want is my of $198.70 on my MC. (Order ID: XXXXXX)

Refused to give a full refund because I didn't call for instructions on how to return pkg. Even though they did received it.
Promo was buy 2 get 3 FREE for $39.99. While waiting to get pkg I checked my acct. & found out that $198.70 had been taken out for this promo! I was shocked & immediately texted Keto re: this overcharge & explained that I didn't want it for that price, & requested a refund. The next day the pkg came I opened it & there was no return label or details included. I repackaged it & took it to the P.O. & pd to return it as soon as possible. I waited until the pkg was delivered by tracking it which was 6 days later. I texted them again inquiring about the refund, before I found a reply text from them in my Junk Mail Box, which was way after the shipping & receiving of the pkg. It said that a refund would be minus $5 restocking fee (which was totally acceptable) and then went on to tell me how to return the already sent & received pkg. It said for me to call & get an authorization number to return said pkg. When I read this & saw a phone number I immediately called. A female who called herself Alesha Agent *** took my call. She had a thick accent & tried to explain why I couldn't get a refund. Due to not following instructions which were not included with the pkg. We went back & forth with this, and told her this was totally unacceptable! I told her that I wanted to speak with a supervisor & she told me that she was the supervisor! So I asked her for her full name but she only gave me the same, Alesha Agent ***, saying that she's not allowed to give her last name. She put me on hold & finally after 15 minutes she said, that she could only give 45% refund and I asked why can't I get my full refund? How is fair that she gets to keep my money and the product? She said that the product would be returned to me & I would get back 45% refund which totals $89.42. I again said that this is not right nor fair! They won't give me a full refund on something I don't want because, they say that it wasn't returned the way that they wanted it to be returned. They have their product why can't I get my full return? She forward a text stating how much I was to receive within 5-7 business days and added that a "portion" of the shipment will be returned to me.

Called within 10 min and ask to be refunded the total amount and they stated it was already shipped and on its way. (10 min). I ask to speak to a supervisor and told they had no supervisor. I then called back and was told that there was no refunds and then I ask for a supervisor and was told that if I accepted three extra bottles they would send 45% of the 198.000 back. I stated that I wanted a full amount and they said the amount would be in my account within 24hrs. Nothing shipped or refunded. I called today 10/29 and spoke to a supervisor and stated that the whole deal was fraud and it was never approved by me to take out 198.00 out of my account. The supervisor stated that the amount was sent to my bank and it was not. I said this was fraud and she refused to let me have a refund. Then she stated that I would be contacted by upper management today and nothing. I told them I was going to file a complaint and allow the bank to file fraud. (she laughed) stated that there was no way to contact upper management.

Wanted to buy one bottle of Keto and ended being charge $198.70 for 5. Wanted to return and they said NO. Did not open package
ordered one bottle of Keto Boost. Said it was $39 a bottle. I was not given a total . Ended being charged $198.70 for 5 even though girl said that 2 were free. I complained and she said when I get package I can call back and get authorization number to return. Recieved package and Brandon said I could not return any of them even though I said I never opened package. Tried to bribe me with 2 more free and I said just wanted refund of $198.70 and want to return it. He said best he could do was to give me was to give me refund now of $49.68. So I said ok to the refund. Still not fair for wrong labeling online.

Was supposed to receive a refund of $163.00 in September. Now it's almost November and still no refund.
I had ordered a supply of $36.00 on 9/23/2019. The following day I was charged $198.00 and taken out of my bank acct. I called 1-888-970-0686 to cancel the order(order # XXXXXX). When I called to canceled I was offered I supply for $34.00, which is ok and I asked to refund the rest of the $198.00, which came up to $163.00. The company stated it would be transferred back into my account within 7 to 10 days.10 days went by and no refund, so I called again. I was told they were going to email upper management with a concern and I would hear from them by email or by phone within 48 hours. 48 hours goes by and no email or call. I have done approximately 5 calls after waiting 48 hours, they keep telling me they are going to email upper management with a concern. It is almost November and still no refund.

I received an order of this product in mid-October, even though neither I nor any member of my household had placed such an order. There was a charge of $149.95 on my debit card, so this entire transaction was fraudulent. Ads claim this product was featured on Shark Tank and selected for investment. However these images were false and I was misled.
The company claims its product was featured on Shark Tank to garner credibility, however it used fake images and the representatives from Shark Tank declared this to be fake advertising. I ordered 1 bottle of Keto pills from their website.It never gave the option to review order.They charged me for 5 bottles and would not cancel order.
I ordered 1 bottle of Keto pills from their website.I was never given the option to review my order which made me very suspicious so I checked my credit card to see what they had charged me and it said $207.00.I called them to see why they had charged me this price and was told it was for 5 bottles of pills. I asked them to cancel my order and was told they could not cancel the order but they could give me a 40% discount. I said I do not want a discount because I do not want 5 bottles, I only ordered 1 bottle but I do not want any now. I was told they had to fill the order and send it to me and then I would have to call them back and get a return authorization number and a return address and mail the order back to them at my expense and that there would also be a $5 charge to restock each bottle (for a total of $25, for 5 bottles that I did not want from my first conversation with them.) I asked to speak to a supervisor with both conversations but was told there was no supervisor available.

Credit card over charged and when company was contacted they could neither give me a tracking number for package, or a supervisor to resolve my problem. Upon me mentioning it felt like a scam they offered me a modified refund to my credit card to be sent within 10 days. The agents name was Alina# ***. I reported it to my credit card company on 10/28/19 as a fraud

I ordered online 1 bottle for $69.99; I was billed for $198.20 3 bottles plus 2 free.
On Oct 20 I ordered 1 bottle and received notification my order will ship in 2-3 days. 10 days later nothing. Then I checked my credit card and they charged me $198.20 for 3 bottles plus 2 free. Their website does not provide any detailed invoice information prior to providing your credit card info. It also does not provide a chance to review or confirm the order. As soon as I put in my card number, it processed the order. The Buy 3 and Get 2 Free is not accurate. You are charged for all 5 bottles plus some additional fee based on the $202.69 charged to my credit card. I immediately called requesting a cancellation and was denied. I requested a manager and was told I was already speaking to a supervisor (who is the person answering the phone) and could not speak to anyone else. Beware of this company - false advertising in pricing and failure to provide detailed invoice showing total amount to be paid prior to processing order. Customer service is non-existent and the "supervisor" didn't care when I indicated I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

This company advertises and distributes "Ultra Fast Keto Boost" an "advanced weight loss with metabolic ketosis support". The product amount (bottles) are advertised at different prices. The one I selected was "buy 3 at $39.99 and get 2 free". I received 5 bottles, but my debit card was charged $198. Not only was I over charged, but the product, of course, does not work. I have taken the pills as directed now for 10 days, and have lost no weight whatever. Not only should they refund all of my money, but they should quit advertising the product in the fraudulent manner which they do.

I ordered ultra fast keto boost diet supplements, buy 2 get 1 free at $49.97 a bottle. The expected charge to my Visa card was $99.94. My card was charged $149.91 on 9/12/19. I filled out a dispute form for the $49.97. A credit adjustment cardholder dispute for $49.97 posted 9/16/19. On 10/15/19 the $47.97 charge was put back on my account. I received a letter 10/19/19 dated 10/15/19 that said, "There is insufficient information supplied To support you claim of incorrect amount."I included a printed copy of the buy 2 get 1 free add with the dispute form.

Misleading price posted, very difficult to get a refund
Like others, I found out too late- after I ordered that this company is shady as h***. They had "promotional special" going on- Buy 3 bottles, get 2 free. Listed price was $39.74 per bottle. Then I look at my credit card statement online a few days after ordering it and see a charge of $198.70! I was expecting to see a charge of $119.22.
This little revelation prompted me to Google Ultra Fast Keto Boost, and I started seeing it being synonymous with words like "scam", "stay away", "fraud". So I called their customer service number and explained that first off, I had been charged nearly $200 for a product that was supposed to be a little over $100, and that furthermore I had not received it in the "24-48 hrs" that had been promised. I told the customer service rep that I wanted a full refund and that they could keep their product. She claimed it was already en route and could not be cancelled, "thank you for calling & have a nice day". I told her that I wasn't going to open the package if and when it arrived and wanted a full refund. She offered me "25% refund and 2 more free bottles"! I again asserted this was unsatisfactory and only a full refund would suffice. She then offered me "a 40% refund and 2 more free bottles". Again I declined and told her only a 100% refund would be accepted. She then said when the package arrived to call for a RMA number but that there would be a $5 PER BOTTLE re-stocking fee. Again I told her this was unacceptable, and she said this was all their company would be willing to do.
I plan on filing a claim with my credit card for the $25 restock fee that they plan on hitting me with when that time comes.

Sept 3/2019, ordered buy 3 get 2 free. When I saw the total price deducted from my account I immediate canceled the order. Have been in constant contact with online customer service to get refund. I sent the package back unopened as soon as I received it. Sent pictures of the tracking code as was requested by customer service. Not until after I had finally gotten through on the phone (the one time I could) was I told I had to have number to return it. It had already been a month when I was told this and the product was already returned weeks before. No one online told me anything just that it had been resolved but I have never received my refund. Now 2 moths later I receive an email saying I am not entitled to any kind of refund because the 30 day refund is past. That's crazy as I have returned the product unopened and they know this but say they can keep my $198.00 . I don't think so. I saved all the emails back and forth to customer service and expect my money back without further delay. To me (and I should have read the reviews before I ordered) that this is a scam. Many people said in reviews that this is a scam and that you don't refund when there are issues. And that the sale price is not the amount that is deducted from accounts. Nothing is as advertised. Please resolve this and refund my total refund or I will contact the Revdex.com and report this as a scam and that you refuse refunds after product is returned.
