I ordered thru an ad showing $4.50 per bottle with free shipping. Gave my CC info and later the same day rec'd an invoice via email showing quantity (1) Buy 3 get 2 free with no amount. I checked my bank info and found a charge of $202.67 from Keto. I immediately got on the phone and tried for 3 days to reach a rep, never spoke to anyone, only rec'd recordings "all reps are busy assisting other customers", "your call is important to us, please continue to hold", "your call will be answered in the order it was received", etc. I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR 5 BOTTLES OF A PRODUCT I HAVE NO IDEA WOULD WORK OR NOT, THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING A SCAM!!!!

I tried to return the productbut was told that it would not arrive in time for the 30 days return policy. I recieve the product 20 days ago.
I purchased the product 9/20 received it 10 days later in the mail. tried it not satisfied with the results and tried to return it. turns out you have to return it 30 days from purchase, and have no time to let it work. I payed by credit rd which they charged me a discounted price for 5 bottles which the ad said buiy 3 get to free

Received package on October 9, 2019. Enclosed were 5 bottles of the product. Internet ad said (and continues to say) consumer can try a sample bottle for free and pay only the shipping. I called 888-970-0686. A female staff person that answered the phone would not address my request for the original offer. Instead, she made several alternative suggestions that would reduce the bill. The final suggestion was that I could return the 5 bottles but I would have to pay $5 apiece ($25) for them to be restocked. I declined to pay for a decision they made to overship an amount of product that I did not request. When I asked for someone in the company that could handle legal discussions, she hung up on me. I checked my account with *** My credit card had been charged $201.68. I called *** Bank at XXX-XXX-XXXX and reported what I considered fraud. *** took the complaint. On October 21, 2019, Ms. called to say that the Bank Card Division spoke to a staff person who answered on 888-970-0686. The bank could not help because a product was involved / received. I do not have a paper trail of what I did on that day because the Company did not send an email from the website detailing the results of the order. I do, however have a document showing the link to their website and the claims made on both the link and their website.

on line ad shows Shark Tank TV Show folks all making offers for Ultra Fast Keto Boost pills. By 3 bottles ($39/each) get two free with free shipping. I expected to be charged approx $120.00. Total price was not listed on the emailed order receipt. check of my debit card showed $198.70 was charged. request to cancel order was denied. Company needs to be taken down from internet.

Purchased these pills for what I thought was a reasonable price to find out this company charged almost $200.00 for these pills. 30 seconds after placing the order, customer service refused to cancel my order. Informed me I had to wait for the product to arrive before return. Received product, called customer service. Not only do I have to pay return shipping they charge me $5.00 per bottle to return and unopened pkg. I very upset and felt that it was all a scam. Not worth the price.

the lady on phone talked me into getting 1 bottle for 32$ with refund of 163.$ I was to receive my refund in 3-5 days. started calling them later that week and they told me the lady was out that does the refunds and that it would be 5-10 days. still no refund and kept calling multiple times(every day) with no one to assist with my issue but they would escalate mu issue to upper management and they would be in contact with me with 24-48 hrs via phone or email. to this day no one has contacted me. I received the 1 bottle also. I called them today October 18th, and they are telling me the same thing, No one to talk to in upper management or contact or anything in that area( I tried everything) My order #XXXXXX. I would prefer a paper check for I dont wish to include my banking info.

I requested a refund and have mailed back the product at my cost and I have not received my refund. I was sent more product and did not reorder.
I have requested a refund of the product and was instructed to mail it back at my cost plus it was stated a stocking fee in the amount of $5. I then received in the mail more product. After I cancelled my order I received several emails saying they couldn't cancel the order and they sent it anyway. after several calls they said I could call for an RMA #. Then I called in for the number they said I could not return the product and they would send me two more free bottles. I had to contact a supervisor to get the RMA number, then I get a not saying I have to pay a restocking fee. this all started on 10-9-19 and has been a constant battle to get resolution

UFKB have been promising me a refund since August 26, 2019. I purchased 1 bottle, but they charged me for 3 bottles. Only received 1 bottle.
August 26, 2019 - I ordered 1 bottle of Ultra Fast Keto Boost but they sent a confirmation email for 3 bottles. I contacted UFKB on the provided support phone line and had the order changed to 1 bottle. The UFKB representative confirmed the change and said my credit card would not be charged for the 3 bottles.

August 30, 2019 - My credit card was charged for the 3 bottles for a cost of $198.70.

September 3, 2019 - I contacted UFKB again and reported the issue. I was told by a representative that the credit card would be credited with 3 to 10 business days.

September 11, 2019 - I contacted UFKB again. I was told by a representative that the credit card would be credited with 3 to 10 business days. The refund office was working to correct the issue.

September 25, 2019 - I contacted UFKB again. I was told by a representative that the credit card would be credited with 3 to 10 business days again and that they were working on it.

October 7, 2019 - I contacted UFKB again. I was told by a representative that the credit card would be credited with 3 to 10 business days again and that they were working on it.

October 11, 2019 - I contacted UFKB again. I was told by a representative that the credit card would be credited with 3 to 10 business days again and that they were working on it.

I did find out they charged my Credit Card $198.70 which I did not authorized.
I called them and protested, talked to Agent *** Danna she said there was a mistake with the charge she will take care of it with the Management and she said she will add also 2 additional Bottles to my order without charge for my patients (7xBottles).
On 10/03/2019 I received a refund of $49.68 from the $198.70 they charged. I tried many times to contact them talked to different Agents to protest, they just played around and said they already refunded me their case is closed. Agents I contacted: Danna Agent *** Alexia Agent *** and Kasxermia? Agent ***.I checked this product on Google and found the ketoreport.org "Don't Fall For Scams". I did not receive any receipt for the amount they charged.

On 10/8/19 I placed an order for Ultra Fast Keto Boost on line for a buy one get two free offer with $39.99 in large letters in front of three bottles of product. My understanding was a total payment of $39.99 for three bottles. An email acknowlegement of the purchase was received without the price listed. This email stated buy 3 get 2 free which was a surprise since my purchase was buy one get 2 free for $39.99. On 10/09 $198.70 was deducted from my checking account. This amount was taken without my knowledge and authorization. The website clearly pictured $39.99 in front of three botttles. A price of $198.70 was never listed any where on the website or receipt. A call was made to customer support on 10/13 when I noticed the fraudulent deduction from my account. Agent 077 looked up my order, listened to my complaint and my request for a full refund and said the order was for 5 bottles @ over $56 each. A refund of 25% was offered then a refund of 45% was offered with free bottles and then I was told a restocking fee of $5 per bottle was required if the product was returned. Repeated requests to talk to someone who could resolve this issue was ignored and never acknowledged. The role script was repeated. The website info was deceptive and misleading, deductions of $198.70 from my account was not authorized, a link on the receipt stated a full money back quarantee within 30 days. My request is for a full refund of $198.70 due to the deceptive hidden pricing, deceptive advertising,lack of clarity on pricing and outrageous customer support reading a repeated by rote script. I made an order through an ad that was promoting a FREE TRIAL Bottle with simply paying just the cost of shipping. I clicked through, gave my CC info and went about my business. I thought that it was weird that there was no confirmation of the amount for the shipping.

Within the hour, I received an email from Ultra Fast Keto Boost that I had ordered Three (3) Bottles with receiving Two (2) Free. I was immediately enraged. I would never make such an order on a product I have never tried. The first red flag was the confirmation email I received showed no dollar amount. Who sends a receipt of order without showing the amount paid & received? SCAMMERS, THAT'S WHO!

I immediately contacted their Customer Service where I was met with unruly, unprofessional agent that basically argued with me as I tried to cancel the order that had been made in less than an hour. I was told that I cannot cancel, and that I would have to call back once the order was received and an agent would assist me in a refund.

Today, I called the Customer Service again to find out what I need to do to return the package, completely unopened, in order to get my refund. It was at this time where I first notified that there is a $5.00 per bottle, restocking fee, that is NOT printed ANYWHERE.

I will be sharing, posting, filing complaints anywhere and everywhere I can to get my $25 worth of satisfaction against these sm.

On August 15,2019 I placed an order for (1) bottle of UltraFast Keto Boost @ $69.99. I received my order, but my checking account was debited for (2) bottles. My bank disputed the second charge and was refunded the money back into my account. Today October 11, the company charged my account again. I ordered ultra fast keto boost. It said $39.95 for 3 bottles and get 2 free. The company has taken out $200 out of my bank account to begin with on October 7th. I received the package on October 12. I have not even opened the package because I knew I was returning because of the cost. Company sent e-mail with ID# XXXXXX. I called to get a RMA# to send on return label and told representative I wanted a refund. The representative said that they charge a $5 restocking fee per bottle, which I have 5 bottles, so they are charging me $25 to put the product back on the shelf? Very inconvenient
because of the original price to begin with.

Also the promotion was to buy 3 bottles for $39.74 each & get 2 bottles free or total of 5 bottles w/free shipping. I received an email that confirmed they received my order w/no other details. Called 888-970-0686 spoke to Rep#H302, who tried to tell me I was only charged for the 3 bottles at $39.74. So I advised that total would be $119.22 so where are the other charges from. He couldn't tell me. I asked for a refund which they refuse to do and advised me to send the product back. When they receive the product back they will charge me a $5 restocking fee per bottle. I advised again that this was a 100% guaranteed item return for full refund. Therefore, they best not charge me the restocking fee! They also advised me I have 30 days from when I placed the order to return the order and gave me a return or RNA#XXXXXXXXXXXXXX return to Ultra Fast Keto Boost Returns then put the RNA# then the street address 9205 West Russell Rd Ste 240 Las Vegas, NV 89148. I am sending this via certified mail.
