The customer placed an order on 9/18 for the item "Lobster Gram FLOSCK Flos Fresh Fruit-Filled Layer Cake". The item was shipped overnight to the customer on 9/22 and delivered on 9/23. The customer contacted us FIVE days later on 9/28 stating "item was delivered and left on the porch in 90...

degree weather. The icing was melted on the cake". The item went bad during that time, it was NOT delivered rotten. We told the customer we would get her a replacement. Please note the customer placed an order for a perishable item, most likely for a reason, the item was left outside for five days, of course it is going to spoil but this has nothing to do with us. We overnight the item to the customer due to the nature of the product. The customer contacted us on 9/29 stating she "no longer needed" the item and did not want a replacement. Our policy states, we will replace any item free of charge but original shipping is not refundable if you change your mind and no longer want the item. The customer has been refunded per our return policy. Thank you.

I ordered what I thought was a table and chairs. The description and picture all referenced chairs. The Q&A had two specific questions asking if it came with chairs and they both said yes, it came with 4 chairs. I called [redacted] because I ordered it through their Marketplace and the associate on the phone agreed that it should come with chairs. I did not receive any chairs and when I contacted them they said it was only for the table and it could not be returned (I never asked to return it). After a few back and forth e-mails they ultimately blamed [redacted] for having "misinformation" on their website.

Unbelievable is truly unbelievably horrible to do business with. When I contacted them to let them know they had duplicated my order and charged me twice, I was treated rudely and informed they would not send a return shipment label I would have to paid to send order back at a cost of $64.30. I did not place two orders it was not my mistake. Shop.com did return my postage fee not UNBELIEVABLE. When I had spoken to the service department manager his response was BUYER BE WHERE!!!!!!! I don't understand how they can have a good record with the Revdex.com when they have so many complaints. Truly buyer be where.

I purchased an item that was wrongly listed by Unbeatable Sale on [redacted]. Upon receiving the item I immediately contacted customer service about the issue. An RMA was given to have the item shipped back for a full refund. After confirming that they have received the RMA Unbeatable Sale went ahead and charged me a shipping fee and a surcharge fee stating that they did not authorized the return. I've been doing online shopping for over 10 years and this company is the WORST company to deal with. Please beware when purchasing.

The customer paid $124.58 to Unbeatablesale.com through [redacted]. They were refunded this amount, we could have sent the customer a free return label and they would not have been charged for the return but the customer sent it back at their expense.They paid $37.09 to a carrier not...

to UBS therefore there is nothing for us to refund as we have already refunded all the customers money that they paid to US. We do not have the ability to refund money that wasn't paid to our company. The customer has already been told this information on multiple occasions. This matter is resolved.

We advised our shipping warehouse that their first contact was Sep 27, 2016, and they advised the customer will need to contact manufacturer for Warranty Coverage and Trouble Shooting.Fun Wheels  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I took the items to UPS....

I was told by them to use 1 box to ship both items back. The items apart were 1lb separated. Together they weighed 2.50 lbs., according to UPS. So, what they did with the other item sent is anyone's guest. But my receipt speaks for itself. When I tracked the item, it was signed by [redacted], and left at the dock.

We have refunded the customer in full for the wrongly "pictured" item however it did state black patent which means it is shiny, and they can keep it/donate etc.
 
As far as the credit deal with [redacted], this has nothing to do with...

us and we only refund to the form of payment originally used. We do not see customers billing information and that is not an offer from our company.

Order was not incorrect, the customer admittedly ordered incorrectly. We do not take returns on furniture. On 3/15 the customer called and stated they needed to return this as they did not realize it was for children, this was on a recorded call as well. We made an exception to our return policy and allowed the customer to return this item, due to their error and the high dollar amount of the order. This return information was sent to the customer on 3/16, stating how and where to return and that the item needed to be returned within 30 days, which is tomorrow 4/15/16. The customer called in on 4/13/16 to complain about the cost of return freight. We advised the customer this return was being made as an exception and we are not able to reimburse freight costs which are not paid to us. The customer would be responsible for the freight if they wanted a refund. We let the customer know that if the item was returned within 30 days they would get a full item cost refund, we never mentioned a restocking fee although there will be one if the item is returned past 30 days. The customer was given the appropriate information to receive a refund if needed, they have had that information for almost 30 days. Thank you for allowing us to represent the facts of this issue.

Our position will not change, as the item cannot be returned without the packaging. A claim will not be paid without the packaging, etc etc,
 
The claim takes 7-10 business days and the claim has been denied. We are unable to accept the return of the item for an exchange without the box as stated below in our return policy. We had advised the customer of all of this as well prior to this Revdex.com as you can see from our emails. This matter is closed.

The rudest customer service agents I've ever encountered. Their return policy is horrible. If you have any problems with an order you are out of luck, they will give you the run around so you have no options.
