Review: I purchased 5 chairs from this company through Walmart.com. When the chairs arrived, they were of very poor quality. The feet didn't fit into the leg of the chair properly, there was a black mark on the chair that wouldn't clean off and one leg had an indent in the front leg next to the foot insert. The chair was 1-1/2" shorter than what it was advertised (the height wasn't mentioned on Walmart's site but was on another site). I decided to return the chairs. When I contacted the seller for an RA # they informed me they were unreturnable. I went back to Walmart's site and it didn't say anything on the page about being nonreturnable. Then I clicked on the Return Policy link and it says return within 30 days and then it has a line that says furniture is not returnable. I took that to mean large furniture like a couch or something that was too big to ship by UPS. Why would these chairs be unreturnable? I'm stuck with $550 worth of chairs. If their policy is chairs cannot be returned, they need to clearly state that. I would never have ordered these chairs if I would have known their policy because pictures online look different than the real thing. It wasn't buyer remorse. I would have kept them if they were as advertised. I don't think this is a policy that should be hidden away. Below is what their policy states:

For all Furniture items we will replace any parts that are damaged but the item may not returned if there is buyers remorse.

We will not accept returns on Sports related autographed Memorabilia and Collectables or on any custom made items such as any customized car mats or childrens furniture.

We will not accept returns on any Shavers, Personal Care items, or Intimate products that have been used.

We will not accept returns on any Software, Video Games, Computer Parts, or Laptop/PC's.

We will not accept returns on any Costumes purchased from Aug. 1 until Oct 30. - after the date of October 30.

Delivery and Damaged Shipments

Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not call us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you.

Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery.

If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material.

Call or email our customer service department immediately.Desired Settlement: I would definitely like a refund but if that's not possible I would at least want them to make this policy clear to the customer. I just feel it is very shady how this very important policy is stated. Thank you.

Review: On 11/16 I purchased a lamp through [redacted].com however Unbeatable Sale was the company from which the item was marketed. The lamp arrived on 11/23 and the condition of same was unacceptable. It was very shoddily made - rubber protector on the base had a hole in it and was only partially glued on, and the housing for the bulb was crooked and could not be straightened. Thus, when I tried to attach the shade it would not cinch down all the way which meant the shade could not be fastened tightly. I called them on 11/24 and asked for a pre-paid return slip because the lamp was not at all satisfactory. They refused and said to send them photos (!) of the lamp showing the problems. If the photos were acceptable and they agreed that the lamp was sub-par then they would refund my money without my having to sending the lamp back. I told them I had no camera and that by the time I got someone to come over and take photos, have them developed, and finally sent back to them, the 30 days they allowed for returns would be up. I had one phone conversation with them and sent 3 or 4 e-mails, the last one of which they never answered. I finally sent back the lamp via US mail on 12/1.Desired Settlement: Because the problem with this item is on their shoulders I feel I should not only get a full refund of the purchase price but also the amount I had to spend to ship the lamp back to them.

[redacted].com has a specific policy which states customers need to contact them for return labels, unless they opt out of this service when they place the order which has nothing to do with Unbeatablesale.com. In regards to this matter, the customer paid to return the item for a refund, not a replacement. We do not know if they inquired with [redacted] about the label which would be the proper procedure.The customer has been refunded per Unbeatablesale.com return policy as of today. Thank you.

Review: I ordered a sofa through the very reputable [redacted].com; a company with an ingrained and posted policy stating that orders can be cancelled anytime before delivery. I ordered the sofa to arrive on today, November 5th. I needed it to arrive on time because I am going out of state for the majority of the month and will have company from out of town immediately after. The delivery company stated it would be here today in prior emails, and when I awoke early to track the sofa on their site, the date was changed to tomorrow. I started to get suspicious, so I called the delivery company (with plenty of complaints of their own on Revdex.com) and they said I won't get it here until next week, which won't work, so I called [redacted] to cancel.

[redacted] said this order went through a third party vendor, a practice that I never heard of before, and they said they could only send them an email that I wanted to cancel. They also told me to call the company, Unbeatable Sales.

US said they could not cancel or return the order. I stated that I DO NOT WANT it, and I don't currently have it, so I just want my money back. They refused. I called [redacted] again, and they couldn't help. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I don't want the thing anymore. I specifically chose [redacted] for its cancellation policy and I paid for the sofa to arrive specifically on 11/5/15, or I wouldn't have ordered it.

I am rejecting this response because:These provisions were not made explicit on the [redacted] website and someone who is not familiar with placing online orders would not be aware of third party involvement. Nothing on the [redacted] website states any of the above-stated policies.

Review: I ordered a dining room table and bench set. I received a table but no bench. It clearly stated in my order that it was a set and that should weigh 195lbs. The table was only 125lbs. I am missing 70lbs of something. When I contacted unbeatablesale.com they said I only ordered a table. I have a receipt saying otherwise. After a week of contacting them daily I finally had to purchase another dining room set elsewhere because we got rid of our old set the night before this set was supposed to arrive. Over a week later they said they would ship me the bench that was supposed to come with my table and they had made a mistake. Seeing as how I had to purchase another set I didn't need a bench. They wanted me to pay a restocking fee of 15% along with shipping and insurance to send the table back which is not what I had ordered. After much back and forth they said they would wave the 15 % restocking fee but I would still be responsible for shipping and insurance. I was sent the wrong product and therefore should not be held responsible for shipping costs. If they had sent me the right product I could see paying for return shipping and even the restocking fee however that is not the case.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my money, the restocking fee waved and shipping/insurance to be covered by them.

This is a copy of my receipt from my purchase. It clearly states that this product is supposed to come with the bench seat. It was not a courtesy as they are implying. I paid for it! This is not acceptable! There has been no courtesy whatsoever! I pain for a table AND bench seating. It is all very clear in this receipt. It is extremely clear what I want! I want a full refund and shipping costs covered as well. I was sent the wrong item (no bench) so I want my money back and I should not have to pay shipping for their mistake. This was in no way buyers remorse. I purchased a product and did not get what I payed for so I should not be penalized and made to pay return shipping. I have sent a copy of my receipt stating the table was supposed to come with a bench and also the advertisement from where I bout the table showing the weight with the order drop off confirmation showing the weight of the item I received. It was not what I ordered and is still in the original box unopened. In case they still don't understand....I WANT A FULL REFUND AND SHIPPING COSTS COVERED COMPLETELY. This was not my mistake and I'm not responsible for it.

It seems we are going around in circles but allow me to clarify again on this matter. We offered to send the customer the bench, if they do not want that they may return the item. We do NOT issue labels, we will not be paying for the customers return. We can send the customer the bench, which would make the item complete. I am rejecting this response because:This a case of a company picking on the customer. First of all the 30 day return policy says I have 30 days to return the item and since I did not receive my item until February 18th 2015 and yes I have the shipping label to prove it as well as the shipping company to verify it, NO my 30 days has not passed. This company doesn't know when I received the item or what even came with my item. I would have taken the delivery of the bench had someone ever called me back from the company as they continued to say they would do when I called inquiring about it. Also the company called me a liar when I told them this product came with a bench which obviously by the receipt I sent and the ad it does come with a bench. For some reason they think the are doing me a favor by offering to send me something I paid for! I have small children who had to eat at the couch and on my carpet which got stains on them. I had to purchase another table set because the company never called me back as they said the would regarding this matter. I have my phone records. I never received a call from them. On the last day I spoke with them they said they would have a supervisor calm me back about this matter. He never called either. This is terrible customer service. I want my money and I want a return label. I am not up for a compromise any more. I am the customer who purchased a product. The product was wrong I demand my money back! That is to include shipping. If they do not want to issue a label they can include the return shipping costs into my refund.

Review: I placed an order online with Unbeatable Sale and 5 minutes later, I got a call from a local store that just discovered that they could get my item for me by tomorrow. I called Unbeatable Sale's customer service within 10 minutes of initially placing the order in an effort to cancel the order. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes, after which my call got forwarded to an "over flow" area. I told them that I needed to cancel my newly placed order. They informed me that they could not do this, but I needed to speak to Customer Service. I had just finished sitting on hold with Customer Service for over 20 minutes & they never picked up my call. The over-flow person told me to just send an email and that should suffice. I immediately sent the email. The next day I got an email telling me that the order was already shipped. I called them back several times and sent several emails. They proceeded to ship the item anyway. Now I have to pay for the shipping in both directions because their Customer service line did not pick up their calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the $20 shipping cost that I have incurred because their Customer Service area would not pick up calls the day I placed my order. There is no reason I should not have been able to cancel this order within 10 minutes of having placed it. After I sat on hold for more than 20 minutes and followed up with an email and spoke with their over-flow person, I was told that I will still have to pay for both the shipping and the return shipping ... all because their Customer Service would not pick up any calls.

We have a no cancellation policy, we do not cancel orders once they are placed. We do not issue return labels for unwanted merchandise. It would be the customers responsibility to be aware of the policies of the company they are ordering with. Furthermore, it is impossible for a customer to be on hold for twenty minutes, as our call queue is set up to route to our call center after 8 minutes. The customer would only go to this call center after 8 minutes, if all reps are on the phone helping other customers. We answer ALL calls and we answer ALL messages given to us from our call center. We can not reimburse money paid to a carrier. It was not paid to us so we can not refund it. The customer will, however; be refunded their item cost when this is received.

I am rejecting this response because:I wish your call center did not let me sit on hold for 20 minutes, but unfortunately it truly did. I ultimately put my phone on speaker and kept doing my other work while I watched the minutes tick by on my phone that was holding for your customer service area. While I understand that once a package has been sent it is my responsibility to pay for the carrier charge. What I am arguing is that I find it hard to believe that my order was shipped within 10 minutes of my having placed it. That is when I called to cancel said order (it was actually 8 minutes after I clicked on the place order button). If your customer service area had taken my call, this entire business may have been preventable. My argument is that I should not have to pay because your customer service area didn't answer my call. Additionally, your over flow area told me to send an email and that should stop the order. I followed their instructions and sent the email immediately. Obviously your company has no interest in stopping an order once it has been placed, even within very few minutes of being placed. Reputable businesses like [redacted] , [redacted], & [redacted] would never conduct business this way. I will never do business with you ever again and I will advise my friends do to the same.

When I attempted to contact the customer service number, I was told they were just an answering service and that I would receive a return call. I did not. Then only sent the table-no chairs! Contacted [redacted] first and they tried to help, but unbeatable would not send chairs stating they made a mistake in advertisement and I could send back table and they would refund my money. That was and still is not acceptable to me. Contacted[redacted] directly and they maintained-rather rudely-that they made a mistake in advertising and would not send chairs nor pay to have table shipped back. I have since moved and called second time and left a voice mail and no one has returned my calls. Tried to chat online and still not help-just left sitting online with no response!Desired Settlement: I would like them to complete the order and honor what they advertised by sending my chairs to my new address at no extra charge!

Review: I ordered whay a thought to be a ceiling fan. I just received blades for a fan. I called them to let them know that I had orderd what I thought was the whole ceiling fan, They said at my expense that I had to mail the product back and that once they received it that they would credit back my account for the cost of the blades. Then I get a letter saying it would be 7 to 10 business days. They received the blades on June 5th. I also feel that they should reinburse be the 20 plus dollars that it cost me to send them back. There ad was deceiving. It showed the whole fan and even described it. I would appreciate if you coud help me with this matter. Desired Settlement: I woud like my money on the amount that I paid and I also feel that they should pay the return shipping cost.

Review: On 2/14/14 I made an online purchase, through [redacted].com, from UnbeatableSale.co m. I had been researching cabinet knobs and was looking for, specifically, [redacted] item #[redacted]art in antique rust in a package quantity of 25 pcs. I had been looking at many different sellers and eventually narrowed it down to 2: U.S. and [redacted]. Now, I had looked at piecing them out individually and that came out more expensive as per piece is sold at an average of $2.56. They are also sold in 10 and 25 packs which came out much cheaper. So, like I stated earlier, I narrowed my choices to 2 companies. After my extensive research I learned that not every seller had all information listed. So I had to cross check info to determine all of the missing information. U.S. was NOT SPECIFIC in the amount of knobs. It did not say 1 [redacted] and it did not say 25 knobs. I used shipping weight to determine the same product. The shipping weight of the item is crucial. On [redacted] the shipping weight of 25 knobs is 1.2 pounds and the shipping weight listed on U.S. is 2.33 pounds. There could have been even more than 25 by shipping weight. When I received my order on February 19 there was only ONE [redacted] in the package!!! One [redacted] for $17.73. And the package weight was listed as 1 pound - NOT 2.33 pounds. I immediately contacted [redacted]. com. They explained that it is a 3rd party and I needed to contact U.S. I emailed them that night..no response. A few days later I called the customer service number on my receipt. Except that is for a company [redacted] and they explained I needed to contact U.S. com. They provided the #. I called and could not leave a message with c.s. because their "mail box is full" so I called again and left a message with sales to call back..no response. I selected them from 2 vendors because they indicated that the product - a vanity and stool would arrive by 12/24. The order confirmation came - "Arrives by Tue., Dec 24". Order Shipped confirmation "Estimated delivery: Arrives by Tues, Dec 24". When I click on the tracking it was shipped UPS Ground set to arrive on 12/30. This will not be here for my 4 year old by Christmas. I called unbeatablesale.com and spoke to the representative. They said that it would cost $200.00 in shipping alone - for me to order ANOTHER vanity to have that one reach us by Christmas eve. I couldn't do that -the product was $144.00 I was misled and I would not have purchased this. They should have indicated a fee for expedited shipping if that is what they needed. I did, 5 minutes after he asked for them, and he did not call. he never called. filed a claim with [redacted] on Dec 31st. I got an email saying that I should repackage the fridge and send it back at my expense. I said that was unacceptable, they said it was past 30 days. I called and started my complaint the day it arrived. and I filed my claim with [redacted] on Dec. 31st. again not 30 days. repeatedly called and sent emails with promises of a call back from a supervisor but they never came.

Review: The costumes were ordered on Sunday October 27, 2013. I called Monday October 28, 2013 and cancelled the order. I was told it was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 24-48 hours. Next day, Tuesday October 29, 2013 I receive an email saying the item was shipped out. I call back and they say they see where it was supposed to be cancelled and tell me no problem when I receive the shipment call them back and get a return authorization code and I can send it back and get a full refund. The package arrives Friday November 1, 2013. I call them Monday November 4, 2013 to get the return authorization code. They tell me I cannot return costumes after the 30th and I explain to them that I cancelled the order it should have never gone out the day after I cancelled it and I was promised a full refund. They proceed to tell me its not in their system that I called to cancel the order and they would look into it and call me back. I asked will I get a call back today and with an attitude the representative says, "yes, I said in a little while." It is now Thursday November 7, 2013 and still no call back or email as promised. I would like the full refund as promised as the order should have never gone out the day after I called and cancelled it.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as promised as this order should have never gone out the day after I cancelled it. I can provide proof that I called on Monday October 28, 2013. I can also provide proof that it was sent out Tuesday October 29, 2013 the day after I cancelled the order. The order is still in its original shipment packaging waiting to get returned.

This order was placed 10/27 was processed and shipped 10/29. The customer did not cancel this order or speak to anyone at Unbeatablesale regarding canceling this order. We have a no cancellation policy, it is stated on our site, once an order is placed it can not be cancelled. As well we have a strict halloween return policy which is listed on our website yearround. Costumes may not be returned after 10/30 regardless of when they are ordered. It would be the customers reposnsibility to order in enough time to get the costume and return prior to this date. We do not make exceptions to our Hallween return policy, the customer was advised twice that the items are not eligible for return. Thank you for abiding by our policy., This matter is resolved.
