Contact made with Customer Service on 11/11/2019, was told I would have to pay to return the product and that there was a $5 per Bottle restocking Fee. Not what I was told when I tried to cancel this order on November 4th, once I saw the charges made against my CC on Oct. 30th and called in to complain. The representative told me to wait for the product to arrive, then call back for return shipping label. No other details...

I reached out to my CC Company and they resolved my complaint, by refunding my money after a couple months.

This Company is a thief....
As perviously mention the same happen to me, one price online and was charge another. On top you have to pay restocking fee of 5 dollars per bottle and shipping. BE AWARE.

Ordered bottles of Keto Boost product and it did not work, trying to return & they are giving me problems, restocking fees, etc. not implied in onset.
Ordered bottles of Keto Boost product on 10/15/19, received product on 10/23/19. Tried product for almost a month and it did not work at all. Product advertised that without changing diet or excercise that it would work but not as well as following Keto diet. I called today, within my 30 trial and now trying to return & they are giving me problems, restocking fees, etc. not implied in onset. Spent at least 1.2 hour on the phone, waiting for answers. First they were only going to refund 25%, of cost which was $198.00. Said that they had to receive the unopened bottles before 11/15/19 or they would not be able to refund my money because product was received after the 30 days. This was not my understanding, I called within the 30 days as I figure my 30 days would be 11/23/19. Now they are trying to make me pay restocking fees of $5.00 per bottle of bottles that are unopened as that is all they will take back. This was not mentioned in any paperwork either. So now they are saying that if they do not received the returned bottles by 11/15/19 they will not refund my money. I have since then called back, had my call disconnected and then another representative told me another outcome. Give me more pills and refund only 45% of my money. I am also emailing them supposed to get to the top people but not sure where that will end up. I am very disappointed with this outcome.

I want to receive full refund of $198.70. I have tried the product, it didn't work for me and have replied within the 30 days. I have followed their requirements and now they are backpedaling. After 4 phone calls and talking with two representatives.

Ad promised free trial for ultra fast keto boost and then charged my debit card $198.98. They wouldn't let me cancel my order.
When I called to cancel I was told that the package had been shipped already. It was purchased on 10/13. I called to cancel the same day! Got an email it was shipped on the 18th. Probably got it a week later and sent it right back like I was told to do. Now it's 11/11/19 and still no refund! Called today and got the excuse that I was supposed to call them when the package arrived to get a return address and amr#. That's not true, I was never informed about it. Just kept getting *** excuses that they didn't know where the package was. I told them it was sent right back to where it was shipped from! Now waiting for management to contact me in the next 24-48 hrs. These people need to be shut down.

I am having the same problem as all the others - total scam and trying to get at least most of my money back and will try my credit card for the rest. This is what ruins all the good things about internet sales and credit cards - What a FN hassle! Wish there was a negative star here! LOL

Ordering was very confusing as name of product was different and couldn't get 1 bottle as advertised. Order all messed up but Rep wouldn't cancel it!

(I sent an email as soon as I could once I got nowhere with two Service Reps as they kept saying they were Supervisors and I couldn't talk to anyone else. Plus, the second Rep told me I couldn't return the order once received. Below is what I wrote.)

This order needs to be canceled. I called in and talked with Ricarde (?) concerning not getting a confirmation on what I was being charged and asked about the difference in the product name change from the advertisement and the actual order form. She told me the amount I owed was $149.91 which I told her was much too high for what I was ordering and the order needed to be canceled. She said she couldn't cancel the order. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she was the supervisor and that she could not cancel the order. This made no sense since it had been less than an hour since I had placed the order. She then said she would give me a credit of $37.48 and an additional 2 bottles of product bringing my total to 5 bottles. I told her I originally wanted the one free bottle that was advertised, but it was not shown on the order form. I thought I was ordering 3 bottles for the cost of $49. I don't understand all this confusion on pricing or what she was trying to do, but I did tell her I would cancel the transaction through my bank if she wouldn't do it. I also asked that she send me an email stating all she had just told me and she said she would do that right away. It's hours later and nothing has been received.
I do not like how any of this has been handled. I feel cheated and can not afford over $60 in charges for these pills let alone over $100.
I want my order canceled and an email showing proof this has been done as soon as possible.

I was given order #XXXXXX after she changed things around. Please make sure I am not charged for two separate orders and credited for what I was charged as I just don't have faith in what she was talking about.

*** I received the package on November 7, 2019. It is unopened. It came from Tampa, Florida even though I thought I was placing the order through Nevada. I looked through the tracking route and this package did not originate from Nevada or Florida so I am not sure where it would be returned. Hopefully you know those details. The Nevada information is a POBox at the bottom of one form, but I lose all this information if I try to get it.

A trial offer was misrepresented and I was charged more than advertised. Customer service has been less than helpful and non-responsive.
I purchased a buy 2 get 1 free promotion from Keto. The price on the promotion displayed 49.95. When I reviewed my bill, they charged me 149.95. I emailed 3 times and did not receive a response, so I finally called and was told I did not read the fine print and the promotion made the price equal 49.95, this was not actually the price. They would not reproduce the promotion to show me and stated I would not receive a refund. After several weeks, my wife said she was not going to use the product, I so began calling about a refund. My initial call was 10/8 at 2:11 p.m. with agent *** Dedrie I believe. She told me she was unable to assist, but a manager would email me within 48 hours. This did not occur and I waited until 10/10 and called again at 8:41 am and spoke with agent *** We had the same conversation with the same result. I again waited for an email, but did not receive one. I called again on 10/14 at 11:30 am and spoke with agent *** who introduced herself as a supervisor on duty and she stated "I am outside the 30 return policy" I asked her to supply me with an email regarding the return policy, since I was unaware of this timeline and it was not noted anywhere in their limited correspondence. We had the same discussion about the return, but she kept stating I purchased the item on 8/13. This is true, but this was the purchase date and it took over 3 weeks to arrive.
I would like a refund of the purchase price. This entire process has been absolutely unacceptable and the product is still unopened an I will willing to ship. I also want to make sure the public is aware of how this company runs their business.

Please do not buy. I bought 2 bottles with 1 bottle free deal. I tried the pills for almost a month with proper diet, but no results. Instead, it caused bloating. So I called them spoke with person name Dina and she told me if I try to return product, then we might not recieve on timely manner because I'm only 3 days away from 30 days of return per policy. I told her that I am sure you guys will recieve my product on time because I am sending from California. In October 15, 2019 I noticed by account had been debited 151.00 for ultra fast keto boost, which I DID NOT PURCHASE . When I called the company they said that they could not cancel the order because it had already been processed and I would have to wait to receive the product first and then return it for a full refund. When I received the product I immediately returned the product,called the company. I was then told they had to charge a restock fee of 15.00 and I should receive my refund in 3 days , it's been a week. When you call them you can't speak to upper management, you only get a customer service rep . they are no help at all and actually tell you when you ask to speak to someone else that they will all tell you the same thing. I did have my credit card changed. They need to assist customer better with complaints and expedite refunds has quickly as they talk your money , especially when you didn't even place the order of their product !!! Still waiting to get my refund.

When I hung up I called customer service who guaranteed that I would receive a call or e-mail from upper mgmt. within 48 hours. I asked to speak to management and we were disconnected. I have called back 3 more times and as of this morning nobody is answering am put on hold then disconnected. I sent an e-mail tuesday afternoon and gave them 24 hours to reply or I would go further with My CC company, as of Thursday, 11/07 no-one has responded. I want a full refund at this point. Unopened merchandise was returned registered mail with a return authorization number (as requested). Tracking # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX. I have called 3 times and asked for a refund minus the 'restocking fees' (as mentioned to me on call to customer service). To date I have not received a refund. After receiving the product and reading the label I determined that I could not take it due to having high blood pressure and irregular heart beats. I contacted the company by email since no phone number was available. I contacted them 4 days in a row requesting a return authorization for the product to get a refund and did not receive anything in return. Upon checking my email I discovered that it had been delivered to my spam and I had to call them to request a return authorization. Unfortunately, I did not see the email until 3 days after the thirty day money back guarantee. However due to them receiving my emails 4 days in a row and having a medical reason for returning the product I felt like they should honor my request. We received no help from the call line and was told that their supervisors do not take phone calls. No refund or return authorization would be issued even though I contacted them 4 times 4 days in a row to get an authorization. No option was given to me. I do not understand why a return authorization and address for return could not be emailed to me. They had my email address to send me a receipt when I ordered the product and that did not end up in my spam so it leads me to believe the return email was intentionally sent to my spam so I would not see it in time to return the product.

The web site to order Ultra Fast Keto Boost was not clear. Without a review of a purchase, there was no dollar amount and $198.70 was charged.
I saw an on-line advertisement for Ultra Keto Boost and reviewed their website and claims of what this product does. I was under the impression that the order form was for a sample one month supply. I did not see a review of any order; there was no 'place order', so I was surprised to receive a welcome e-mail from the company. Within minutes of receiving the e-mail, I called the number on the e-mail and was told by Paige that the amount to be charged to my credit card was $198.70 for 5 bottles. I immediately asked to cancel the order #XXXXXX. She said this could not be done as the order was in process. I reminded her that the e-mail said it would take 24 to 48 hours to process my order, so why couldn't it be cancelled. I was very upset and asked to speak to someone who could cancel the order. She said there was no one there who could do this. After some discussion, she offered to give me a 45% discount of $89.42. I asked how she could offer a discount but not be able to cancel the order. She gave no response. She said I needed to accept the package and call 1/888/970-0686 for an RMA number to affix to the return label. I received the package on 11/2/19 mailed from Ultra Fast Boost, 3201 Hillsborough., Tampa, FL 33684. I spoke with Lance who gave me the RMA # XXXXXXXXXXXXXX and said their would be a reduction in my credit of $5 for each bottle as a re-stocking fee. Instead of $198.70, I would be credited $25 less or $173.70. NOWHERE on the order site was any of this disclosed. He advised that the package return address is Ultra Fast Keto Boost, 9205 W Russell Road, Suite 240, Las Vegas, NV 89148. I mailed the package Priority Mail 2 day delivery for $10.40. I phoned my credit card company and disputed the $198.70. It was credited to my account pending the outcome of their investigation. I believe that the structure of the website and ordering process and lack of disclosure benefits the company, not the consumer. My credit card company mentioned that these disputes on many companies selling the Keto pills is numerous. The same was said when I mailed the pills at a local Pack and Ship.

I want a full refund of $198.70 to my charge card. I want the $5.00 per bottle restocking fee waived and a check for $10.40 for the cost of mailing the package back.

Received notice of credit to my Capital One account for $173.70 regarding refund from Ultra Fast Keto Boost with respect to my disputed purchase claim. The refund amount $198.70 was adjusted lower due to a $5 restock fee for each of the 5 bottles returned.
Thank you for your assistance. I have learned a valuable lesson.

Terrible company to deal with impossible to get a refund. Spend days and many emails trying to get a problem resolved. Took advantage of my sister who suffers from dementia and set her order for twice the price she thought she was supposed to be charged. Product was never received, but they refuse to issue a refund. So very frustrating!
