Ultra Fast Keto Boost

False advertising and not allowed refund.
Today my mom came over and asked if I would start the Keto diet with her. Of course I agreed and she suggested Shark Tank's Ultra Fast Keto Boost supplement pills for some assistance. I went on the website and found that 1 bottle of 60 pills was priced at $60.00. Or, I could buy 3 bottles and get 2 bottles FREE as advertised for $39.74/bottle, which would come out to $119.22. So I selected the buy 3 get 2 FREE option and at checkout, there was a KETO coupon already applied. So I completed the purchase. I immediately got a purchase receipt email from Ultra Fast Keto Boost and found that there was not a subtotal price listed, only that I had purchased 3 bottles and got 2 FREE, with an order number. So I logged onto my bank and found that I had been charged $198.70. WHAT?! Doing the math, that is $39.74 x 5 bottles (which 2 were supposed to be FREE), with no "coupon" applied. So being that I did not agree to that price, I contacted the Ultra Fast Keto Boost customer service department. I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. I explained to her the dilemma and she pulled up my account. I told her the numbers don't add up and that I ordered the buy "3 get 2 FREE." She told me, "We don't offer any products for free." I explained to her the advertising on the website and she told me, "I will have our digital department look at that." I requested that my order be cancelled as I could see this conversation was leaning more toward a scam than anything. She said she could only refund me 35% of my purchase, but only after I received the product and sent it back. So I asked for a supervisor. A "supervisor" got on the phone and I explained to her the dilemma. She stated she would refund me 45% of my order, but only after I received the product and sent it back. Umm, No! At this point I told her I did not want the product and I wanted a 100% refund. The supervisor stated, "Once you get the product, ship it back and we'll refund you your purchase, minus a $5 restocking fee for each bottle ($25.00 in this case, 2 bottles which were supposed to be FREE). Mind you I just made this purchase 10 minutes prior, and nothing had been un-stocked. I subsequently hung up and called my bank. I spoke with the fraud department and they advised me that I can dispute the charge due to the fact that I did not agree to the subtotal, based on the advertised prices. They also advised me that Ultra Fast Keto Boost (and all online companies) want the product to be delivered and received by the customers, because once it is received, banks are less likely and often times won't accept the fraud claim. My bank instructed me to, once I receive the product, immediately ship it back and provide them with a tracking number, at which time they will dispute the $198.70 charged. In the end, ULTRA FAST KETO BOOST, who was supposed to be a product of SHARK TANK, has been and is a fraud, misleading, non transparent company that I'm sure has taken advantage of many customers. I am willing to jump through any hoops necessary to make sure somebody else doesn't have to deal with the stress and disrespect that I experienced tonight. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Ultra keto boost pulls bait and switch.
Charged my debit card for more than it said it would charge.
On 10/27/2019 I ordered from Ultra Keto Boost. The websight said buy 3 bottles at 39.99 get two free & free shipping. The order would total roughly $120. I was charged $197.
Immediately I called them about misscharge. Ricarda, the sales lady on the other end for Ultra Keto said I didnt order 3 and two free that I ordered 5 bottles. I told her no that I checked the box buy 3 get 2 free. She said that no that's not what the order was saying. So I told her the order was supposed to come to $120 not $197 and that if they were going to charge me $197 then I want to cancel. She said it's too late to cancel I already ordered it. Then she went on to pitch me that she could give me 30% off that price and only charge me $149 and then they would throw in two extra bottles so I'd have 7 bottles for $149. So I told her no, that it was still more than the intended order was supposed to b for in the first place. She said there was nothing she could do. So, I asked to talk to a supervisor. She put me on hold, came back & said no supervisor was available that I could call back later. I told her no, I would hold until a supervisor came back on the floor. She put me on hold again. This time a supervisor came onto the phone. I didnt get her name but her supervisor # was *** I explained everything to her as I did the first woman Ricarda and she said that I could not cancel my order. I would have to receive the shipment of the 7 bottles at $149 and if I wanted to return it I'd have to call them once again for permission to return and they may send me a return shipping label at thier discretion. If I did return the items, I'd have to pay shipping and a restocking fee of $25 for the 7 bottles. So, they not only slap 5 free bottles on me but they make me pay to restock thier free bottles!
I asked them if this kind of business practice was how Shark Tank representatives do business bc they claim it's a shark tank approved product. She put me on hold again. They also claim to have been featured on the Today Show, and in Health magazine, CNN etc. All which are not true at all. When I asked her about the Shark tank and she put me on hold she totally disregarded the question and said my shipment was being sent and they wish me luck and there was nothing more they could do to help me. She said if I return the product I'd get charged a restocking fee and that was that. She couldn't help me any further. The call was ended and there was nothing else I could do. She absolutley would not let me cancel my order. Did a bait and switch on me and is not even affiliated with the Shark Tank product and a number of other false advertising lies. Plus she told me she couldn't cancel the order bc it is already on it's way. I told her that didnt seem possible since I ordered it 5 min ago on a Saturday night. She said she couldn't take the order back that it's on it's way already. My order number in case you need it is XXXXXX.
This is a terrible thing they are doing to people. I hope this helps you guys shut them down. I know, BUYER BEWARE and never thought I'd fall for something like this but...I guess it's a lesson learned. It still doesn't make it right to do that to people.

When I ordered the product it was buy 3 get to free at 39.95 and I was charged 198.70 to my bank card without knowledge until after shipment.
I emailed several times to contact us. listed on email and never got a response. I finally found the phone number through my bank and called and the lady was rude telling me I was past my 30 day mark to get my money back and she couldn't do anything to help me. I told her it was false advertisement, and she proceeded to tell me it was a deal that I'm getting the pills (keto diet) at half the cost of 69.99 and there was no further billing. I expressed I wasn't happy with the amount taken from my account.

BAIT AND SWITCH SELLING. Before I clicked order, it reverted to the highest priced item. Then when I tried to call and change, they refused to cancel/change - cancelled credit card. SCAM!!!!

I returned product with RMA and have not been given refund or even ack that they received my return although I have proof it was rec'd by my tracking.
I ordered this product online. I ordered buy 3 get 2 free. They only sent 3 bottles. I called to return the product. They harrassed me and were very resistant to accept the return. After 20 min of them offering to send me more bottles and/or keep at a discount, I refused and insisted on a refund. She told me that I would have a $5/bottle restocking fee. She gave me an RMA number. I returned the product via USPS on 10/28. Tracking showed it arrived to their facility on 10/30. They have not responded to my emails requesting status update on my return. I am fed up. They are dishonest and a scam. I want my refund per their website guarantee.

Website advertising was intentionally misleading.
Product was advertised as "Buy 3 get 2 free" $39.99 ea.
One Bottle was listed at $69.99.

I made the purchase of the "Buy 3 get 2 free.
My thought is 3 x $39.99 = $139.97 total.

When I received the email receipt there were no prices or totals on the receipt so it wasn't really a receipt at all.

I did receive the product about 10 days later. Everything "appeared" to be OK.

About a week later I got my credit card statement and was shocked the I saw a charge for $198.70 that was about $60.00 more than I expected.

I called Ultra Fast Keto Boost and was told that the charge was correct. He said that the price per bottle did not change, it was still $69.99 a bottle and that I paid for 3 bottles at full price and got 2 free.

All I can say is there advertised price per bottle for the "Buy 3 get 2 free" deal was clearly listed as $39.99 a bottle!! It didn't say "If you buy 5 bottles you pay $39.99 each." This is just a bunch of phony baloney and they know exactly what they're doing. Ripping people off.

I ordered 2 bottles and 1 free. Estimate $100. Was billed $198. Called and asked for a refund. They refused. Was told use warranty. Tried, refused.
After ordering 2 bottles I was to receive 1 free. Cost: $110.00 +/-. This was Oct 13, 2019. On the 17th I noticed that they billed me $198. I immediately called only to be told they couldn't issue a refund because the product had already been shipped. (I received product that evening) They guy I spoke to told me to use the 30 day warranty to get refund. I asked when the 30 days started and he said after you get the product.
So tonight on the 17th of Nov I called again asked where to return product and was told the 30 days had expired. Asked for refund refused. Asked for supervisor....they said there wasn't one.

I returned the Keto to Las Vegas. I keep calling the Tampa location and they are giving me the run around. They said upper management had to do the refund. I have been waiting for my refund since November 4, that is the day the office in Las Vegas received the return, and the refund should have only taken 3 to 5 days

I originally purchased three bottles of ultrafast keto boost but once the customer service rep gave be the total after he had charged my card I told him I wanted to refund two bottles and just go with one . He said the submitted the refund of $114.92 and that I would receive it in 3 to 5 business days . I didn't not receive the refund and when the shipment arrived if was one bottle which was correct . However I was still charged the full amount of $149.53 . I have called several times and have gotten the same answer every time of I will submitted it and you will receive the refund . This has been going on now for 2 months. I finally called my bank to final a fraudulent charge but after doing there research they didn't have enough information because the company only sent me a in complete email with no prices .

My request for a full refund has not been resolved.

I immediately contacted the company to request a full refund, was told they're unable to the product back. I was very upset and demanded a refund due to false advertising. Do not order!! Web said price was $39.74 and they charged my account $202.00 When I called to get the refund of $158 for what I order, they feed u all kinds of ***.. Do not order a horrible scam and should be put out of business. They have false advertising and I had to block my card, which is probably to late. When you try to return the product they give you every excuse in the book on why you can't return them even though they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee. Instead of refunding your money they keep trying to get you to take more bottles of snake oil or offer a 25% refund. Total theft. They over-charge you on your initial purchase and then refuse to accept returns. If you are finally able to get a return authorization number out of them, they charge you $5 per bottle restocking fee and on top of that you have to pay for the return shipping out of your own pocket. After all that, I am still waiting for my money to be refunded even though I jumped through all the hoops they forced me through. Save your money. Someone needs to shut these crooks down and put them inder the jail!

Company has failed to provide the credit to my account but they have admitted they have received the unopened/returned merchandise.
Order for the Ultra Fast Keto Boost product was made on the evening of 10/20/19. Within the hour of the order, I contacted the company and requested the order be cancelled since the order was made in error. The Agent *** advised she could not cancel the order but would increase the number of bottles in the order by 2 and charge me $149.02. I explained I did not want their product and the agent advised for me to call customer service for an RMA number when the product was received. I would be charged a $5.00 restocking fee for the bottles returned. A charge of $201.68 appeared on my bank statement the same evening (10/20/19). I received a Order Receipt via email on the evening of 10/20/19 which showed the purchase of the product (but 3 and get 2 bottles free) but there was no pricing shown on the order receipt to explain the charge of $201.68. The on line advertisement advised the consumer to purchase the 3 bottles at $39.XX and get two free bottles. I have yet to figure out what the $201.68 represents. The order receipt advised the product would be delivered within 24-48 business hours from 10/20/19. I contacted the company via email during the week of 10/20 and advised I hadn't received the product and didn't want the product. On 10/26/19, the company offered a 45% refund on my account which I would not accept. I received the product on 10/31/19, contacted the company on 11/1/19 and spoke to Agency #341 who provided me RMA #XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. On 11/21/19 I took the unopened product to the post office and received tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The product was delivered to the company at 9205 West Russell Road, Las Vegas, NV on 11/4/19. The company has verified they have received the returned product and continues to tell me I will receive a refund on my account, which has not happened to date. I sent the company an email today and advised I was disputing the transaction with my financial institution and was contacting the Revdex.com (Revdex.com).

I have disputed the transaction with my financial institution and they are working the claim. My purpose in contacting the Revdex.com is to let you know of this company's unethical and unprofessional actions as a business. I have spent hours trying to work with the company, sending numerous emails and all I have received in return from this company are lies. They are scammers and unethical. Credit Card Fraud. Received product I didn't order today. Discovered they had somehow gotten my credit card information and charged me for it.
I received 2 packages in the mail today, Thursday, November 14th, 2019, addressed to me from: ULTRA FAST KETO BOOST. Enclosed were 10 bottles of InstaKeto.

I have never heard of this product, or this company. On searching for their website, I called the 800 customer service number to see why they sent it to me and how they got my information. They informed me an order had been placed in my name on November 9th, 20018 and my account was billed $198 and some change. When I asked what account- they read back to me the last 4 digits of my actual credit card number.
When I informed the sales rep that I did not order this product and wanted to know how they got my information and card number, she put me on hold to "speak to her supervisor" and then came back on the line and said they would give me a discount for the product. When I stressed to her that this was fraudulent activity, she gave me the same spiel. Incredible. In the interim, I logged on to my card account, and I, indeed, had been charged.

Not sure who this company is, how they got my name, home address, or more worrisome, my credit card information, but they definitely need to be investigated and shut down quickly.

Sat 8/24:I purchased the online offer "buy 2 & get 1 more for free".They charged me full price,I cancelled,they never responded & still charged me.
On Sat Aug. 24 of 2019, I purchased online an offer on Ultra Fast Keto Boost website "buy 2 bottles & get 1 more for free". They sent me a confirmation email without any details or any amount, but they were saying that I have paid for this offer. When I went online on Monday Aug. 26 (since nothing was updated on Sunday), on my online back account I saw that they charged my card with an extra 50 dollars (As if I never had the special offer, and they were charging me for all 3 bottles). I immediately emailed them and cancelled the order and of course I disputed the charge in my card. They never responded to my email, I never received the product (and to be honest I wouldn't care to receive it, after this SCAM and FRAUD they "played" on me), and now 3 months later they STILL have the nerve to demand from me to pay them and they causing me problems with my bank and my credit card. They ARE CROOKS, FRAUDS & SCAMMERS!!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED BY ANYONE!!!!!

I am attaching their only email (confirmation) they sent to me, where you clearly see they are saying I got the offer but very sneaky and conveniently they don't write any amount. And of course I attach my cancellation email to them. When I checked my banking account they had charged me $201.68. When I called the 800 number to cancel the product. I was informed they could not cancel my order I had to wait for the product and call Customer Service Representative to get a RMA number and return information. I received the package on Mon. October 28 the package came from 3201 Hillsborough Avenue 153201-1378 Tampa, Florida. I followed their instruction with the RMA XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX.
I never open the package I went straight to Postal Service paid two day shipping to 9205 West Russell Road Suite 240 Las Vegas, NV 89148, tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Your item was delivered at 2:52 pm on October 30, 2019 in LAS VEGAS, NV 89148. The item was signed for by A WILSON.
I waited until Friday, Nov. 1 to see about the progress of my refund. I was told I would be refunded 178.68 because they have a restock fee $5 per bottle, wait 5 business days. I asked the agent to please send me a confirmation email, I never received an email.
