I placed an order on 10/26 for the keto boost and never received tracking information or the product, CS could not provide info about my product.
I placed an order on 10/26 for the Ultra Fast Keto Boost and received a email receipt, with no amounts paid just indicating that my product would ship within 24 to 48 hours. After about 3 business days I called customer service to ask for a tracking number to track my package. Customer service inform me that they could not provide that information USPS would via email but I should receive the tracking number and package in the next few days and give them an call back if I haven't received by 11/5. I waited additional 3 days and still did not receive my tracking information via email from USPS or my product from the company. I called on 11/5 exactly 7 business days from the time I placed the order, and again they could not provide a tracking number and was told to call back in 2 days because my product should make it to me by then. I waited an additional 2 days and still did not receive the product or tracking number from USPS so I called customer service with my concerns and asked for a full refund since they had NO information of where my product could be and no tracking number after 9 business days. They offered me 25% of my monies and 45% of my monies but NO product. I refused the offer, explaining that I should receive a full refund since I haven't received a product. They asked me to call back to await of the product but still could not provide a tracking number. I paid about $200 for a product that I have yet to receive.

On the internet the company offered a free bottle to try there was no mention of monies. On September 24, 2019, my credit card was charged $198.70 for a product called "Ultra Fast Keto Boost. I responded to a Facebook advertisement, but at no time did I authorize this company to charge my card for this amount. This is blatant theft. When I became aware of this charge against my credit card, October 4 2019, I contacted the company by phone. The first person I talked to finally told me I could return the merchandise, but I would have to pay a restocking fee. This fee would be in the amount of $5.00 per bottle. He gave me a fictitious mailing address in which to return the merchandise. He also provided me with a RMA #. When I again called the company to get the correct address, the customer service representative ended up screaming at me on the phone. I am hesitant to return the product, as I feel like I will never receive a refund, and I will have to pay to return this product.I want my money refunded and this company ordered to stop their fraudulent practices. This company is a scam and they are criminals. None of these numbers is my Social Security Number.

I ordered this product on Monday, October 21, 2019 and have yet to receive it. I want my money back and was told I could not receive a refund.
This order was placed on Monday, October 21, 2019. After my order was placed I was advised that it would arrive shortly after 24 -48 hrs of processing. I am no longer interested in the product because I have been doing well without it so I don't need it. I was told by Coby, agent #*** that it was with shipping but had not shipped yet but they couldn't cancel the order. I escalated to a supervisor, Kenrnisha, agent # *** who kept talking in circles who said that it was shipped yet, I had not received a confirmation with a tracking number. I no longer want the product and want my money back but kept offering 2 free bottles and a 25% refund. NO, I want my money. She refused to escalate higher than her and stated that that was last point of the call. I feel taken advantage of. What a scam!!! I want my money back!!!

On 9-15-19 I ordered what I believed to me a free bottle of their product Keto Boost order #XXXXXX. My account was debited for $198.70 immediately. I contacted them by phone and spoke with an agent with high pressure sale strategies. I asked for a full refund but eventually agreed to buy one get one free. I was told I would receive a refund of $128.71 in 7 to 10 business days. I did not receive the refund and have called back at least five more times and emailed them twice. I have been told by each agent I spoke with that they had sent a request to upper management and that I would be contacted by upper management in 24-48 hours. That has yet to happen and no one responded to my emails either. All the agents will do is apologize and say they have forwarded request to upper managements. I have spoken to two shift supervisors. I have also requested each time to speak with someone in upper management and have been told that is not possible. Each agent I have spoken with upon looking at my account agree that I have been promised a refund but can't forward my call to anyone with actual authority to tell me why I haven't gotten the refund. I have spoken with their agents *** and *** I spoke with one shift supervisor named Ricotta and one other that I failed to write down their name. I feel I have given them ample opportunity to submit my refund and to contact me. I actually feel foolish and believe I have been scammed. I don't think an ethical company would not allow me to speak with someone in upper management. I also am not sure if the address I have supplied is correct. The agents are not very forthcoming with this information. I have told the agents I feel like I am going to have to chalk this up to a VERY EXPENSIVE FOOLISH MISTAKE. I saw this product advertised and wanted to give it a try and with the money back guarantee I figured all I had to lose was weight so I ordered the product and received it 9 days after the order was placed. The following day I started the product and after 3 weeks all I have lost is my money and the company. I have put on 12 pounds no loss at all. I ordered on line, Oct 31, 2019, a special promotion that was buy 2 get 1 free. I was charged 149.00. I called the support line the person said I paid for 3 at a discounted price. I told the support person this was very misleading and would not offer to cancel my order, the support person offered me 2 free bottles of Ultra Fast Keto Boost Pills. I did not want them but that was my only choice.

After two weeks of trying the Ultra Fast Keto Boost pills, I actually gained weight.

I called Nov 14, 2019 to get refund and send the unused product pack, this customer service person told me in no uncertain terms that since I received the free product as per above that I was not eligible for a refund. Now I am out 149.00 and I am not in the habit of learning lessons this way.

I placed my order for buy 3 get 2 free on Oct 9, 2019 paying $198.70. I called Monday, Nov 11, 2019 for my 30 day money back guarantee (30th day was a Saturday so called next business day). Was told my 30 days had passed and they would not refund my money. When I inquired as to why they didn't give a consumer the full 30 days to see if it worked her response was that you have to call in within the 30 days to get your money back. I told her I was returning the 4 unopened bottles and expected a refund and she stated that I could return the unopened bottles but a refund will not be issued. I have 4 unopened bottles that did absolutely nothing. This was a scam!

When I ordered the product the site switched my order to 5 bottles instead of 1. I immediately called to fix the problem but was told that all they could do was have me return the bottles for a refund after I received them (even though I called within 10 minutes). After receiving them I tried them for a week, but did not see any results. When I called to get the information for returning the product I was hung up on twice and when I finally did get a return code, I sent it back only to be told it arrived 1 day too late for a refund. The website is very misleading and I was never told by the employee that if the package was not back before a certain date I would not receive a refund. All of this took place in 31 days... we're not talking months. I was charged $200 and now have no product and no money.

They said free trial ordered this product on the 27th of October 2019 nothing was sent to me and it is November 13th 2019 they charged my credit card 200.00 when I checked on the address for this company it show vacant land and the phone number just picks up and no one talks, it sounds like someone has a TV on loud and no one talk to you.
