My mother (86) ordered the advertised buy 3, get 2 free Ultra Fast Keto Boost for $ 39.99. When checking her bank statement, she was charged $ 198.70. She immediately called them to cancel order, but was told they could not. Also, if she returns, they would charge her various fees and would take several weeks to refund money. I also called with same results. No place in ad or in order confirmation does it say there is a one time fee. This is false advertising. I am requesting that we return the product immediately when received and receive a full refund of what was removed from her account. And that it happens the day products are returned. She cannot afford this type of costs.

Misleading advertising. Order 3 bottles and get 2 free. Actually they charge for all 5 bottles, giving a discount for all 5 bottles.
Order product thinking it was going to be around $120.00, instead it came to $198.70. Received an email confirmation the order was placed and surprise no amount on it. Checking my bank account I found surprise $198.70. The way the advertising reads is misleading buy 3 and get 2 free. that would be $119.22 for 3 bottles not $198.70.

company uses dishonest tactics and advertising that misrepresent "celebrity" names. They do not honor money back guarantee. Won't reveal Ingredients.

I was lead to believe that the product was used and supported by various celebrities. I was lead to believe I was being granted a free bottle to sample. My credit card was charged 198.00 and packaged shipped. I noticed charge and tried to stop order saying I didn't want anything but sample. Company told me it was too late to stop and offered no suggestion. I tried to return the package but was given runaround in obtaining the required RMA. The customer service wait time is well over an hour. They will not give information via email and force you to call company . The first attempt they refuse any refund. When I pushed 30 day money back language from website...they try to send me 2 free bottles to keep the 5 they sent me. When I say I have 5 that I didn't order but only wanted the free sample to try product. They say they can give me a 10% refund to keep product. I request full refund and explain there is no ingredients listed on bottle...they do not want to tell me ingredients because it is proprietary. I still push and they give me RMA number and refuse to give refund if product is opened....they say I owe a restock fee of $5 per bottle. I have yet to get any refund. I returned package via UPS and have proof of delivery. The product is Ultra Fast Keto Boost. Al Roker does not endorse. There is no fine print about on 30 day money back guarantee. Ordered Shipped Oct. 1..sls#XXXXXX...order XXXXX. RMA return # XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Thousands of Facebook postings supporting the same shortcomings. This company is practicing very unfair consumer practices. This company needs to be inspected, held accountable, and maybe even shut down.

I want my 30 day money back guarantee honored and I want the full refund. I want someone from a consumer watchdog perspective to investigate this company. They are cheating consumers and they are using less than reputable business tactics.

On 10/22/19 at approx. 0845 hours I ordered the Keto Boost Order ID XXXXXX . In trying to order 2 and get 1 free, it continued to ask for personal info and credit card number. Once you enter all of this it sent an email that I had purchased 3 and got 2 free. The sight doesn't give you the option to pick the item and just charges the biggest most expensive item. I called the customer service and they stated I could not cancel or they could not fix the issue, due to it already had been shipped. I had called within less than 10 minutes of the order and receiving the email and it miraculously was already shipped although it stated in the email that it would be shipped within 24-48 hours. They had no supervisors available and instead of a 100 bill I was charged 200 dollars. The customer service rep stated they would refund me 45% and it would be credited to my account and I would receive an email. I have yet to receive the email. I asked how long it would take for the refund to come back and of course it would take 5 to 7 business days. It appears that they charge customers more than what they are wanting.

I called the office not 7 minutes after the purchase at 1-888-970-0686 Samir ID (***) stated it had already been processed and they can not stop it. I have to wait to receive the product then return it with an RMA Number and have a restocking fee of 5.00 per bottle. also I have to pay for return shipping.
these people are a nightmare and the product came from address 3201 Hillsborough Ave Tampa FL 33684 and the to return it goes to 9205 W Russell Rd Suite 240 Las Vegas NV 89148. This is a complete rip off and should be filed as a criminal act.

No more false advertisement and a complete refund with no restocking fee and an address that responsible to return the product because I do not trust them anymore

I recently saw an advert for a free 30 day trial of Keto Boost diet pills and all you had to pay was for the shipping $4.99, So thought ok let's try it so I went to the site and started to order the trial and got taken to a site and entered all the details for paying the shipping once this was completed I closed the site and then received an email saying that I had ordered a Buy 3 Get 2 free of Ultrafast Keto Boost I immediately called and tried to cancel the order but was informed I could not do this, I informed my bank of the situation and they credited most of the $198.70 that I was charged, I also sent an email to the company concerning this "Scam" during the weekend and so far have received no reply from them concerning this. Tonight the package arrived and I call the Ultra-Fast Keto Boost supplier and was informed that there would be a $25.00 restocking fee.
So I want to let everyone know about this rip off Scam $25.00 for someone to open a package and place 5 bottles of pills back on a shelf is pure extortion.

I responded to ad for Free Trial bottles. Following screens did not allow that as choice

On October 16, 2019, I saw an ad, I believe it was on FaceBook where Keto Boost advertised, directing me to a link. Under the WHERE to BUY? heading, it said "To receive the free trial bottles of the supplement, go on the images provided below. It takes you to official website where you need to fill the form and confirm it to book the bottle" I did this, filled in my information and was sent to a page with the prices for 1 bottle, 3 bottles (one of them would be free), or 5 bottles (this time 2 of them would be free). The prices were much higher than I was willing to pay for my "free trial bottle" but in trying to leave the site, I apparently hit something to be ordering 5 bottles to the tune of almost $200.00!!! Minutes later I received the following email:

I called the number immediately to cancel my accidental order and was informed the order was already in process, I could not cancel the order. I would have to wait until the product arrived and then could call to get return info and send the product back. I would need to pay return postage and a $20-25 restocking fee. I spent some time with rep, at one time asking to talk to supervisor. She informed me she WAS the supervisor and nothing could be done to stop the order.
I am very frustrated that the misleading ad, the difficulty it leaving the site without all of a sudden buying a product I did not want, AND the follow-up phone call, leading to no satisfaction. The product is on the way, probably will be arriving today???? I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT nor do I want to be paying more money to get it returned!!! My Discover card statement shows a payment to Keto Boost of$198.70 I do not want the shipment, I do not want to pay for it, return postage, or restocking fee!!!

I ordered one bottle of the Keto Boost product, but was sent 5 bottles at a much higher price.

I ordered 1 bottle of the Keto Boost product at a cost of about $70, which is clearly an option on the website. I received 5 bottles, for which they charged me almost $200. When I called to ask for a refund, I was first told that they don't do refunds, but they could give me a 25% discount. I refused the discount and pushed for a refund. After waiting on hold several times, I was asked where I saw this information about a refund, which was easily found on their website. Then I was told there would be a restocking fee of $5 per bottle, which is completely unfair since I didn't order the 5 bottles in the first place!! I said I would pay for the return shipping, but she refused to allow me to not pay the restocking fee.

I want the entire $198.70 back from this company, because I do not agree to pay the $25 restocking charge for a product that I didn't order.

Ultra Fast Keto Boost of Tampa FL fraudulently debited 201.68 from my bank account and refuses to refund my money!
In the early hours of October 16th, I was looking on the internet and saw this ad where it said order 2 bottles and get 3 free ($29.99 plus tax). It wouldn't let me use my PayPal, bad mistake, I used my debit card. Later around noon I looked at my bank account and saw it had been debited my this same company for $201.68 ! Of course, I immediately called this company to inform them of their mistake. However, they told me that I had agreed to this outrageous price! I told the lady I could never have ordered such a product because I am a retired senior citizen, I have a lot of medical bills and besides this product is advertised all over Facebook at the price I said it was. She said no it's not and that I would just have to pay $201.68 because the product has already been shipped. I said WHAT? It has only been since early this morning when you got the order, and you are telling me that your warehouse has already got the order and shipped it out? I don't believe you. She said when it gets to my house I could send it back, and it has to be Fed Ex at my expense, then "if" they received it back, they would then issue a refund of my purchase money. I said oh yeah, and I know you would say the product never got there. So I called my bank and tried to put a stop payment on the check. But they said because the company took this money straight from my debit card I couldn't put a stop payment on it. I could only do that if I had written a check or used a regular credit card. They told me I would need to file a dispute claim against the company. And then give the company a chance to respond. I am just disgusted. I told the bank I had already called them and what they had said and how they had tricked me and claimed I ordered a product at a ridiculous price that I didn't and all the nonsense they offered. I just feel like no one is listening. I am getting no where and being ripped off. Then I am hearing how they are going to keep charging my account over and over every month !!! I need help please. Please help me get my money back for this product I did not order! And please help me stop this fraudulent monthly charging of my account.

I have to say NO, because once again this company knows they are making fraudulent transactions. They say they will return the funds using my card yet that card no longer exist because of their actions. When I first used my card to purchase their product at $29.99, buy 2 and get 3 free, they immediately debited $201.68 without my permission. I called right away and tried to explain to the lady that I purchased the sale item on facebook. She said she didn't know anything about a sale advertised on facebook about their product and I was "CONFUSED". Then they put me on a monthly purchase order without my permission and at the $201.68 all to be debited from my account. I couldn't get it stopped because I used my bank debit card and they refused to help so I had to just cancel my card. I pleaded with them, and I argued with them so they are fully aware that card no longer exist. I believe they have no intention of giving me an actual return. The only true way to remedy this would be a check mailed to me because I will not give any bank information or any other credit or debit card information to these people.

Advertising of this product vastly differs from instructions on bottle.
I purchased product on 9/17/19. Ad said take 1 tablet before bed. I received the product and bottle instructions say take 2 capsules 3x/day 20-30 mins prior to meals. I called the vendor on 10/10/19 to ask why the difference in instructions. The two instructions are VERY different. The vendor said that for best results you should take one capsule in the morning before breakfast and one in the evening before dinner. Again, a 3rd instruction that is different. I advised the vendor that this was false advertising and I wanted to return the product. The vendor advised me that there is a $5 per bottle restocking fee. I declined and reminded her that this was false advertising and not what I purchased. She said the most she could do was give me a 45% refund. I again said that was not palatable. Other issue: Right after I purchased the product, I received a potential fraud notice from my credit card. While I made the purchase, the charge was incorrect. They charged me $198.44 when the charge should have been $119.22. They never sent me a receipt for the product, even after asked to do so. I called them on 9/17 to let them know of the overcharge. After awhile, he agreed to refund $79.48. This was fine but again, no receipt, email or confirmation. I have called 3 times for the refund and still have not received one. the last call on 10/10, the attendant told me that there is nothing to refund as my account shows that $119.22 was paid. I have since put a stop on the whole charge on my credit card. I can't get any satisfaction from the vendor for either false advertising or overcharging. I don't have any documents to attach as I have not received anything other than a notice that my product was being shipped. The order # is XXXXXX. The reference # is XXXXXXXX-XXXXX.

I appreciate the partial refund. However, their response does not address the difference between what the product was advertised as, the product that arrived and yet the 3rd different instructions given by the call center. I received a different product than advertised.

Refusal to cancel order less than 24 hours of ordering. Stated reason not good enough.
October 20, 2019, I ordered the Ultra Fast Keto Boost at 5:45 am and attempted to cancel the order at approximately 12:15 pm. They refused to cancel and hung up on me. I attempted to continue to contact them and they (Agent ***) continued to hang up on me. I was on endless hold as well.

The credit card I used for the order is on my mother's account and I am an authorized user.

I called back and spoke to Agent *** who stated that the product went to the product fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. They said it would have to be sent to me and when I receive the item I can contact them for a refund. They are only willing to give me 45% of the refund. This is not acceptable since the product was not even sent out. It hasn't even been 24 hours since the order was placed. They are trying to say that their system will not cancel an order once payment has been accepted.

This has been reported to the credit card company as fraud.

Desired Outcome

100% refund for order. This is a scam and not allowing me to cancel the order BEFORE it is even processed or mailed is ridiculous.

There was no confusion. The offer they were supposedly giving me was a ONE TIME offer. No where was it a trial period. This response has nothing to do with the fact that they refused to cancel the order less than 24 hours after it was placed. So it was cancelled prior to the "trial period" ending. The business has their product back because it was refused as I told them it would be. They cannot place ANY charges on the credit card because that account was closed. They need to make sure this does not affect my credit or keep coming back to haunt me. I want them to leave me alone. DO NOT try to enroll me in any memberships or make ANY charges.

Company advertised Keto pill that was on Shark Tank when it was not. After entering information to find out the price, I did not purchase it as it was too expensive. Received a text stating, "Hi! Thanks for looking at Ultra Fast Keto, we came across a few specially priced bottles in our office earlier, I reserved a free one for you here: link to the site. " Once I clicked on the link it took me to the website again with a different price (half of the original and also buy one get one free). Decided to purchase and received order : XXXXXX. Checked my credit card purchase and they charged the full price and was only going to ship 1 bottle. Order placed on 10/20/2019 at 6:34 pm. I sent email to cancel on 10/20/2019 at 7:10 pm and another at 7:17pm indicating they charged the incorrect amount and they are scamming me. On 10/21/2019 I called the number on the email: 888-970-0686 and asked for the order to be canceled. They refused to cancel and offered different ways to keep the order open. I declined and they once again wanted me to keep the order open. Told them to cancel and finally they said they cannot and I will have to pay for return shipping. Such a dishonest company.

I did cancel the order and they sent me a cancel reply . I did not sign up for a trial and it concerns me that they somehow acquired my account information. In my opinion they should be investigated on how they are getting account information and falsely saying people are signing up for this. I had never heard of this company until I saw a deduction for $149.00 on my bank statement and received pills in the mail I knew nothing about. I did receive a refund for the full amount after putting in a dispute with my bank and notifying the Revdex.com. Shut them down.

This has not helped me with weight management at all! I have been taking this 3x's a day for 2 weeks now. I called to request a refund and after 2 calls, a disconnect and a agent arguing with me regarding my experience with this supplement, I was finally given an RMA #. I was shocked to see the $198.70 charge to my card, when I thought I would be charged $39.70 for buy 3 get 2 free. I think this is a SCAM. I gave it 1 star, because I had to.

I 'placed an online order' on Sat. 10/12/19 for Ultra Fast Keto Boost as advertised on Facebook. I quickly changed my mine after some online research and called to have my order cancelled only to be told that it had already shipped although the alleged company by its own advertising DOES NOT SHIP on Sat, Sun, or major holidays. I was offered a 40% refund of $198.70 that had ALREADY BEEN CHARGED AGAINST MY BANK ACCOUNT-on a Sat. or I could wait to receive the product for a full refund. The product arrived on Friday Oct. 18, 2019. I called immediately to transact a full refund. The operator told me the steps to take and that I would receive a refund for $173.70. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was THEN told there was a $5 restock fee per bottle(there were 5). After 25 min of trying to get some resolution, I demanded to speak with a supervisor. The alleged supervisory claimed that she would not waive the restocking fee and she "was sorry if the other operator misinformed me." Having been in retail banking for 10 yrs., middle management, I KNEW that a supervisor did have the authority to make those exceptions to resolve a customer complaint. The "supervisor" for UFKB kept saying she 'was unable to do that.' When I asked for the name of the company's president and the corporate address, this same 'supervisor' stated that she was not able to give me that information-it 'is against company policy.' When I asked for the address repeatedly, she finally gave me the very same address she had given to me for RETURNS. I asked about the address from which the product was allegedly mailed(3201 Hillsborough Ave 153201-1378, Tampa FL 33684)this supervisor said she had no knowledge of that address. Further researched the Tampa address to find that it also had an 'F' grade from the Revdex.com.
This alleged company is nothing but fraudulent and a scam.
Additionally, I sent an email to the address on the website and have yet to hear from the Customer Service dept.
I record my phone conversation of 10/18/19 with UFKB and their representatives.

Desired Outcome

I would be satisfied with a refund o $193.70 which would be purchase price less $5/restocking fee as stated by Ricarla, Operator #*** at UFKB

I DO NOT want this product. I do not believe this is a legitimate business--after over 45 min. on the telephone to mobile phone #888-970-0686.
I spoke with an Operator # 143 who stated that I called #844-704-1211. The call began at 9:37 pm and was NOT RESOLVED by 10:10:25 pm EDT. The operator refused to give my call to a supervisor. All that was offered was a 40% refund of the original purchase price of $198.70.

The company never resolved BUT a charge back I'd filed worth my bank finally was approved. In full.

I also have the same issue. I did not have the chance to review or confirm the order. As soon as I put in my card number it processed the order. no review of the amount was displayed. nothing free. After 2 day I got someone on the phone and I told her I was refusing this ordering and wanted my refund due to this false advertising. I am hoping my bank stops the payment. JK then she tried to offer me two free bottles.
