I ordered one bottle of Keto boost after studying the options for about $68.98.
The order was increased to 5 bottles for $198.70, I did not authorize
As noted above, the order for one bottle of Keto Boost was increased to 5 bottles with increased price of $198.70. I called to cancel the order and was informed not possible but that I could return and would be charged a restocking fee of $5.00 per bottle x 5 which is $25.00. It is a scam when I only wanted to try one bottle, checked the box on website for one bottle and they charge me more for more bottles I did not request. Then to charge a restocking fee is unacceptable. I spoke to supervisor and got nowhere with this. So I am informing Revdex.com.

I have never ordered ANY products from UltraFastKetoBoost.
I received 3 shipments and returned them all.
I got only one refund to my bank account

On the AARP Newsletter/Dr OZ article the item was for a free sample. I signed up thinking I would pay S/H they billed me for 3 bottles + 2 free.

10-28 Spoke with company rep *** who said the notice was correct.
They had shipped 3 bottles + 2 free of the product. Cost was around $150.
She offer a 25% "discount" of $49.65 + 2 more free bottles. She told me I
could not mark package "Refused/Return to Sender" because they don't
do returns. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who, of course, was not
available. I immediately sent an email pleading my case for just a
SAMPLE, as advertised is the AARP Newsletter/Dr OZ article on reducing
Belly Fat.
10-29 Receiving no response I sent another email.
10-30 ditto above, but asked that a Supervisor review my emails and respond.
10-31 Called American Express @ 6:40 AM PDT. Spoke with *** She told
me the customer before me had the SAME problem! She is resolving the
charge, I will not be liable, and filed a case to resolve the incident...which
will take 6-8 weeks. Case # ***
10-28 and 10-31 AARP referred me to their CA office (XXX)XXX-XXXX. I called *** of the CA AARP office and explained the above to his voice mail. No response.

Called within 10 min and ask to be refunded the total amount and they stated it was already shipped and on its way. (10 min). I ask to speak to a supervisor and told they had no supervisor. I then called back and was told that there was no refunds and then I ask for a supervisor and was told that if I accepted three extra bottles they would send 45% of the 198.000 back. I stated that I wanted a full amount and they said the amount would be in my account within 24hrs. Nothing shipped or refunded. I called today 10/29 and spoke to a supervisor and stated that the whole deal was fraud and it was never approved by me to take out 198.00 out of my account. The supervisor stated that the amount was sent to my bank and it was not. I said this was fraud and she refused to let me have a refund. Then she stated that I would be contacted by upper management today and nothing. I told them I was going to file a complaint and allow the bank to file fraud. (she laughed) stated that there was no way to contact upper management.

I received an order for their product without requesting it, and it trying to return, was told I have to pay a "restocking fee" of $15
I received an order of this product in mid-October, even though neither I nor any member of my household had placed such an order. There was a charge of $149.95 on my debit card, so this entire transaction was fraudulent. In trying to return the product, I was told there was a $15 "restocking fee" which I am paying under protest. But I would like to get all of my money back.

Was supposed to receive a refund of $163.00 in September. Now it's almost November and still no refund.
I had ordered a supply of $36.00 on 9/23/2019. The following day I was charged $198.00 and taken out of my bank acct. I called 1-888-970-0686 to cancel the order(order # XXXXXX). When I called to canceled I was offered I supply for $34.00, which is ok and I asked to refund the rest of the $198.00, which came up to $163.00. The company stated it would be transferred back into my account within 7 to 10 days.10 days went by and no refund, so I called again. I was told they were going to email upper management with a concern and I would hear from them by email or by phone within 48 hours. 48 hours goes by and no email or call. I have done approximately 5 calls after waiting 48 hours, they keep telling me they are going to email upper management with a concern. It is almost November and still no refund.

If I wanted to return the shipment I would be charged $5 a bottle! This company is a sham and I want to report it. I want to cancel the charge, they said if I did, there would be no refund available at all. They have all the answers, only offered to refund 45% of my $198. I'm still going to cancel my charge. Please investigate this company and their policies and practices. If you order one thing, they will send and charge you as they wish.

Ordered buy 2 get three free of ultra keto boost. Credit card over charged and when company was contacted they could neither give me a tracking number for package, or a supervisor to resolve my problem. Upon me mentioning it felt like a scam they offered me a modified refund to my credit card to be sent within 10 days. The agents name was Alina# ***. I reported it to my credit card company on 10/28/19 as a fraud

I ordered 1 bottle of Keto pills from their website.It never gave the option to review order.They charged me for 5 bottles and would not cancel order.
I ordered 1 bottle of Keto pills from their website.I was never given the option to review my order which made me very suspicious so I checked my credit card to see what they had charged me and it said $207.00.I called them to see why they had charged me this price and was told it was for 5 bottles of pills. I asked them to cancel my order and was told they could not cancel the order but they could give me a 40% discount. I said I do not want a discount because I do not want 5 bottles, I only ordered 1 bottle but I do not want any now. I was told they had to fill the order and send it to me and then I would have to call them back and get a return authorization number and a return address and mail the order back to them at my expense and that there would also be a $5 charge to restock each bottle (for a total of $25, for 5 bottles that I did not want from my first conversation with them.) I asked to speak to a supervisor with both conversations but was told there was no supervisor available.

Ads claim this product was featured on Shark Tank and selected for investment. However these images were false and I was misled.
The company claims its product was featured on Shark Tank to garner credibility, however it used fake images and the representatives from Shark Tank declared this to be fake advertising. I purchased the product believing the advertising to be true. I would like my money back. I can return the product at the company's expense:

Their website does not provide any detailed invoice information prior to providing your credit card info. It also does not provide a chance to review or confirm the order. As soon as I put in my card number, it processed the order. The Buy 3 and Get 2 Free is not accurate. You are charged for all 5 bottles plus some additional fee based on the $202.69 charged to my credit card. I immediately called requesting a cancellation and was denied. I requested a manager and was told I was already speaking to a supervisor (who is the person answering the phone) and could not speak to anyone else. Beware of this company - false advertising in pricing and failure to provide detailed invoice showing total amount to be paid prior to processing order. Customer service is non-existent and the "supervisor" didn't care when I indicated I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

Ordered online 1 bottle for $39.99 by error, I was only logging in to view the product but had to enter personal information just to log in; I was charged on my bank account $197.50. This is the "buy 3 get 2" free offer- I DID NOT ORDER THIS. I called 10/23/19 to cancel and get refund. Jane # *** told me she couldn't cancel, but offered a discount-REPEATEDLY. I said I didn't want ANYTHING now since I was billed incorrectly. She continued to insist upon a discount and I keep the merchandise. Upon my pressure, she finally gave a RMA #XXXXXXXXXXXXXX -BUT- she said there would be a restocking fee of $5 per bottle ($25) AND WE would have to pay for return postage. That would approximate the amount I've been charged! I demanded an immediate email with the return information; I am still waiting for that email.
This is ridiculous, and I believe this is a scam and you are taking advantage of a senior citizen on limited means. ALSO, your agents don't do what they promised on the phone.

Sept 3/2019, ordered buy 3 get 2 free. When I saw the total price deducted from my account I immediate canceled the order. Have been in constant contact with online customer service to get refund. I sent the package back unopened as soon as I received it. Sent pictures of the tracking code as was requested by customer service. Not until after I had finally gotten through on the phone (the one time I could) was I told I had to have number to return it. It had already been a month when I was told this and the product was already returned weeks before. No one online told me anything just that it had been resolved but I have never received my refund. Now 2 moths later I receive an email saying I am not entitled to any kind of refund because the 30 day refund is past. That's crazy as I have returned the product unopened and they know this but say they can keep my $198.00 . I don't think so. I saved all the emails back and forth to customer service and expect my money back without further delay. To me (and I should have read the reviews before I ordered) that this is a scam. Many people said in reviews that this is a scam and that you don't refund when there are issues. And that the sale price is not the amount that is deducted from accounts. Nothing is as advertised. Please resolve this and refund my total refund or I will contact the Revdex.com and report this as a scam and that you refuse refunds after product is returned.

Misleading price posted, very difficult to get a refund
Like others, I found out too late- after I ordered that this company is shady as h***. They had "promotional special" going on- Buy 3 bottles, get 2 free. Listed price was $39.74 per bottle. Then I look at my credit card statement online a few days after ordering it and see a charge of $198.70! I was expecting to see a charge of $119.22.
This little revelation prompted me to Google Ultra Fast Keto Boost, and I started seeing it being synonymous with words like "scam", "stay away", "fraud". So I called their customer service number and explained that first off, I had been charged nearly $200 for a product that was supposed to be a little over $100, and that furthermore I had not received it in the "24-48 hrs" that had been promised. I told the customer service rep that I wanted a full refund and that they could keep their product. She claimed it was already en route and could not be cancelled, "thank you for calling & have a nice day". I told her that I wasn't going to open the package if and when it arrived and wanted a full refund. She offered me "25% refund and 2 more free bottles"! I again asserted this was unsatisfactory and only a full refund would suffice. She then offered me "a 40% refund and 2 more free bottles". Again I declined and told her only a 100% refund would be accepted. She then said when the package arrived to call for a RMA number but that there would be a $5 PER BOTTLE re-stocking fee. Again I told her this was unacceptable, and she said this was all their company would be willing to do.
I plan on filing a claim with my credit card for the $25 restock fee that they plan on hitting me with when that time comes.

I filled out a dispute form for the $49.97. A credit adjustment cardholder dispute for $49.97 posted 9/16/19. On 10/15/19 the $47.97 charge was put back on my account. I received a letter 10/19/19 dated 10/15/19 that said, "There is insufficient information supplied To support you claim of incorrect amount."I included a printed copy of the buy 2 get 1 free add with the dispute form.

This company advertises and distributes "Ultra Fast Keto Boost" an "advanced weight loss with metabolic ketosis support". The product amount (bottles) are advertised at different prices. The one I selected was "buy 3 at $39.99 and get 2 free". I received 5 bottles, but my debit card was charged $198. Not only was I over charged, but the product, of course, does not work. I have taken the pills as directed now for 10 days, and have lost no weight whatever. Not only should they refund all of my money, but they should quit advertising the product in the fraudulent manner which they do.

Overcharged and after wanting to return was told of a 5 restocking fee . I don't even mind paying to ship back . The 5 restocking fee is a scam way to advertise money back guarantee and still getting there money .
