Ultra Fast Keto Boost

I received 5 bottles of ultrafast keto boost by USPS in September 2019. Items were not ordered by me or anyone in my household. My checking account was debited for $198.70. I disputed the charges and had a credit issued by my bank. However, after the bank investigated, they claimed the charges were legitimate and my credit was reversed. Contact was made with the company through the phone number and the request for reimbursement was rejected. I was not given the option of returning the items. This was a total scam and I had my debit card reissued by the bank.

When I bought the product 10/27/2019 at 7:01 a.m. the add misstated the price of the Ultra Fast Keto Burn product. My order is # XXXXXX, I was charged 198.70 immediately to my debit card through Centris Federal Credit Union, and should of been 49.97. I contacted the company on 10/03/2019 to find out why I was charged the incorrect amount. They then told me that I misread the amount. She then said I could keep it and they would give me a refund of half. I stated no and that I would be returning the complete order unopened for a full refund. When I received I never opened the package and returned directly to them. They told me that when I received the product to call them and I would be given a Return Authorization # and the return address and that I would have to pay for return shipping. They then stated a restocking fee which is no where to be found on their website would be charged, I then told them that I refused the return stocking fee because it is stated no where on their site. I returned the product unopened postage paid with a tracking and signing confirmation. They gave me the return address of Ultra Fast Keto Boost Returns, 9205 W. Russell Road Ste. 240, Las Vegas, NV 89148 with the return authorization number of RMA XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I mailed it on November 5, 2019 and they signed for on November 7, 2019 at 3:09 p.m. I have called several times in regards to the status of my refund and they told me three to five business days. I had to give them my tracking number which is through the USPS XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Five business days was November 15, 2019. I still have no refund. I called again today and was told the warehouse issues the refund and they would move it to upper management. I was told again because I have contacted them on three different days now that I it would go to upper management and I should receive and email within 24 to 48 hours, I am now going on 96hours and still no email. They cannot give me a time frame of when I will get the refund, a number for upper management, a number for the warehouse and was also told I cannot leave my phone number for upper management to get ahold of me. I feel that I am just getting the runaround and will never be issued my refund. I feel totally ridiculous that I fell for this scam. I get the same script everytime and they need the same information over and over. Like is my information even being put into the complaint. I am going into Centris to file a formal fraud complaint to my account.

Item was advertised as buy 2 get one free, however you were charged for all 3 bottles
I purchased this item once in September and was surpursied at the amount I was charged. I assumed it may have been shipping and handling. When I purchased again in November, again the charge was excessive. When the charge appear on my account, I called to cancel my order. I was told it had already been shipped. I explained that the ad of buying 2 and getting one free was incorrect as I was being charged for all 3 bottles. She offered to sent me 2 more at no charge and that was better than nothing. I wanted to return my shipment, but was afraid I would be out the money and the product. I also purchased it because it advertised as being a Shark Tank product. It is not, so that's 2 areas of false advertising.

I ordered wrong.. As soon as I received the product I returned it. The company received the product on Oct. 11, 2019. Now they won't return my money.

BAIT AND SWITCH SELLING. Before I clicked order, it reverted to the highest priced item. Then when I tried to call and change, they refused to cancel/change - cancelled credit card. SCAM!!!!

My request for a full refund has not been resolved.
On Oct 20th, 2019, I placed an online order with Ultra Fast Keto Boost. My order #XXXXX. The advertisement stated, buy 3 bottles at $39, get 2 bottles free. I was charged $198. I immediately contacted the company to request a full refund, was told they're unable to the product back. I was very upset and demanded a refund due to false advertising. I originally purchased three bottles of ultrafast keto boost but once the customer service rep gave be the total after he had charged my card I told him I wanted to refund two bottles and just go with one . He said the submitted the refund of $114.92 and that I would receive it in 3 to 5 business days . I didn't not receive the refund and when the shipment arrived if was one bottle which was correct . However I was still charged the full amount of $149.53 . I have called several times and have gotten the same answer every time of I will submitted it and you will receive the refund . This has been going on now for 2 months. I finally called my bank to final a fraudulent charge but after doing there research they didn't have enough information because the company only sent me a in complete email with no prices .

Refund problem
I returned the Keto to Las Vegas. I keep calling the Tampa location and they are giving me the run around. They said upper management had to do the refund. I have been waiting for my refund since November 4, that is the day the office in Las Vegas received the return, and the refund should have only taken 3 to 5 days

I ordered 2 bottles and 1 free. Estimate $100. Was billed $198. Called and asked for a refund. They refused. Was told use warranty. Tried, refused.
After ordering 2 bottles I was to receive 1 free. Cost: $110.00 +/-. This was Oct 13, 2019. On the 17th I noticed that they billed me $198. I immediately called only to be told they couldn't issue a refund because the product had already been shipped. (I received product that evening) They guy I spoke to told me to use the 30 day warranty to get refund. I asked when the 30 days started and he said after you get the product.
So tonight on the 17th of Nov I called again asked where to return product and was told the 30 days had expired. Asked for refund refused. Asked for supervisor....they said there wasn't one.

Website advertising was intentionally misleading.
Product was advertised as "Buy 3 get 2 free" $39.99 ea.
One Bottle was listed at $69.99.

I made the purchase of the "Buy 3 get 2 free.
My thought is 3 x $39.99 = $139.97 total.

When I received the email receipt there were no prices or totals on the receipt so it wasn't really a receipt at all.

I did receive the product about 10 days later. Everything "appeared" to be OK.

About a week later I got my credit card statement and was shocked the I saw a charge for $198.70 that was about $60.00 more than I expected.

I called Ultra Fast Keto Boost and was told that the charge was correct. He said that the price per bottle did not change, it was still $69.99 a bottle and that I paid for 3 bottles at full price and got 2 free.

All I can say is there advertised price per bottle for the "Buy 3 get 2 free" deal was clearly listed as $39.99 a bottle!! It didn't say "If you buy 5 bottles you pay $39.99 each." This is just a bunch of phony baloney and they know exactly what they're doing. Ripping people off.

Company has failed to provide the credit to my account but they have admitted they have received the unopened/returned merchandise.
Order for the Ultra Fast Keto Boost product was made on the evening of 10/20/19. Within the hour of the order, I contacted the company and requested the order be cancelled since the order was made in error. The Agent *** advised she could not cancel the order but would increase the number of bottles in the order by 2 and charge me $149.02. I explained I did not want their product and the agent advised for me to call customer service for an RMA number when the product was received. I would be charged a $5.00 restocking fee for the bottles returned. A charge of $201.68 appeared on my bank statement the same evening (10/20/19). I received a Order Receipt via email on the evening of 10/20/19 which showed the purchase of the product (but 3 and get 2 bottles free) but there was no pricing shown on the order receipt to explain the charge of $201.68. The on line advertisement advised the consumer to purchase the 3 bottles at $39.XX and get two free bottles. I have yet to figure out what the $201.68 represents. The order receipt advised the product would be delivered within 24-48 business hours from 10/20/19. I contacted the company via email during the week of 10/20 and advised I hadn't received the product and didn't want the product. On 10/26/19, the company offered a 45% refund on my account which I would not accept. I received the product on 10/31/19, contacted the company on 11/1/19 and spoke to Agency #341 who provided me RMA #XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. On 11/21/19 I took the unopened product to the post office and received tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The product was delivered to the company at 9205 West Russell Road, Las Vegas, NV on 11/4/19. The company has verified they have received the returned product and continues to tell me I will receive a refund on my account, which has not happened to date. I sent the company an email today and advised I was disputing the transaction with my financial institution and was contacting the Revdex.com (Revdex.com).

I have disputed the transaction with my financial institution and they are working the claim. My purpose in contacting the Revdex.com is to let you know of this company's unethical and unprofessional actions as a business. I have spent hours trying to work with the company, sending numerous emails and all I have received in return from this company are lies. They are scammers and unethical. Buyer beware.....DO NOT purchase their products!

COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!!! When you try to return the product they give you every excuse in the book on why you can't return them even though they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee. Instead of refunding your money they keep trying to get you to take more bottles of snake oil or offer a 25% refund. Total theft. They over-charge you on your initial purchase and then refuse to accept returns. If you are finally able to get a return authorization number out of them, they charge you $5 per bottle restocking fee and on top of that you have to pay for the return shipping out of your own pocket. After all that, I am still waiting for my money to be refunded even though I jumped through all the hoops they forced me through. Save your money. Someone needs to shut these crooks down and put them inder the jail!

Do not order!! Web said price was $39.74 and they charged my account $202.00 When I called to get the refund of $158 for what I order, they feed u all kinds of ***.. Do not order a horrible scam and should be put out of business. They have false advertising and I had to block my card, which is probably to late. I made a purchase online for buy 3 bottles, get 2 free @ $39.74 per bottle and free shipping. I authorized the purchase without them providing me a total amount. My math skills tell me 39.74�3=119.22. I checked my bank account and they stole $198.00. when I called to complain and ask for the order to cancelled she offered only 45% refund. I expect 100% back. On 10/4 they received it back and signed for it,also at this time I got a phone number. I waited a week and called the number and a woman told me it took up to 1 month for refunds. 10 days later I called again . Got a man who told me there would be no refund as was no return code on it.I told him there wasn't anywhere to get a code. He told me that's too bad.Got on their web site and made a complaint to their Chad Room. Have never answered any of may mails. I have copies of all this........

When I checked my banking account they had charged me $201.68. When I called the 800 number to cancel the product. I was informed they could not cancel my order I had to wait for the product and call Customer Service Representative to get a RMA number and return information. I received the package on Mon. October 28 the package came from 3201 Hillsborough Avenue 153201-1378 Tampa, Florida. I followed their instruction with the RMA XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX.
I never open the package I went straight to Postal Service paid two day shipping to 9205 West Russell Road Suite 240 Las Vegas, NV 89148, tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Your item was delivered at 2:52 pm on October 30, 2019 in LAS VEGAS, NV 89148. The item was signed for by A WILSON.
I waited until Friday, Nov. 1 to see about the progress of my refund. I was told I would be refunded 178.68 because they have a restock fee $5 per bottle, wait 5 business days. I asked the agent to please send me a confirmation email, I never received an email.
I called back on Fri. Nov. 8th which was the 5 day limit, I was told to wait 48 to 72 hours and refunded would be process. I never received the refund, I called again 1:01 pm eastern time Tues. Nov. 12 spoke with agent *** she informed me that I should have received my refunded. I informed her with all the tracking information and RMA # and was told again to please wait another 48 to 72 hours.
As of today Friday, November 15 I still have not received a refunded. The company have their items and I don't have my refund.

Sat 8/24:I purchased the online offer "buy 2 & get 1 more for free".They charged me full price,I cancelled,they never responded & still charged me.
On Sat Aug. 24 of 2019, I purchased online an offer on Ultra Fast Keto Boost website "buy 2 bottles & get 1 more for free". They sent me a confirmation email without any details or any amount, but they were saying that I have paid for this offer. When I went online on Monday Aug. 26 (since nothing was updated on Sunday), on my online back account I saw that they charged my card with an extra 50 dollars (As if I never had the special offer, and they were charging me for all 3 bottles). I immediately emailed them and cancelled the order and of course I disputed the charge in my card. They never responded to my email, I never received the product (and to be honest I wouldn't care to receive it, after this SCAM and FRAUD they "played" on me), and now 3 months later they STILL have the nerve to demand from me to pay them and they causing me problems with my bank and my credit card. They ARE CROOKS, FRAUDS & SCAMMERS!!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED BY ANYONE!!!!!

I am attaching their only email (confirmation) they sent to me, where you clearly see they are saying I got the offer but very sneaky and conveniently they don't write any amount. And of course I attach my cancellation email to them. Also, I am attaching a photo taken by their website policy section where you can see their prices (even though they are a little different now in November, but still you can clearly see they should have charge me a lot less then 150 dollars that they demand).

Credit Card Fraud. Received product I didn't order today. Discovered they had somehow gotten my credit card information and charged me for it.
I received 2 packages in the mail today, Thursday, November 14th, 2019, addressed to me from: ULTRA FAST KETO BOOST. Enclosed were 10 bottles of InstaKeto.

I have never heard of this product, or this company. On searching for their website, I called the 800 customer service number to see why they sent it to me and how they got my information. They informed me an order had been placed in my name on November 9th, 20018 and my account was billed $198 and some change. When I asked what account- they read back to me the last 4 digits of my actual credit card number.
When I informed the sales rep that I did not order this product and wanted to know how they got my information and card number, she put me on hold to "speak to her supervisor" and then came back on the line and said they would give me a discount for the product. When I stressed to her that this was fraudulent activity, she gave me the same spiel. Incredible. In the interim, I logged on to my card account, and I, indeed, had been charged.

Not sure who this company is, how they got my name, home address, or more worrisome, my credit card information, but they definitely need to be investigated and shut down quickly.
