Review: Jan 1st I ordered a puzzle from Walmart.com. On Jan 5 Walmart said they shipped the item- billed $32.16-- $18.38 for puzzle and $13.78 for shipping. The box received contained a small birdfeeder with small paints and a paper stating the puzzle was out of stock. I call Unbeatable Sales asking for a shipping label to send back the birdfeeder so I could be refunded for the puzzle I did not receive. I was told they would refund my money and their shipping department said I could keep the birdfeeder and they wouldn't charge me for it. Walmart.com notified me they refunded me $18.38. I e-mailed Unbeatable Sales requesting the shipping charges also be refunded since I hadn't received the puzzle. The e-mailed back they would contact their shipping department. I have not heard anything since then. I have e-mailed them again twice and have received no answer. Therefore I am escalating this to the Revdex.com for assistance in receiving the rest of my refund which I the $13.78 shipping charges.

Review: I ordered a table and four chairs through Wal Mart Marketplace (i.e. Unbeatable Sale) and the order shipped on Oct 30. I notified Unbeatable Sale several times that one box containing two chairs did not arrive. After speaking with one of their reps on the phone on Nov 12th...what I received was an email with tracking information for the box I already told them was missing. Fast forward multiple phone calls and 2 MONTHS later and I finally receive my replacement chairs and one is damaged. Now they inform me that I will have to wait another 7 - 10 for this to be resolved. I work in eCommerce this is unacceptable treatment of customer.Desired Settlement: Refund or Replacement immediately.

Review: Attempted to procure a [redacted] Turkey Fryer from this company today at the web presented price of $155.26 plus shipping (approximated to be $13.95). When I clicked on the screen to add it to my shopping cart the response was to call in as the items were on back order. I called in and the sales agent reported that they were in stock but he price on the web was incorrect and he offered to sell me the fryer for $249.00. I reported to him that I felt this was bait and switch and he proceeded to state he did not have a contract with me and he was not in violation of bait and switch.Desired Settlement: I believe this needs to be documented and if they continue to have this type of problem that legal actions should be taken on behalf of all consumers.

I am rejecting this response because: this company should have at least responded that they were in error; taking it under advisement is not an admission of guilt. This company used their Internet storefront to price a seasonal item at a low price of $158.95 and then when you click on it their web site responds they are out of stock but call in to the office. When you call in they tell you oh, it's not out of stock the price shown is not correct; but wait we can sell you the product for $100 more than what we are showing it as on the web site.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] jar of golf tees through [redacted].com. Unbeatablesales.com was the company they ordered from. I received a tracking number and an expected delivery of Jan 27-30th. It is now Feb7th and have not received the item. The UPS tracking number that was provided does not have any shipping information attached to that number. I have emailed the company's customer service department but have not received a reply. Their company claims to reply within 24 hours. The item was worth roughly $30.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item that I paid for or at the VERY least an explanation and some resolution.

Review: I purchased a lamp ($197.98) and a statue ($40.52) from Unbeatablesales on 8/17/15 (order [redacted]). I had to return the lamp, but I kept the statue. On 9/10 I got a refund (Ref #[redacted]), but it was $40.52 for the statue, not $197.98 for the lamp I returned. All I want is the difference in the price of the refund - $157.46.

I complained on 9/27, 10/10, and 10/25 - Each time, I get a reply stating someone will follow up with me shortly, but no one ever does. I think it's ridiculous to have to file a complaint through the Revdex.com, but how else can I get attention in what should be a very simple matter?

I ordered what I thought was a table and chairs. The description and picture all referenced chairs. The Q&A had two specific questions asking if it came with chairs and they both said yes, it came with 4 chairs. I called [redacted] because I ordered it through their Marketplace and the associate on the phone agreed that it should come with chairs. I did not receive any chairs and when I contacted them they said it was only for the table and it could not be returned (I never asked to return it). After a few back and forth e-mails they ultimately blamed [redacted] for having "misinformation" on their website.

Review: On September 30th I ordered a smoker I was not satisfied with the smoker I even paid the shipping cost I call to tell them I was not satisfied I told that they will send me a email the email stated I will be responsible for paying the shipping and insured it I do not agree they told me they do not send return labels they also told me if I would keep the product they would give me 25% off I told him I did not want it I wanted them to pay for me to ship it back I also told them that it was not right for me to have to pay them back pay for them to receive it and insurance. I feel that I am being punished for something that I don't want. Review: I bought 6 boxes of [redacted] E[redacted] tea from Unbeatable Sale, Inc. It was supposed to be the original caffeine free [redacted] E[redacted] tea as pictured on their [redacted].com ad. http://www.[redacted].com/[redacted]

I was willing to pay $42.27 for this tea because we have loved it for 30 years, and it has vanished from the stores, but what I received were 6 boxes of the new Sweet & Spicy tea in the orange and white boxes.

I contacted the seller, and we exchanged several emails regarding whether or not this was the original recipe. They said, “Please be advised this is the correct and same tea it is just in new packaging. The manufacturer has updated their packaging.”

I wanted that to be true, so I opened a box and tried a cup. It was not the same tea. It was ordinary cinnamon tea, not worth the premium I paid for something that isn’t made anymore.

I exchanged more emails with Unbeatable Sales in an effort to get a return authorization and return label. They stuck to their guns and said, “This is the same item, only the box has been updated by the manufacturer,” and “since you have already opened the package we would not be able to accept the return on this item. If you would like I can offer you 15% off to just keep the item.”

Since it didn’t taste the same and it didn’t say "Original" on the box, I called [redacted] E[redacted] to ask some questions. I learned that three ingredients (ginseng, papaya leaf and dandelion root) have been omitted from the original recipe to make this new Sweet & Spicy tea. So I am right, it is not the original recipe.Desired Settlement: At this point, I will keep the tea, but would like a refund of $19.53. Unbeatable Sales needs to put the correct picture in their ad on [redacted].com, and I would like a check for the difference ($19.53) between what I paid for this product and what I could have gotten it for if I had known this was what I was buying.1) They have not addressed the issue of false advertising. The first picture I attached (Original [redacted] E[redacted] Tea) is the picture they have on their [redacted].com ad. The second picture I attached (white and orange box of Sweet and Spicy tea) is what I received. Many people are very eager to find a source of the original [redacted] E[redacted] tea, so we pay extra money for this, thinking it is the product we have been searching for. It's not the same product. Review: 12/13/2015 Unbeatablesale.com advertised a "Travelon [redacted] Travelon Safe ID Leather French Wallet with RFID Blocking" wallet for sale on walmart.com. I ordered the wallet and paid $9.47 for it. They charged a separate shipping fee of $9.59, even though my online order with Walmart per standard would have been free shipping. I used the credit card offer from walmart that stated if I was approved and made a purchased total of $75.00 today I would receive $35.00 off my first statement. My total purchase which included their shipping charge was $77.18, just enough to qualify for the promotion.

12/17/2015 I receive a small plastic envelope in a locked U.S.Postalbox(regular mail) from Unbeatablesale.com. I opened the envelope expecting the wallet that I ordered. It was not the wallet that I ordered. In the envelope was a different wallet and a small packing slip with this statement printed on the bottom of the page, "ALL CLAIMS FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING GOODS". I called them immediately and spoke to Maya who acknowledged the mistake. She offered "a small discount"(no specific amount). I told her that I ordered this for my wife and it was not what she wanted. Maya tried to call the warehouse but no one answered. Maya asked me to call tomorrow.

12/18/2015 My wife called and was told that they had shipped the right wallet. My wife argued with them until they checked the Walmart site and admitted their mistake. Now the wallet I ordered is out of stock. The representative offered to refund $9.47 back to the card. Then after my wife asked about the shipping, the representative explained that she could send in a request but that it was not likely to happen. My wife explained that if the refund was made back to the card that walmart would charge me an extra $35.00 because of the promo and asked for a better solution. My wife was told, "That's all I can do."Desired Settlement: It is not fair, to me, to put a partial refund of $9.47 on the credit card. It would cost me an additional $35.00, plus I would be forfeiting the cost of shipping. It is acceptable for them to issue a full refund of $19.06 (the cost of the wallet plus shipping, the amount that I paid to them) in the form of a check to me, separate from the credit card. Or they can back order it if they can send it within a reasonable amount of time.

They should send a preaddressed postage paid labeled envelope for me to return the wallet that I have along with either of the solutions listed above..

We received this item from [redacted] company which we would have never purchased this product if we would have known that. When we tried to return the item the company wanted us to pay to return it which would cost us even more. The company never mentions anywhere on their website about shipping from other suppliers or [redacted]. The company states in their policies for hassle-free returns with unbeatable pricing. Not only was this false advertising about the product,but we found a cheaper price that wasn't hassle free. An order was placed for one of our millions of items and we sent it to one of our many warehouses to fulfill and the ship the item to our customer. I ordered a part from this business, UnbeatableSale.com Inc. The [redacted] Loft Bed Storage Unit - Chocolate. The name is misleading - it is advertised as a entire bunk bed, but in fact, it is only a shelving unit that holds under the other parts of the bunk bed. When I first saw the images, they had an entire bunk bed set shown. I ordered it because I liked the entire bunk bed set for my boys, one being 6 and the other 3. The order appearance presented an entire twin set bunk bed, a desk like style on one side and the shelving (the only part I recieved) and a set of instructions that were quite confusing, but all available in English, Spanish and French. I received one email that explained my order receipt and stated that I would receive a second email, which I never did. The first email stated that the second email would have a tracking number for my order, which I did not receive. The email that I received only had my order information, it didn't even have a link to go back to the website from which I had ordered from.
I had two gentlemen assemble the product, all the while thinking it was an entire bunk bed, only to find a shelf assembled. I looked up the the order I had placed for, and the page had changed. I have a screenshot of the page I originally ordered from to show my family what I had ordered, and it was different from what appeared after I received the order and looked up to see why I only received a shelf. I don't understand why the advertisement that I originally seen advertised a full twin bunk bed set, but I only received a shelf. I didn't pay $174 for a shelf. This is ridiculous! I want to send it back and I want my money back. When I called, they basically blew me off, saying there was nothing that they could do, and that they don't accept returns on furniture. This is NOT stated on their website nor the website I ordered from. Even when you click on their "Policies" link, it goes to an error page. I feel like I got scammed. I just want a refund or the full bunk bed that I paid for.

I received a reply saying that the toilets came with tank and bowl, but did not come with wax gasket or seat. I placed the order, received two bowls, but never the tanks. Furthermore, the product description states: [redacted] round front bowl Watersense high efficiency toilet. Other sellers who sell this as a set, state the word COMBO or TANK WITH BOWL and the price is double, bot again this customer only purchased the round bowl from us. If you do a quick search for this toilet you will see the this company is offering the same FULL toilet for just slightly less than other companies. Also, there is a picture of a FULL toilet on the [redacted] website (link below) where other companies, who offer BOWL ONLY, either stae that clearly in their add and/or show a picture of ONLY a BOWL.http://www.[redacted]AND, as the company has stated, is says clearly in bullet points, " [redacted] round front bowl *Watersense high efficiency toilet"Indicating TWO items in this order. I am rejecting this response because: It doesn't say "BOWL ONLY" anywhere at all in the add it says, "[redacted] Round Bowl" when the words "round bowl" are indicated it is in reference to ROUND vs. Elongated. which is what ALL the toilets sold on [redacted] say. Also, when it is the "bowl only" it not only states that, but also shows a picture of a BOWL ONLY! The verbage also states, " [redacted] round front bowl Watersense high efficiency toilet" a toilet is a device that can be used to flush human waste. Can a "bowl only" do that? The add also states," Item Package Quantity = 2" Can you explain this as BOWL ONLY is a single item?This is your last chance to be honest, have integrity and follow through with your commitment to the customer. Review: Bought a meat slicer online through [redacted] but actually is shipped from Unbeatable Sale. Not happy with quality and want to return but company will not provide return shipping slip. It would cost me $60.00 at the least to return an 88.00 meat slicer because of this second party rules. [redacted] will not take it back! I am rejecting this response because: it is unreasonable to expect a customer to pay $60.00 in return shipping fees for an item purchased for $88.00. Basically I have to keep the item that I am not happy with or lose $60.00 to return it to you.

Review: I placed an order through [redacted].com on December 15, 2013 for a University of [redacted] fan rug. On December 20, 2013 I received a box from Unbeatablesale.com, [redacted]'s 3rd party vendor, with a 20x30 poster called Bird Lady. I called Unbeatablesale.com immediately. I explained to the representative that I had received an incorrect item and that it was pertinent that I receive my correct item before Christmas. The representative stated that he would contact the warehouse and find out what happened in shipping and would notify me by email with a resolution and a new tracking number for the item I ordered. A couple of days went by in which I had not received an email or a phone call and I called again and was left on hold for 30 minutes. I've sent 2 different emails to both [redacted] and Inbeatablesale.com and never received a response. Needless to say, I did not receive my item for XMAS nor as of today January 3,2014. I called today and spoke with a very smart mouthed representative by the name if Mahalia which stated there was nothing she could do nor nothing I could do because Unbeatablesale.com was closed due to inclement weather.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting a full refund for the item that I ordered, $35.39, order # [redacted]. I also deserve an apology for their inconsiderate way of handling this issue and the importance of receiving products on time for something as importantly to their customers as XMAS.

Review: I ordered two shower curtains from [redacted] and received them from Unbeatable Sales.com, a [redacted] vendor, which I was not aware. They did not fit, were not what I wanted when arrived, not the qualtiy and I immediately repacked the one I opened and read all the information concerning returns on their website. It stated I needed a return authorization number, and insurance to be sent back at my expense. I sent them back at a cost with insurance of $16.47. This was on Sept 22, 2015. After many emails and three phone calls that were never returned, I finally received on October 23, a partial refund of $37.74, on a $50.32 sale. I called to find out, and nothing previously stating anything about restocking fees, that I was charged 25% restocking fees. The fact that it took over a month to get my money and the fact that nothing was mentioned about restocking fees makes me angry and upset and I want the consumers to know how Unbeatable Sales treats consumers, takes their sweet time, steals their money and leaves me very disappointed. Beware. I will never do business with Unbeatable Sales.com and makes me very weary of online shopping with an unknown vendor.Desired Settlement: I want the balance of my $50.32, which is $12.58 and I want consumers to be aware of the business practices of Unbeatable Sales.com.

The item was delivered 9/22/2015, the customer called the same day to state they needed to return the item, return instructions were emailed to the customer, in the email they were provided with the return address of: UnbeatableSale Returns Dept. 195 Lehigh Ave Suite 5 Lakewood, NJ 08701. The customer emailed on 6-Oct-2015 stating they returned the item, where was their refund? The customer provided the return tracking "[redacted] Tracking # [redacted] Expected delivery 9/29/15 to Henderson, NV" Please note, we do not have a warehouse in NV, the email stated this should have been sent to NJ. Due to customer error, it took much longer for us to track down their credit and issue the proper refund. Since the item was restocked to the wrong address, we were restocked which is then passed along to the customer. This information is located in our return policy on [redacted], as well as all of our sites, all customers have access to this policy prior to placing an order. This matter is resolved.

This company is horrible. I placed an order Feb 9th, I was sent an email saying that my order will be shipped out in 3-8 business days. It is now Feb 25th and it still hasn't been shipped. I submitted a cancellation request the 23rd and was just told it could take 24-48hours. It's the 25th so that makes 48 hours. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

Review: I purchased a dog crate made by [redacted] and it is defective. Unbeatable was the third party in the purshase through Sears. Unbeatable will not send a replacement part or crate and neither will Sears or Carlson. I am stick with a $97 crate that is not safe to use. Review: This is in regard to an [redacted] listing by this company. On July 22, 2015 I put this item in my [redacted] shopping cart, the price was $34.07. I opened another window to confirm that my rewards credit card was linked to my [redacted] account so I could complete the checkout process to purchase the item. I then returned to the [redacted] shopping cart page to complete the purchase. When I clicked to proceed to the checkout page and confirm through [redacted], the price jumped to $192.76. I contacted the seller to see what happened and their response was simply to say "that is what we are selling it for". I've shopped on [redacted] for a decade and have never had the price change while I was checking out. The right thing to do would have been for the seller to honor the price, they can go in to their own listing and see that the price was $34.07 when I was checking out. This is a deceptive way to do business, I'm just glad I was paying attention to the total when I was finalizing the checkout.Desired Settlement: I would like for the seller to honor the price the item had when I put it in my shopping cart.

If I had known the price would jump during checkout, I'd have taken a screenshot of the listing. Who takes screen shots of things before they buy them? Nobody, because nobody expects a seller to bump the price up 500% while they're paying for the item. When I went to the item description to contact the seller after having the checkout issue, the price reflected the new amount. The current listing is even higher than what's mentioned in the seller's response - $206.98, not $189.71. You won't see the $34.07 price in your sales history, because the price changed while I was trying to pay for it. It's in the listing history somewhere because that's how much it was listed for when I put the item in my cart and started the checkout process. Speak to whoever does the price changes for the [redacted] store, surely they'll remember doing this. I've attached a screenshot of the current listing for reference.

We would have a record of it if we ever sold the item at this cost, we have checked and we have never listed the item at this price. Without any proof or evidence from the consumer we do not know what they saw or what they were looking at, or if it was our listing or perhaps a one day sale or a warehouse clearance item.Our records indicate the price has remained the same within a few dollars increase since we have started selling this item in 2014. No one has ever purchased the item for 34.07.

Review: I was sent the wrong item a month ago, shipped it back 3 weeks ago, contacted unbeatable sales a total of 5 times requesting a refund. I contacted them by email, by phone, and through the better business burrow saying I didn't want the item that I wanted a refund. It has now been 2 and half weeks since they signed for the package I shipped back and NO REFUND HAS TAKEN PLACE. they said 3 to five business days and it has not been 16 days since they received it. THIS IS THEFT. this company is a scam! !!!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and compensation for not only holding my money for 2 weeks extra, but for fraudulent activity by saying you had the item I wanted then switching it for another product at Christmas, there by ruining my nephews Christmas gift and leaving me with no money to buy another gift .

Review: I have ordered some merchandise that was damaged in shipment and returned to the vendor by the shipper with the Unbeatable Sales group has failing to reship and deliver that merchandise. The order was placed the end of December, 2013. After several email contacts, the company said they would provide a replacement shipment for the damaged shipment. There has been NO replacement and now no response from email to customer service.Desired Settlement: This company should replaced the order. The fault was caused by the shipping company, but with a return to the vendor, there should be no reason to not ship again at the expense of the shipper.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but the refund must happen soon. Their contention that they have responded by email several times is not quite true, but they offered either replacement or refund. If they were incapable of replacement, they should have said so instead of giving the option for replacement or refund

and then not replacing. At this time, this business is obviously incapable of following through on an order and shouldn't give the item the ability to be ordered.
