Review: Firstly, I had to put "AB" in the State field on your form as my county in the UK was not listed and it would not allow a blank entry to proceed.

I purchased 12 glass bobeches for candles (to catch drips) on 29th September through Amazon.co.uk at a cost of £5096 including £14.14 delivery. I subsequently received them on 11th October in the United Kingdom, however upon opening it was discovered that three of them were broken.

I contacted the supplier UnbeatableSale through the Amazon messaging system to inform them of this and that the best remedy would simply be to send out replacements for the three broken bobeches (which would cost them a small amount). I received an automated response then a further response a day later, which had no bearing on my query. They clearly had not read my message and assumed a refund was required. I sent another message explaining the same thing. Again, an automated response and a further email a day later now wanting photographs of the broken bobeches, I replied stating that I do not have the time for this and that surely broken glass bobeches do not need photographing. Another automated reply and another day later, a response saying the carrier wants this, which I find hard to believe.

Upon doing further research on this business it seems that other customers are in the same position as me, having received broken items and the company not willing to offer any kind of reasonable customer service, hence why I am filing this complaint, in the hope that you will contact the company and force them into rational action.Desired Settlement: I simply wish to have to complete product as advertised and paid for.
