We received an email from the customer on 8/requesting to cancel the orderWe responded with the below text:

We have been trying to file a damage claim but the customer has been uncooperativeWe have asked multiple times if the damage was noted prior to delivery, and we have asked for photosWithout this information, we cannot file a claim, and the more time the passes the less likely the claim will
be able to filed as we only have a short window of time from delivery to file a claim.Delivery and Damaged Shipments 1) Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right awayIf you do not call us within days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you2) Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery3) If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging materialCall our customer service department immediately at ***

Firstly, we do not take returns on personal *** items IE: mattressesThis information is in our return policy belowIf the item was in fact delivered ripped a replacement will be providedHowever, we have a few issues with the customers orderWe needed pictures to provide to our warehouse,
the picture provided was too close up and once it was reviewed our warehouse they determined it was not even a picture of the item they shipped or sell. The backs of our mattresses are not a mesh fabric and we do not put staples in them at allTherefore, we needed a new picture of the actual item, which was refused by the consumer.If the customer refuses to provide a picture than we will make one exception for them, they can return the item for a refund against policyHowever, the item needs to be in the original packaging as stated in our return policy and the return will be at their expenseThanksReturn Policy

that the cards have not been refundedIn fact, the information that B & N received from this company was that the item had been shipped and received; not that the order had been cancelledUnbeatable Sale, as a Marketplace seller, provided Barnes and Noble, Incwith informationI believe B & N is also investigating this company with regard to their (fraudulent) practices.

The customer left the item outside in a blizzard even though he was advised not to do thisThey were told we were issuing a call tag and if they could not get to the customer due to the weather they would come back out, as we were under the same weather we understood it might be an
issueThe customer threatened harm to our customer reps and cursed off almost everyone here rather than allow us to assist in a very simple situationDue to the customers behavior and the low dollar amount of the order, I chose to refund the customer for the item, they will not be getting a replacement nor will we require the item backThe refund was processed on 1/26/2016, we will no longer be responding to this case as we have resolved the issue.Thank you

The customer returned the item via *** tracking ***The item was delivered on 7/and was received to the sender, damagedThe customer is the shipper and must file a damage claim with the pictures we provided to recoup the loss/refundWe will not be refunding them, *** will refund them, they must seek reimbursement from the carrier as they are now the SHIPPERWe advised the customer of all of this previouslyAs well, if the item was received by the customer "damaged" at no point in our dealings did they state thisWe have no record of that information
Again, this matter is resolvedIt is the customers responsibility to contact *** with tracking *** and filed a claim themselves

*** *** I will accept the fan but is has taken them too long I was told as soon as I sent the weong fan back the new one would be shipped. Now I have to call the electrican a 3rd time to come out. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. it should not take a month to get a fan or even a replacement when they sent the wrong one
