Checking on company I find out that this product has never been on Shark Tank, on Today's Show, or in any of the publications it boasts of. This is a very good marketing scam that is making loads of money.
I received a confirmation email, but did not show the amount. That was my first clue. Then I started doing research. Look into this people before you waste time or money. I would give zero star but none available.

I was billed for wrong amount ordered and have not recieved my refund
On Sept.21,2019 ordered 3 bottles of Ultra Fast Keto Boost and was billed for 5 bottles $198.70. I immediately called and reported their mistake and was told I would be refunded $98.94 in 3 to 10 days. After 10 days my money was not refunded so I called again and was told they would report the issue to upper management. Still no refund after over another week so I called again was told the very same thing about they would report it to management still no refund as of October 28, 2019. If this is sponsored by the people they say it is the sponsors need to know the crookedness of this company.

False advertising and can't get through to get refund

Ordered the ultra keto boost pills online. It stated $39.99 and a confirmation email. I never got the email. It also stated satisfaction guaranteed 100%. Several days later I checked my account and saw a charge for $198. I called them (product hadn't arrived) told them about the price and that I was gonna return to sender. I was told I couldn't do that and I couldn't get my money back 100%. she said call back when I receive product and she will instruct. I have tried numerous times and keep getting busy signal like I've been blocked. I have no paperwork in the package either. What kind of crooked company is this?

Their add was buy 3 bottles get 2 free. That is false. They charged me for all 5 bottles. That is false advertising.

Do not order!! Web said price was $39.74 and they charged my account $198. When I called to get the refund of $158 for what I order, they feed u all kinds of ***.. Do not order a horrible scam and should be put out of business. They have false advertising and I had to block my card, which is probably to late.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Ordered what I thought was a free trial of their product yesterday only to get billed for 198.00 for stuff I didn't order. Sent them 2 emails within an hour after this happened and no response at all. Finally called them today to cancel my order and find out its been processed already. Absolute *** cuz it stated processed within 24 to 48 hours. Less then that.! Then the agent Nina tried to tell me we can't refund it cuz it's been shipped but we can offer you 2 free bottles too. I don't want your product.! Asked to speak to a supervisor and not one available. I've been in customer service for 14 years now and this is horrible. Instead of refunding my the full amount their only refunding 45 percent of my total. I hope nobody ever orders this *** from them. No getting in touch with ppl after they order to fix anything. Can't do *** over the phone even though you *** em out demanding your money back.

When you order the product the website blinks out and then comes bad finished changing your purchase qty and order total. You can't even notice this happening. Very bad scam going on here. I have now found that this is happening to many on the internet. Someone needs to stop them now!!!!

I wanted to order the Keto Boost product when I enetered all my info and clicked next to review my order I wasn't given that option it automatically submit my order I was never given to option to review nor did I know how much I was being charged until I saw my bank account last evening, I called to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel, but they would refund my account $109.28, I received and email from them stating my account would be refund $89.42.. I want them to refund my account the $109.28 as I was told or cancel my order.. I know you can't do much about that but I think they're way of online selling is unacceptable..

Company offered a zero cost 30-day trial. Have not even received product & already Charged $149.91.
The advertisement indicated a free 30-day Trial. Then, I received a charge for $149.91 on my charge card. I called today, waited 40 minutes for a customer service Rep. Explained problem and said I wouldn't order anything like this without a 30 day free trial because I am on a number of medications & would need to see how this supplement reacted with my medications. I was told by Cindy this charge was an introductory, one-time offer for 3 bottles (?). I explained I would have my credit card company fight this and other charges they made. She finally gave me a credit of $67.46 & said there would be no more charges since this was an introductory offer. Was told to send return to the wrong address which now I am told it is there fulfillment center and not the correct address they have no phone #
I was told to mail this RMA return to the address listed on the packing slip (see attached) I called to see about my return and they told me I had sent to the wrong address and should have gone to a Nevada address. I cannot track this order as I was told to send back by USPS and you do not get a tracking number. I called to get a phone number of this incorrect address and told was told they did not have a phone number as this is a fulfillment company. Not sure why they would have a fulfillment company and not have a contact person there that would be able to help me and track down this order.

I called them and they wouldn't talk to me about a return even though their website states a 30 a day money back guranteee as well as contact them for a return. When I called they said they couldn't return and I told them their website states you can and they hung up they've done this twice now. All I want is my money back

I did not order 5 bottles only ordered 1 bottle, charged 201.68 and called to get refund. No refund yet and it has been 15 days.

False advertising of price and failure to indicate total cost prior to purchase or on the email order summary sent.
I accessed the company website www.ultrafastketoboost.com from an advertisement indicating "Buy 3 and get 2 free". My first complaint is that there is no product information available until after you enter all of your personal information. Then you are taken to https://exclusivehealthcart.com/offer/ultra_keto_ss/checkout/ which offered the buy 3 and get 2 free and showed a price of $39.74/bottle and free shipping. I believed I was purchasing 3 bottles at that price since 2 were to be free. I selected that and entered my credit card information expecting to see an invoice total. There was none. Instead I got notice the order was submitted and an email would arrive shortly. The email did not contain any specific information indicating what I had purchased nor the quantity nor any price. I logged into my credit card account and saw that a charge of $200.69 had been made to my credit card when I was expecting a charge of approximately $120. I called 877-734-8472 at 9:05 p.m. on 10/23/19 and spoke to Petra (Agent *** who indicated she was a supervisor. I told her my credit card had been overcharged and was told that the price was per all 5 bottles. However, the $200.69 charge exceeds 5 @ 39.74 but I have no idea what the additional cost is. So you do not receive 2 free bottles, you purchase 5 at a discounted price with some other fee included. I requested the order be cancelled and was told it already processed and would be shipped within 24-36 hours, then I would need to request permission to return it and pay a $5 per bottle restocking fee. She refused to waive the restocking fee when I requested that. I was offered a $40 refund if I would keep all 5 bottles when they arrive which still did not represent the amount I expected to pay and said that was unacceptable. I indicated this appeared to be some type of scam with no invoice info or receipt given and false advertising. I was given no reason for not receiving any invoice information online or in the email. I also indicated their advertising indicates their product is affiliated with the Shark Tank show and had discovered information online indicating that is not true. She insisted they are but when I told her I didn't believe their advertising or lack of invoice reflected the principals of the show, she had no response. I requested to speak to her manager and was told that I could only speak to her.

I would not have purchased this product for $200.69 as I am a 60 year old retiree on a fixed income. I also believed it to be affiliated with Shark Tank which would give it some credibility, however, that appears to not be so and therefore, I also would not have bought it had I known that. I don't believe that there was not a way to cancel this order and that there was no one higher in the company than Petra I could have spoken to. I am requesting a full refund in addition to any additional costs incurred to return this product including all costs associated with return shipping and waiver of restocking fee. I also request that the Revdex.com take any measure possible to prohibit this company from further mis-advertising and failure to provide full financial disclosure prior to payment.

Drove to the location and informed the receptionist I wanted to return the product, she gave me a large white envelope which I put the 3 sealed containers in, wrote the RMA# and my name as instructed by the receptionist. She advised me that they usually pick up the product daily. I did not see a refund to my credit card so I called (888-970-0686)on 10/18/19 and spoke with Divina *** She informed me they did not receive the product. I informed her that I physically drove to the location given to me and returned the products. I requested to speak to a supervisor any was told no one was available. She informed me that she will send my refund request to upper management and they will contact me within 24-48 hours. I asked her to confirm my phone number which she did and I hung up. Called on the evening of 10/22/19 and spoke with Craig requesting a supervisor and was told they were only available 8-5 est. I asked if the call center was on *** Rd. in Las Vegas and he said yes. I called the next day, 10/23/19 and spoke with Molina *** I again requested a supervisor and was told there was not one on the floor. I gave her my information and informed her I just wanted my refund. She tried to tell me that I did not return the product within 30 days. I told her I purchased the product on 9/11/19 and physically returned it to the location given to me on 10/11/19. I did everything they requested and I just want my $104.22 refund. She informed me that she would give my information to upper management. I informed her that Divina had done that on 10/18/19 and I still have not heard from anyone. The call was then ended.

I have argued with them over the phone and they stated they are giving me a refund and they kept the products which I returned.They owe me a refund of $79.48 and they said I would not get it. I purchased from the internet a product endorsed by Shark Tank as a drink taken once a day before bed to lose weight. I was sent capsules labeled as take 6 a day. when I received the product I email the company that this is not what I ordered. I was told I can not return them as it was a "special" deal. I understand the company reformulated the product after the Shark Tank jumped on board so I am assuming this is the original product that they are trying to get rid of, or someone is. It's the old bait and switch and I don't like it. They have used the good name of the Shark Tank to pedal their product. As a senior citizen I know I can be gullible but when I saw who was endorsing the product I jumped right in, which I am sure is the whole idea. I think I should have been allowed to return the product. Now I am stuck with 5 bottles that I spent $198.78. It was buy 3 get 2 free and was advertised as $39. Again, it appeared as buy 3 @ $39 but no, it was priced each of 5. They told me to take 1 capsule in the AM and one PM. Then why was it labeled as 6 per day?

Overcharged me and customer service will not help me
On 10/22/2019 I ordered on ultrafastketoboost.com a promo buy 3 at 39.74 a bottle and receive 2 free. Once I ordered I received a email receipt and it had no total just a order Id of XXXXXX. I checked my credit card phone app and noticed they charged me $198.70 when it should have been around $119. I called immediately about 5minutes after placing order I asked to be charged the correct amount and they refused to do that instead wanted to send more free bottles and I refused that offer and said I wanted my full amount back and to cancel my order and they refused to refund my money. She lied to me saying my order already shipped out with me calling 5 minutes after placing order and my card still pending. I asked serval times to speak to a manager they refused telling me there was no manager available and when asked for corporate office number they refused to give it to me and I was hung up on by a couple people the last person I talked to was a Tina employee

I have a complain against these companies who tricking consumers with a false advertising and sales representation and charging me more than what I was told.
I was returning the whole package but I was advise that they will only accept unopen bottles. how will I know if that is the right product if I will not open the bottle?
and when I return they will charge me $5.00@ for the return bottle.
I will also contact FDA because of their misrepresentation.
