I ordered a bottle of keto boost and was to receive $128.71 refund I placed the order on September 22, 2019 order number XXXXXX. My credit card emailed me and said $198.70 Was taken from my account I called the company back immediately 9/22/19 and said I only wanted one bottle not three he said he would refund the $128.71 I called on October 17, 2019 No refund I called October 29, 2019 operator 98 still no refund I spoke with the supervisor on October 29, 2019 at 10:52 AM operator 241 Kim also spoke to supervisor Merlena operator *** she said I would have a response via email in 24 hours and have the refund from 3 to 5 business days it is November 5, 2019 and still no refund I have checked with my credit card company every day no refund has been processed back to my account

Fraudulent order with a fraudulent email and phone number on my credit card. This company will only reimburse me 45% of the $200 charged.
I received a package in the mail with $200 worth of their product. I never placed the order. I called to explain and they asked me about an email and phone number that were not mine - the only accurate information they had of mine was my home address. Then they asked me why I didn't want to keep them and why I didn't want to give it a try. Then they said they would only reimburse me 45% of the $200 since the pills were at my house.

The company has had the product I returned for 16 days and they still haven't refunded my money.
I purchased the product online on 10/10/19. I used my debit card to buy it. The ad was misleading because it showed a price of $39.74 a bottle buy 3 get 2 free. When I checked my account they had charged $198.70. When I called the company they told me the price was 66.24 a bottle. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and they told me they already shipped it out. I called my bank to stop the debit payment but it had already gone through. When the product came I didn't open it. I called the company and asked for instructions on sending it back. I sent it back and got a tracking number. The company was to receive the product on 10/21/19. I called on 10/28/19 asking where my refund was and they told me would get it in 3-5 days. I called again on 11/2/19 and again asked about my refund and the clerk this time told me it takes time to process a refund and they should have never told me 3-5 days. I told them I wanted the money deposited in my account by today 11/6/19 or I was contacting my lawyer, however I'm contacting you. Please help me get my refund from this company.

After I ordered the product, I checked my Paypal account, and $50.00 more had been charged than the advertised price.
As above, they overcharged me by $49.00, which I found out immediately by checking my Paypal account. I immediately emailed them saying to cancel my order, as I knew it was not sent yet. They did not respond. They sent the order, which took more than a month to get here. I could not get them by phone, they auto-answer and then you go into a toneless wait. I want to send the entire order back, three unopened bottles, and get my $149.91 credited back to me. I am very upset at their tactics. I do not even want to try the product as the website is probably full of lies. For example, it states that all ingredients are FDA approved. I doubt that. My Paypal account was charged the day I made the order, which was September 11.

Do not order!! I fell for this scam. Email add said price was $39.74 and they charged my account $198.70. When I called to get the refund they continued to try and negotiate a new price. Offered me $49 back and they would send two additional free bottles. After 20 minutes on the call and getting nowhere, I asked for them just to give me a RMA number to return everything for a full refund. They then said there would be a $5 restocking fee per bottle and I had to pay the return postage. I will be sending this product back! They are definitely a scam BEWARE!!!!

Product advertized 100% gurantee. Tried product for 14 days with no result and was told I would have to pay for what I had already taken plus restock.
Ordered intially thinking it was a free trial. Turned out it was a purchase of 3 bottles of Ultra Fast Keto Boost along with 2 free bottles of same but with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Took product for 14 days with no results. When I called to ask for return instructions I was told that I would have to pay for the two "free" bottles at $59 each plus $15 restock for the remaining bottles. I asked about the guarantee and was told she couldn't do anything about it. The order was placed 10-18-19 order#XXXXXX $198.70. The other deception is when I found out the order was placed I called within 15 minutes of when I ordered it and was told it had already shipped. My only charge should be the shipping for sending the package back but will not return until I'm assured they will honor their initial guarantee.

The company Refuses to refund and except returns.
I ordered one sample bottle of the product, they shipped me 5 bottles at a price of $188.70. When I called they said I ordered a Special NON Refundable order and no returns and/or refunds would be issued. The website is a scam. Customer Service is also a scam with many phone numbers that do not work.

I purchased this item over the phone on 10-2-19. I was told the cost was $109.00 for buy 2 get 3 free. No where on the sight in any advertising does it list the price. No where!!! Every advertising for this product says 100% Money back guarantee. I recieved the product and started taking it and was not satisfied. I've called 4 times trying to get a refund. I keep getting people who don't speak English and I'm told I cannot get a refund and they hang up on me. They have done this to me 4 times. Then I get my credit card statement and I was charged $198.70!! That is almost double what I was told over the phone. This is a total scam. When I google their website or try to get to a headquarters there is not a phone number listed anywhere that answers in the United States. And NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. I want my money back. False advertising that confuses the product viability. There claims in reference to the members of the Shark Tank TV show are false and misleading.
The purchase date was 10/24/2019. The webpage I ordered from was very confusing and misleading. I thought I was only ordering 1 bottle for around $39.00 They ended up charging me $198.70. The order number was XXXXXX. The amount was paid by credit card. I have since cancelled my card. I called 888-970-0686 on 11/4/2019 and was told by a person who identified herself as a floor manager that after she consulted with higher management that I was not allowed to return the product for a refund.

This supplement makes my heart race and I can't take it, I attempted to contact the phone number given in my email but was told I can't return.

Ultra Fast KETO Boost ordered 9-08-19, Rec'd 9-16-19, Company advertises that they had the full support of all Judges of Shark Tank. They DID NOT! Company advertises buy 3 get 2 free. I was charged for all 5 bottles. When I called the company at 888-970-0686 I was told that this is the discounted package price, when the printed advertisement offered the price of $39.78 per bottle, but I was charged for the full price of $198.70 (5 bottles). My Credit card company if fighting for at least $79.56 (the price of 2 free bottles).

I got the buy one, pay for two deal. The order came a week later. The instructions state to take two pills 3 times a day. I took the pills as the instructions stated. At the end of 30 days, I did NOT lose any weight. I called to get a refund. The "no service" representative stated their 30 day money back guarantee started when I placed the order, not when I got the order. It is another diet scam to get your money. Buyer beware.

I went online to purchase the product 10/19/19 with an offer to purchase 2 bottles get one free. The cost was supposed to be 49.71 for each bottle with one being free for a total of three. Immediately after the purchase was made I saw the charges were different. Shipping was supposed to be free. Order number XXXXXX. I contacted customer support 10/21/19 and was advised I was not overcharged. I advised I was charged 149.91 10/21/19 and that was not the quoted price. The rep went on to explain why the amount was charges but couldn't sufficiently explain the difference in the price. She apologized and offered to send more bottles. I advised that I didn't wish to do that because my original order was not in accordance with what I ordered. She then advised that once I received the product to return it and I would be refunded minus some stocking fees and that the refund would be around $79.00. I advised that wasn't acceptable and to cancel and refund my money. She advised the product was already shipped and that they couldn't without the product and that a RMA would be issued. I again said that was not acceptable and asked for a supervisor. The rep refused to get a supervisor repeatedly and stated there was not one at the location and that there was nothing anyone could do for me. I asked a few more times as I became very agitated for a supervisor and she continued to refuse. I have yet to receive the product or RMA, however on 10/30/19, I received an email indicating my order was on its way. I emailed them back the same day advising I haven't received the order or a response as well as a RMA label to return the product. I contacted my bank to stop the transaction but they indicated the purchase would need to be settled before a dispute could commence. In order to keep my account from being closed, I agreed to submit a dispute to them as well however it can take up to 90 days to resolve. Since then I have sent several emails, and called the company on different occasions to no avail. I didn't receive any confirmation or asked to confirm the purchase, it was deducted before the transaction was complete. I figured since the product was endorsed by the "Shark Tank" group, but I see it was fraud. After further review/investigation I see similar products also being endorsed by them as well. I don't appreciate the deception. If the product worked I would have ordered additional, however, they are trying to get your money the first time around because it probably doesn't work. I need a full refund, not a partial.

9/11/19 ordered some of the Keto Boost and was unsatisfied with the cost and was told on 9/18 my order was escalated to management for a refund of the difference of my original order and the "revised" order. I have called 5 other times since this date and have been given false information and still have yet to be refunded $128.75 that I was told on 9/12 would be received within 5-7 days. I have asked to speak to management or be given a phone call and no one will return my call or give me a number for anyone that I need to speak to concerning this false information. I am very dissatisfied and this is not good business and think that others should be made aware of the scam that this company is doing to people. I have employee numbers for the last 4 calls I have made in which I was told my refund was in processing or had been escalated when in fact it has not.

They had shipped 3 bottles + 2 free of the product. Cost was around $150.
She offer a 25% "discount" of $49.65 + 2 more free bottles. She told me I
could not mark package "Refused/Return to Sender" because they don't
do returns. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who, of course, was not
available. I immediately sent an email pleading my case for just a
SAMPLE, as advertised is the AARP Newsletter/Dr OZ article on reducing

As noted above, the order for one bottle of Keto Boost was increased to 5 bottles with increased price of $198.70. I called to cancel the order and was informed not possible but that I could return and would be charged a restocking fee of $5.00 per bottle x 5 which is $25.00. It is a scam when I only wanted to try one bottle, checked the box on website for one bottle and they charge me more for more bottles I did not request. Then to charge a restocking fee is unacceptable. I spoke to supervisor and got nowhere with this. So I am informing Revdex.com.
