I do apologizeWe are not able to refund money paid to a carrier, we can only refund money paid to us which we did previously

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but the refund must happen soonTheir contention that they have responded by email several times is not quite true, but they offered either replacement or refundIf they were incapable of replacement, they should have said so instead of giving the option for replacement or refund
and then not replacingAt this time, this business is obviously incapable of following through on an order and shouldn't give the item the ability to be ordered

Although Unbeatable Sale refunded my original cost of the item and my initial delivery charge - I was forced to pay the return shipping cost, even though they
admitted that the mis information about the product they sent me was wrong, because " *** misquotes their products". Why am I responsible to pay out of pocket to return an item that was sent to me under pretenses?

I do sincerely apologize to the customer, as I can see the customer did contact us via best buy on 11/but for some reason the email was deleted from our email portal so none of the reps were able to access this informationThe item was delivered 10/and the

At no time during the four weeks or so that I communicated with Unbeatable Sale, did they tell me that *** was responsible for my refundI purchased the humidifier through ***.com Marketplace, but Unbeatable Sale was the vendorLesson learned
